Abstract
Se proporcionan métodos y composiciones para la integración de genes de interés en el genoma de una célula de Bacillus sp. sin la integración de un marcador seleccionable en los genoma. Los métodos emplean un sistema de ADN recombinante circular dual para la introducción de un sistema de endonucleasa ARN guía/Cas (también denominado endonucleasa guiada por ARN, RGEN), así como un ADN donante en una célula de Bacillus sp., y proporcionando un sistema altamente eficaz para insertar genes de interés en el genoma de la célula de Bacillus sp.
