Use /request_review instead of /assign_reviewer in 'ready' command

This replaces the usage of the /assign_reviewer slash command with the /request_review one. This will request a review if a community member sends a @gitlab-bot review command.

We have to do this, so MRs show up in the new Needs attention section of the MR dashboard instead of just staying in the Following section, which currently increases cycle time.
