Refactor: Remove front matter regex

Parsing the Front Matter from each file using Regular Expression is not optimal. Although pre-compiled to the best performance, it can still be a bit slow when parsing large yaml files.

The proposed solution is to simply walk through the file, line by line, until the two "---" delimiters are found.
