Abstract
"DETERMINAçãO DE LOCALIZAçãO UTILIZANDO REGRESSãO DE CRISTA PONDERADA". Processamento de regressão de crista ponderada (WRR) aplicado a três ou mais medições de distâncias para determinar a localização de um terminal. Por exemplo, em um sistema de navegação baseado em satélites/rede sem fio integrados, a localização de uma unidade móvel pode ser determinada pela aplicação de processamento de WRR a pelo menos três medições de distâncias, onde uma ou mais das medições de distâncias são medições de distâncias baseadas em satélites (por exemplo, medições de pseudofaixas de GPS) e uma ou mais medições de distâncias baseadas em redes sem fio (por exemplo, medições de retardo de ida e volta e deslocamento de fase de piloto). O processamento de WRR propicia precisão melhorada na determinação da posição de uma unidade móvel em relação a técnicas convencionais de mínimos quadrados.
