Abstract

"CUBO DE LâMINA DE ROTOR, PROCESSO PARA A PRUDUçãO DO MESMO, E, INSTALAçãO DE ENERGIA EóLICA". A presente invenção se refere a um cubo de lâmina de rotor para uma instalação de energia eólica. Um tal cubo estabelece uma conexão mecânica entre o eixo de rotor (horizontal) (eixo geométrico de rotor) e as lâminas de rotor. Isto significa que todas as forças que ocorrem nas lâminas de rotor, desde que elas não sejam forças nas lâminas de rotor propriamente ditas, também ocorrem no cubo. Além das (intencionais) forças de rotação, estas forças são, entre outras, também forças centrífugas e forças, cargas e momentos que resultam da ação do vento sobre as lâminas de rotor. O objetivo da presente invenção é de, por conseguinte, indicar um cubo de lâmina de rotor, o qual, com as dimensões necessárias, satisfaz todas exigências para a operação segura de uma instalação de energia eólica e o qual possibilita um transporte seguro e tão barata quanto possível para o local de montagem da instalação de energia eólica. Este objetivo é alcançado, de acordo com a invenção, por um cubo de lâmina de rotor (10, 12, 14) para um rotor com pelo menos uma lâmina de rotor, formada de pelo menos duas peças individuais.
