Un método comprende moler un sólido que comprende un clínker de cemento bajo una aspersión de agua en presencia de un aditivo estabilizador de molienda, en el que el aditivo estabilizador de molienda comprende: (i) un compuesto de aminoácido alcanol o una sal disódica o dipotásica del mismo que tiene la fórmula estructural: (ii) un glicol; o una mezcla de (i) y (ii), en la que el nivel de aspersión de agua se reduce al menos en un 5% en comparación con un control.
