Abstract

Un sistema analizador incluye un cartucho configurado para recibir una muestra. El cartucho tiene una pluralidad de cámaras para aislar un analito diana de la muestra y recoger una cantidad de un primer marcador que es proporcional a una cantidad del analito diana en la muestra. El sistema incluye un analizador con una primera fuente de radiación electromagnética, un primer detector y un controlador. La primera fuente de radiación electromagnética está configurada para proporcionar radiación electromagnética para formar un espacio de consulta dentro de una cámara de detección del cartucho. El primer detector está configurado para detectar la radiación electromagnética emitida en el espacio de consulta por el primer marcador si el primer marcador está presente en el espacio de consulta.
