Abstract

Un proceso para elaborar un envase, donde dicho envase comprende un contenedor con un cuerpo contenedor y una abertura de contenedor que tiene un borde superior, donde dicho envase además comprende una tapa de cierre para cerrar dicho contenedor, donde el contenedor y la tapa de cierre están elaborados de tereftalato de polietileno (PET), naftalato de polietileno (PEN) o una combinación de los mismos, donde dicho contenedor y dicha tapa comprenden, respectivamente, un primer y segundo medio de unión, caracterizado porque: dicho proceso comprende, en el orden dado, los pasos de: (i) adaptar dichos primer y segundo medios de unión entre sí, (ii) deformar por lo menos uno del primer y/o segundo medio de unión hasta el punto de deformación permanente del material de PET o PEN, mediante perforación, enrollamiento o una combinación de los mismos, con el fin de crear una unión permanente, hermética, entre dicho contenedor y dicha tapa de cierre.
