Abstract

Dispositifs, systèmes et méthodes permettant d'accéder à des tissus, y compris les tissus internes et externes du coeur. Au moins certains modes de réalisation concernent l'accès à la surface externe du coeur à travers l'espace péricardique pour acheminer de manière localisée des fils jusqu'aux tissus cardiaques. Au moins certains modes de réalisation ont pour objet l'accès à l'espace péricardique afin d'éliminer le liquide accumulé. En outre, divers modes de réalisation portent sur des dispositifs, systèmes et méthodes permettant d'entrer en contact avec un tissu, d'éliminer du liquide d'un espace dans un corps et d'administrer des substances au niveau d'un site ciblé à des fins thérapeutiques.
