Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes d'administration permettant d'apporter un matériau génétique à base de protéines de conduction dans des cellules cardiaques situées dans des zones localisées du coeur de sorte que la conductance dans ces dernières soit améliorée. L'invention se rapporte plus spécifiquement à un système pour apporter des connexines ou des molécules d'acide nucléique codant les connexines dans un site du coeur préalablement identifié par des procédures de cartographie comme présentant des problèmes de conduction. Dans les cas où la conduction est altérée, un matériau génétique sélectionné est apporté, au moyen du système d'administration selon l'invention, aux cellules situées autour de la zone de perturbations, de sorte que les schémas de conductivité globale soient améliorés; dans d'autres cas, un matériau génétique est sélectionné pour ralentir la conduction dans les zones touchées et empêcher l'apparition du syndrome de bradycardie-tachycardie.
