If you need more than one SurveyMonkey account for your organization, sign up for a team. Team plans offer consolidated billing, seat management, a Library with shared images and templates, and collaboration features that help your team work together to create, send, and analyze surveys.
Team Seats, Roles, and Permissions
Your seat type and role on a team controls what permissions you have within your account and how you can work together with your team.
The Primary Admin or Admin of a team can add seats, invite people to join your team, and manage existing seats on your team from the My Team section of your account.
Learn all about how billing works for teams. The Primary Admin of a team is in charge of the consolidated billing for all accounts on the team.
Use SCIM to keep SurveyMonkey accounts up to date with information stored in an identity provider (IdP).
If you are a Primary Admin, Admin or Division Admin, you can see the surveys created by people on your team and help manage those surveys.

The Primary Admin or Admin of an Enterprise team can add seats, invite people to join your team, and manage existing seats on your team from the My Team section of your account.

You can share surveys with people on or outside your team if you have an Enterprise account or a Full Access seat on a team. Your plan type determines the ways you can share surveys, if people can reshare your surveys, and if you have the option to automatically share surveys with your entire team or workgroup.

Managing Brand Assets in the Library
The library is where Full Access seat team members can find and use shared assets to create surveys. These shared assets include images, documents, templates, themes, and questions. Primary Admins and Admins can also add or manage library items.
A Division is a sub-group within your Enterprise team, with its own admins, users, and division library. Primary Admins and Admins can add divisions for different departments, offices, clients, or any other groups you want to manage separately or give unique branding assets.
Enterprise Workgroups help organize team members with a shared purpose to work together on projects.
Survey Permissions to Shared Surveys
When a survey is shared, people are given a level of access to each section of the survey. A team member's default access level is determined by their role, but it may be possible to edit the level of permissions some one has. The highest level of access available to people outside of your team is View Only.
Getting Feedback on Surveys and Results
You can invite others to give feedback on your survey design by sharing your survey preview link or sending an invite to comment. Once you collect survey responses, you can use a Shared Data Page to invite others to give feedback on your survey results.

Team Discovery helps people find existing SurveyMonkey teams from their company and makes it easier for Primary Admins to invite people to join their team.

Settings let Primary Admins set default options and permissions for their entire Enterprise team.
Single Sign-On (SSO) enables people on your team to use their corporate login credentials to log in to SurveyMonkey. Your organization can control who can access your SurveyMonkey team and create authentication policies for increased security.
Custom Question Bank lets Primary Admins and Admins add custom questions to their team’s Library. Full Access seats on the team can add the questions to their survey from the Question Bank.
HIPAA Compliance and SurveyMonkey
HIPAA is a United States law that regulates the collection and handling of “protected health information” (PHI). Certain organizations called “covered entities” and their business associates are required to comply with HIPAA. You can collect PHI in surveys if you enable HIPAA features on your team.
Custom Sender Name and Email Domain
A Custom Sender Name and Email Domain is a branded display name and email address for when you send surveys with the Email Invitation. It's what survey-takers see in the From field of the email asking them to take your survey. Using a Custom Sender Name and Email Domain can improve email deliverability and your survey-takers are more likely to respond to your survey when they recognize your familiar and trusted brand.
Account Control lets you lock down your organization's email domain so that every SurveyMonkey account using your company's email domain becomes part of your Enterprise team.
The Activity tab lets Primary Admins and Admins know what's been happening in their Enterprise Team.
