Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE PEçAS DE FUNDIçãO, AREIA DE MOLDAR E SUA UTILIZAçãO PARA A EXECUçãO DO PROCESSO". A presente invenção coloca à disposição um processo com cuja ajuda podem ser fabricadas peças de fundição de alta qualidade, com configuração complexa, e onde depois do término do processo de fundição as partes do molde de fundição podem ser removidas da peça de fundição de modo simples e sem risco. Para tal, as seguintes etapas são realizadas: Fabricação de um material de moldagem, misturando-se um material de moldagem básico capaz de escorrer, inerte em relação à massa fundida de metal, que durante o aquecimento tem uma dilatação menor do que a areia quartzífera, e um agente aglutinante que durante o aquecimento tem uma dilatação diferente da do material de moldagem básico; produção de uma parte de molde de fundição do matedal de moldagem; composição de um molde de fundição com a utilização da parte de molde de fundição; verter a massa fundida de metal para dentro do molde de fundição para a obtenção de uma peça de fundição; esfriamento da peça de fundição durante um tempo de solidificação e de esfriamento, durante o qual a parte de molde de fundição é desintegrada em fragmentos; remoção dos fragmentos da parte de molde de fundição da peça de fundição; preparação dos fragmentos do material de moldagem para a obtenção de um material de moldagem básico capaz de escorrer.
