LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN SE REFIERE A UN EQUIPO Y MÉTODO PARA MEDIR LA PERMEABILIDAD DE LA CUTÍCULA INTACTA DE FRUTAS, <em>IN VIVO,</em>PARA DETERMINAR SU CALIDAD DE MANERA RÁPIDA, SENCILLA Y DE BAJO COSTO, DONDE EL EQUIPO COMPRENDE UNA CAJA DE ACRÍLICO SELLADA (1) CON COMPARTIMIENTOS DIVIDIDOS EN DIVERSAS DISTANCIAS, DE LOS CUALES UNO EN CADA EXTREMO SON PARA PONER LA SOLUCIÓN CONTROLADORA DE HUMEDAD RELATIVA Y EL OTRO PARA EL SENSOR DEL TERMO-HIGRÓMETRO Y LOS COMPARTIMIENTOS INTERMEDIOS PARA PONER LA FRUTA, CUYO NÚMERO DEPENDE DE LA CANTIDAD DE FRUTA A ANALIZAR; UN DISPOSITIVO ÓPTICO CON ZOOM O LENTE MICROSCÓPICA (2) CONECTADO A UNA CÁMARA DIGITAL CCD, UN COMPUTADOR (3) CON TARJETA DE VIDEO PARA ADQUIRIR IMÁGENES, MEDIOS (4) PARA EL PROCESAMIENTO DE IMÁGENES, UN SOPORTE DE POSICIONAMIENTO (5) EN EL ESPACIO CON 3 EJES (X, Y, Z), MEDIOS DE ILUMINACIÓN (6) TRASERA, UN TERMO-HIGRÓMETRO (7) CON SENSOR EXTERNO Y UNA MICROPIPETA MANUAL CON MICROPUNTAS.THE PRESENT INVENTION REFERS TO AN EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR MEASURING THE PERMEABILITY OF THE INTACT CUTICLE OF FRUITS, <em> IN VIVO, </em> TO DETERMINE ITS QUALITY IN A QUICK, SIMPLE AND LOW COST WAY, WHERE THE EQUIPMENT INCLUDES A SEALED ACRYLIC BOX (1) WITH COMPARTMENTS DIVIDED IN DIFFERENT DISTANCES, OF WHICH ONE AT EACH END ARE TO PLACE THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY CONTROLLING SOLUTION AND THE OTHER FOR THE THERMO-HYGROMETER SENSOR, AND THE INTERIOR COMPARTMENTS FOR THE FRAME BEDS. NUMBER DEPENDS ON THE QUANTITY OF FRUIT TO BE ANALYZED; AN OPTICAL DEVICE WITH ZOOM OR MICROSCOPIC LENS (2) CONNECTED TO A DIGITAL CCD CAMERA, A COMPUTER (3) WITH A VIDEO CARD TO ACQUIRE IMAGES, MEDIA (4) FOR IMAGE PROCESSING, A POSITIONING BRACKET (5) SPACE WITH 3 AXES (X, Y, Z), LIGHTING MEANS (6) REAR, A THERMO-HYGROMETER (7) WITH EXTERNAL SENSOR AND A MANUAL MICROPIPETTE WITH MICROPOINTS.
