Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringer en hurtigfrigivende og smaks- maskerende farmasøytisk doseringsform omfattende en kjerne inneholdende en farmasøytisk aktiv bestanddel, lav-substituert hydroksypropylcellulose og mikrokrystallinsk cellulose, idet mengden av den mikrokrystallinske cellulose er minst 26,0 vekt-% basert på den samlede vekt av kjernen; et indre beleggsjikt dannet på kjernen og inneholdende en vannløselig polymer; og et ytre beleggsjikt dannet på det indre beleggsjikt og inneholdende en spyttuløselig polymer. En fremgangs- måte for fremstilling av slike orale doseringsformer er også beskrevet.
