Abstract

DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM PROTETOR CARDÍACO. É descrita a patente de modelo de utilidade pertencente ao campo dos produtos cirúrgicos, para ser utilizado em intervenções cirúrgicas cardíacas, especialmente no fechamento do tórax do doente, sendo este dispositivo colocado por baixo do osso esterno, evitando que em uma próxima cirurgia, se lese o coração, pois quando vamos abrir o esterno de um paciente que já foi operado anteriormente pela frente, com abertura do esterno, o coração pode estar aderido ao esterno e pode ser cortado com a serra, podendo levar o doente ao óbito. É composto por um dispositivo (1) formado por uma tira (2) de titânio de secção predominantemente retangular e de largura variável e espessura fina e maleável, provido ainda em toda sua borda de material elástico (3), preferencialmente borracha, sendo parte do referido dispositivo (1) e que servirá para fixar a placa sobre o esterno (4) e entre o coração (5), sendo apertado por fios (6) de material metálico.CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED IN HEART PROTECTOR. [001]Trata o presente relatório descritivo da patente de modelo de utilidade de uma nova disposição construtiva aplicada em protetor cardíaco, notadamente um dispositivo para ser implantado no tórax do indivíduo, de concepção inovadora e dotado de importantes melhoramentos tecnológicos e funcionais, segundo os mais modernos conceitos de engenharia e de acordo com as normas e especificações exigidas, revestindo-se de características próprias e dotadas com requisitos fundamentais de novidade e ato inventivo, fazendo resultar uma série de reais e extraordinárias vantagens técnicas, práticas e econômicas.[001] This descriptive report deals with the utility model patent of a new constructive arrangement applied to heart protectors, notably a device to be implanted in the individual's chest, with an innovative design and endowed with important technological and functional improvements, according to the most modern engineering concepts and according to the required standards and specifications, having their own characteristics and endowed with fundamental requirements of novelty and inventive act, resulting in a series of real and extraordinary technical, practical and economic advantages.

PATENT BACKGROUND

[0021Como é do conhecimento dos técnicos no assunto, hoje em dia, em operações cardíacas, inexistem dispositivos que protejam especialmente o coração. Sobretudo doentes, quando reoperados, chegam até a morrer por falta de proteção do coração. Para minimizar esse problema, os cirurgiões procuram tomar muito cuidado quando serram o esterno de um doente, mas mesmo assim ainda acontecem acidentes, e o coração é lesado, podendo levar até a óbito.[0021As is known to technicians on the subject, today, in cardiac operations, there are no devices that especially protect the heart. PATENT OBJECTIVES
