As long as your Kiziks haven’t been worn outside and you’re within 30 days of your original order date, just follow these simple steps—we’ll make it right:

1. Start Your Return or Exchange

  • Go to Kizik Returns and enter your Email address or Zip Code then the order number used to make your purchase.

In-Store Purchases:
If you purchased at a retail location and did not provide your email at checkout, please contact Customer Service:

Include your Order Number from your receipt so we can assist you.

2. Choose Your Return Type

Answer a few quick questions and select whether you’d like to exchange or return your item.

3. Select Return Options

  • FedEx Easy Returns (QR Code): $0.00
  • Return Shipping Label (various carriers): $5.00 fee

Disclaimer:

  • The QR Code option is free if you’re within 15 miles of a drop-off location.
  • If a QR option is not available, a prepaid shipping label will be provided at no cost.
  • If you need your label printed for you please reach out to customer service. We can print and mail the return shipping label to your home address at a $5.00 fee.
  • Returning an exchange item — whether for a refund or to process a second, third, or subsequent exchange — will incur a $5.00 restocking fee.

Drop-off Locations for QR Code:

  • FedEx Office & Print
  • Any Kohl’s location

4. Pack & Drop Off Your Shoes

  • Place your unworn Kiziks back in their original box with provided packing slip, seal it securely, and include only the shoes being returned.
  • If using a QR Code, bring your box to a FedEx Office or Kohl’s location—no printing required.
  • If using a printed shipping label, attach it to the package and drop it off with the carrier listed on your label.

Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

International Orders

Get Started

International orders may be subject to a return fee. Exchanges are not available for international orders.
