Abstract
本发明公开了一种高阻燃性电缆料,由下列重量份的原料制成:接枝EVA4-6、氢氧化铝2-3、硬脂酸5-6、磷酸三辛酯5-6、磷酸三异丙苯酯10-15、硫黄5-6、焙烧沸石粉4-5、氧化锌2-3、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌3-5、抗氧剂10101-3、硫酸钡2-3、三乙醇胺6-8、聚丁二烯橡胶50-60、助剂8-12;本发明的电缆料通过添加接枝EVA等原料,提高了电缆的阻燃性,降低烟指数、发烟量、发热量和一氧化碳的产生量,显著提高了电缆料的力学性能和热性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆料的技术领域,特别涉及一种高阻燃性电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电缆料是绝缘材料的主要应用领域,目前随着通信领域的不断发展,对电缆料的市场需求越来越大,同时对电缆料的性能要求也越来越高,如无卤电缆料、高压绝缘电缆料、内外屏蔽电缆料等。而国内生产的电缆料大多为普通PVC电缆料和PE电缆料,不仅在抗阻燃、耐热耐老化等性能上较差,对环境也有不小的污染,损害了人们的健康。为此本发明人设计了新的电缆料配方,对电缆料的性能加以改进,以符合市场对高性能电缆料的需求。
发明内容
本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种高阻燃性电缆料及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明电缆料由下列重量份的原料制成:接枝EVA4-6、氢氧化铝2-3、硬脂酸5-6、磷酸三辛酯5-6、磷酸三异丙苯酯10-15、硫黄5-6、焙烧沸石粉4-5、氧化锌2-3、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌3-5、抗氧剂1010 1-3、硫酸钡2-3、三乙醇胺6-8、聚丁二烯橡胶50-60、助剂8-12;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:珍珠粉2-4、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑1-3、硅藻泥25-35、纤维石膏粉6-10、凡士林5-6、氯化亚锡2-3、硅凝胶2-3、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯2-5、活性白土15-20、甘油三醋酸酯4-6、聚六亚甲基胍3-4;其制备方法是将硅藻泥、活性白土混合后置于500-600℃下高温煅烧2-4小时,再将所得煅烧产物与珍珠粉、纤维石膏粉、氯化亚锡、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑、聚六亚甲基胍混合并高速研磨4-6分钟,将所得研磨产物加入到硅凝胶与凡士林的共混液中搅拌打浆20-40分钟,再将所得混合物在60-80℃下烘干,并精细研磨成粉末,过240-300目筛即得。
所述电缆料的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将磷酸三异丙苯酯、焙烧沸石粉、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、接枝EVA、抗氧剂1010、硬脂酸、磷酸三辛酯置于高速混合机中混匀物料,备用;
(2)将聚丁二烯橡胶置于密炼机中进行3-5分钟的炼胶,完毕后待密炼胶冷却后将步骤1所得混合物料加入到密炼机中,先于50-70℃混炼4-6分钟,再将温度升至90-110℃继续混炼3-4分钟,将所得物料冷却后取出备用;
(3)将氢氧化铝、硫酸钡、三乙醇胺、硫黄、氧化锌、步骤2所得物料以及剩余物料混合,加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆长径比为32:1-44:1,转速为300-500转/分;
(4)将步骤3所得颗粒经检验筛选、包装入库即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的电缆料通过添加接枝EVA等原料,提高了电缆的阻燃性,降低烟指数、发烟量、发热量和一氧化碳的产生量,显著提高了电缆料的力学性能和热性能。
助剂的添加能有效的改良电缆料制品的性能,添加的季戊四醇硬脂酸酯能够增加整个体系的热稳定性,聚六亚甲基胍的添加能够增加电缆料产品的抑菌性,大大加强了最终电缆料成品的使用价值。
具体实施方案
下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:接枝EVA 5、氢氧化铝2、硬脂酸5、磷酸三辛酯5、磷酸三异丙苯酯12、硫黄5、焙烧沸石粉4、氧化锌2、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌4、抗氧剂1010 2、硫酸钡2、三乙醇胺7、聚丁二烯橡胶55、助剂10;
所述助剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:珍珠粉3、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑2、硅藻泥30、纤维石膏粉8、凡士林5、氯化亚锡2、硅凝胶2、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯4、活性白土18、甘油三醋酸酯5、聚六亚甲基胍3;其制备方法是将硅藻泥、活性白土混合后置于550℃下高温煅烧3小时,再将所得煅烧产物与珍珠粉、纤维石膏粉、氯化亚锡、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑、聚六亚甲基胍混合并高速研磨5分钟,将所得研磨产物加入到硅凝胶与凡士林的共混液中搅拌打浆30分钟,再将所得混合物在70℃下烘干,并精细研磨成粉末,过270目筛即得。
所述电缆料的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将磷酸三异丙苯酯、焙烧沸石粉、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、接枝EVA、抗氧剂1010、硬脂酸、磷酸三辛酯置于高速混合机中混匀物料,备用;
(2)将聚丁二烯橡胶置于密炼机中进行4分钟的炼胶,完毕后待密炼胶冷却后将步骤1所得混合物料加入到密炼机中,先于60℃混炼5分钟,再将温度升至100℃继续混炼3分钟,将所得物料冷却后取出备用;
(3)将氢氧化铝、硫酸钡、三乙醇胺、硫黄、氧化锌、步骤2所得物料以及剩余物料混合,加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆长径比为38:1,转速为400转/分;
(4)将步骤3所得颗粒经检验筛选、包装入库即可。
经测试本发明的电缆料拉伸强度为16.3MPa,断裂伸长率为338%,氧指数为32%,200℃下静态热稳定时间为152分钟,20℃下体积电阻率为1220Ω·cm。
Claims (2)
1.一种高阻燃性电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:接枝EVA4-6、氢氧化铝2-3、硬脂酸5-6、磷酸三辛酯5-6、磷酸三异丙苯酯10-15、硫黄5-6、焙烧沸石粉4-5、氧化锌2-3、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌3-5、抗氧剂1010 1-3、硫酸钡2-3、三乙醇胺6-8、聚丁二烯橡胶50-60、助剂8-12;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:珍珠粉2-4、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑1-3、硅藻泥25-35、纤维石膏粉6-10、凡士林5-6、氯化亚锡2-3、硅凝胶2-3、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯2-5、活性白土15-20、甘油三醋酸酯4-6、聚六亚甲基胍3-4;其制备方法是将硅藻泥、活性白土混合后置于500-600℃下高温煅烧2-4小时,再将所得煅烧产物与珍珠粉、纤维石膏粉、氯化亚锡、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑、聚六亚甲基胍混合并高速研磨4-6分钟,将所得研磨产物加入到硅凝胶与凡士林的共混液中搅拌打浆20-40分钟,再将所得混合物在60-80℃下烘干,并精细研磨成粉末,过240-300目筛即得。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的高阻燃性电缆料,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将磷酸三异丙苯酯、焙烧沸石粉、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、接枝EVA、抗氧剂1010、硬脂酸、磷酸三辛酯置于高速混合机中混匀物料,备用;
(2)将聚丁二烯橡胶置于密炼机中进行3-5分钟的炼胶,完毕后待密炼胶冷却后将步骤1所得混合物料加入到密炼机中,先于50-70℃混炼4-6分钟,再将温度升至90-110℃继续混炼3-4分钟,将所得物料冷却后取出备用;
(3)将氢氧化铝、硫酸钡、三乙醇胺、硫黄、氧化锌、步骤2所得物料以及剩余物料混合,加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆长径比为32:1-44:1,转速为300-500转/分;
