Quick fix to enable nested collections like map<int, frozen<set<int>>>

I ran into some errors when I tried to use nested collections like map<int, frozen<set<int>>> with a scylladb data source. putNative and getNative have no support for collections, and are directly invoked by putValue and getValue. Writing an implementation for List, Set, and Map for both putNative and getNative seems to take care of this. This implementation keeps in mind the notes in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-8438 regarding formatting frozen collections in V2 protocol, but is otherwise very minimal. It does not attempt to address the features I do not immediately need.
