Abstract
可生物降解无污发泡水基材料。由植物短纤维与粉状纤维、胶体、水、发泡剂、助剂等按一定比例,经特定工艺所制成。胶体可用淀粉、明胶、聚乙烯醇或由其部分或全部组成的改性淀粉胶体。用此材料经特殊工艺所得制品,内部因发泡而产生微孔结构,质地轻抛,隔热性充盈性降解性好,其表面可自然生成光滑的膜。其废弃物对环境绝无污染,还可作牲畜饲料。可广泛用于制造一次性餐具及发泡包装材料,其价格仅为相同功能塑料制品的1/5。
Description
本发明属于材料技术领域,特别涉及一种应用于制造快餐容器的无污发泡水基材料。
目前国内外广泛使用的快餐容器绝大多数是使用发泡聚苯乙烯EPS、发泡聚氯乙烯EPYC、以及发泡聚乙烯EPE、聚乙烯PE,聚丙烯PP,由于这些材料属一次性使用,故大量的使用后抛弃物在自然界中产生了大量的污染,这些材料可以在自然界中稳定100年以上,而无法腐烂化解,更由于这类产品在生产过程中,特别是在发泡过程中继续使用有害于大气臭氧层的氟氯烃物质,因此更加使人类的环境遭到破坏。
还有些用纸张来制成餐具容器的产品,但是用纸张制造容器在总体资源消耗上比用上述塑料更厉害,也是不可取的。
也有采用淀粉、玉米以及植物杆桔用胶粘剂压制成一次性餐具,但其结构实密,重量大,耗材大,而且其充盈性差,模具内成型麻烦,烘制时间长,且不具备大规模连续生产的条件。
本发明就是针对上述情况而研制的一种可生物降解,无污染,可发泡的水基材料。
本发明由植物纤维、胶体材料、水、发泡剂和助剂经过一定的工艺方法而制成,其成分之间的重量百分比为:
值物短纤维:8.9%~12.4%
值物纤维粉:11.2%~6.2%
胶体材料: 11.2%~10.3%
水: 67.1%~68.4%
发泡剂: 0.5%~0.6%
助 剂: 1.1%~2.1%
植物短纤维和植物纤维粉均可由一年生植物纤维加工制成,植物短纤维的长度应控制在4mm~12mm之间,直径在约为0.01mm~0.1mm左右。
胶体材料可选用淀粉、明胶、海藻酸盐,聚乙烯醇或者是由这些物质中任意两个及以上所组成的改性淀粉胶体。
发泡剂采用NaHCO3,NH4HCO3以及其他无毒无害发泡剂。
助剂多采用如明矾,硼砂等以改善其胶体的凝胶性能.
本发明的工艺方法是:首先将胶体材料放入水中,然后在水浴加热的条件下,进行充分搅拌,待得到一种半透明的胶体后,进行PH调节。使其达到中性时。加入植物短纤维和植物纤维粉、发泡剂和助剂.再进行充分的搅拌和揉合,直至不再粘手时为止。
利用本发明制成的可生物降解无污发泡水基材料,不仅无毒无害.而且在不加防腐防霉剂的情况下暴露于自然空气中,一个星期内可明显看到各种霉菌的产生,同时由于这种材料的主体材料为水,所以它亦可以溶解在水中,或作为牲畜的饲料,并且由于有发泡剂及水的存在,其产品成型时排出大量的发泡气体及水蒸汽在模具中形成了一定的压力,从而大大改善了材料的充盈性,由于有发泡工艺过程,所以用此材料制得的制品内部产生大量的微孔。所以制品轻抛但各项物理特性好。耗材大大减步,同时在模具成型时其表面生成一种致密光滑的膜。其外观光滑美观,可广泛应用于制作一次性餐具,发泡包装材料等,其制成品的价格仅为相同功能塑料材料的1/5。
下面介绍本发明的一个具体实施例。其材料成分及其重量见下表:
其制造工艺为:首先将聚乙烯醇放入l/3用量的水中,用水浴法加热溶解后加入少量的酸如盐酸等,其酸度为PH4~5左右。马上加入剩余量的水及所需的淀粉,此时加热温度控制在60℃左右,然后充分搅拌,反应30分钟左右.待得到一种半透明的胶体后,加碱中和使其PH值达中性时,加入植物短纤维和植物纤难粉。发泡剂、助剂等搅拌后进行充分的揉合,一般揉合到所制材料不再粘手时即成。

Claims (1)
- 一种由植物纤维、胶体材料、水、发泡剂和助剂经过一定的工艺方法所制成的可生物降解无污发泡水基材科,其特征在于:所述各组分之间的重量百分比为:植物短纤维:8.9%~12.4%植物纤维粉:11.2%~6.2%发泡剂: 0.5%~0.6%助 剂: 1.1%~2.1%并且所述的植物短纤维的长度应控制在4mm~12mm之间;所述的工艺方法为:首先将胶体材料放入水中,然后在水浴加热下进行充分搅拌,待得到一种半透明的胶体后,进行PH调节,使其达到中性时,加入值物短纤维和植物纤维粉、发泡剂和助剂、再进行充分的搅拌和揉合。
