Minor UX changes to SAST Config UI

What does this MR do?

Minor UX changes to the SAST Config UI

• Name changed to name
• Text input sizes changed: Image prefix to large and Excluded Paths to medium
• Excluded Paths should be changed to Excluded paths (lowercase "p") for consistency with other title case
