Abstract

"APARELHO PARA FORMAR RECIPIENTES COM BORDAS REFORçADAS, E, RECIPIENTE OBTIDO COM O MESMO" Um aparelho para formar recipientes com bordas reforçadas, compreendendo: um rolo (2) para suprir uma película flexível (4); um colar de formação (6) a montante de um primeiro tubo (8) ao redor do qual a película é enrolada; um dispositivo (10) para selar a quente as abas longitudinais (12) da película enrolada ao redor do tubo (8), de modo a formar um envoltório, caracterizado pelo fato do primeiro tubo (8) afunilar-se para um segundo tubo (16) e pelo fato de na região de afunilamento (14) ser provido pelo menos um elemento de inserção (18) que atua a ângulos retos em relação à superfície da película, de modo a formar pelo menos uma nervura (23) direcionada para dentro do envoltório, e pelo fato de compreender adicionalmente um dispositivo selante (20) para pelo menos parcialmente selar a quente a mencionada pelo menos uma nervura (23).
