Draft: Remove RSpec context warning from ominauth strategy helper

What does this MR do?

This MR removes the following warning when running any spec:

WARNING: `around(:context)` hooks are not supported and behave like
`around(:example). Called from
.../spec/support/omniauth_strategy.rb:36:in
`block in <main>'.
