About the Role 

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-driven SEO Content Manager to lead content development for our local service industry clients. You’ll own the full oversight of the content production cycle, from keyword research and briefing through writing / assignment, to editing, QA, and online publication. You’ll collaborate with Account Managers to align content with client goals and tone, utilize writers, maintain timelines, provide feedback, and ensure everything that meets our quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts organized, analytical, and creative and blends editorial oversight, project management, and SEO strategy. 

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end content production process for your set of clients
  • Perform keyword research to support content strategy and topic planning
  • Develop clear, SEO-driven content briefs aligned with client goals and voice
  • Assign briefs to internal writers and maintain communication through the writing process
  • Project manage the content pipeline, ensuring all monthly deliverables stay on track
  • Perform thorough QA of all content before and after it’s finalized, checking for SEO, brand tone, structure, and factual accuracy
  • Write or revise content as needed (including service pages, blog posts, and landing pages for local service industry clients)
  • Enforce and evolve content standards around formatting, optimization, and editorial voice
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to understand campaign goals and ensure content supports broader strategy
  • Track progress using internal systems, keeping documentation, calendars, and content libraries up to date
  • Stay current with SEO and content marketing best practices

Who You Are and What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO content writing, content strategy, or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong writing skills for SMBs 
  • Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, especially keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization
  • Proven experience overseeing editorial workflows
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to project manage multiple content deliverables and timelines simultaneously
  • Organized and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable working in remote, fast-paced environments and cross-functional teams
  • Bonus: Experience with WordPress, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and organized Organic Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage organic social content across multiple platforms for our SMB clients,  especially local service industry brands. You’ll be responsible for bringing brand voices to life on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn through authentic storytelling, visual design, and community engagement.

This role is perfect for someone who loves blending strategy and creativity. We are looking for the kind of marketer who can brainstorm trend-based TikTok videos, then analyze engagement metrics or design a branded carousel the next, all while using our client’s unique selling points and positioning to bolster their online conversions. 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and execute organic social media strategies across TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, and others for a portfolio of clients.
  • Create content calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice and strategic alignment with client goals.
  • Design visually engaging static and video content using Canva or similar tools.
    Write captions and hooks that resonate with SMB audiences and drive engagement.
  • Research trends, sounds, and platform best practices to inform strategy and creative direction.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Designers, and Copywriters to align organic efforts with broader campaigns.
  • Stay current with algorithm changes, content trends, and emerging features across all platforms.

Who You Are and What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience managing organic social media for multiple brands (agency experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of SMB and local service business audiences.
  • Proven success developing content for TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta (please provide portfolio or examples).
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools (basic graphic design skills required).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills that adapt across platforms.
  • Familiarity with social analytics, scheduling tools, and performance reporting.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple brands at once.
  • Excited to experiment, iterate, and keep learning what drives engagement organically.
  • Bonus: Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).
