Abstract
La présente invention concerne un mécanisme de recouvrement pour un ensemble tête d'impression de largeur de page comportant une tête d'impression de largeur de page (51) et une pluralité de buses positionnées le long de la tête d'impression pour distribuer de l'encre sur un support d'impression lorsqu'il est transporté devant la tête d'impression. Le mécanisme de recouvrement comprend un élément de recouvrement (82) ayant une longueur correspondant sensiblement à celle de la tête d'impression (51) et un mécanisme d'actionnement (90) agencé pour effectuer une transition linéaire de l'élément de recouvrement (82) d'une première position, dite de non-recouvrement (figure 9B), à une seconde position (figure 9C) dans laquelle l'élément de recouvrement vient en prise avec la tête d'impression de manière à recouvrir les buses.
