Revert "Merge branch 'tor/feature/auto-collapse-resolved-mr-threads' into 'master'"
This reverts merge request !197878 (merged) because it caused regressions (internal) on the MR overview threads.
Steps to fix the original MR
- Create a new action in the diffs store to resolve the thread with this new logic, reuse the logic to do the base resolve from the notes store
- Use that action depending on where the button was clicked: overview or diffs tab
