Background technology
MUST-QUIT-O is a kind ofly designed to kill the acquisition equipment of mosquito and may be used for family and business use.The inventive features of this device is the ability of the chemicals of simultaneous mask effect people and attracting mosquitoes; And apparatus design.Mosquito is the insect existed in environment around more than 3,000 ten thousand years.Exist more than 3 in the whole world, 500 kinds of mosquitoes. But only have in these species and femalely sting people, because the ovum that female mosquitoes is it finds nutrition.Mosquito utilizes the combination of sensory signal (comprising the accessory substance of light, shape, color, heat, motion and other mankind's activities) to find their mankind prey.As everyone knows, they are by causing harmful disease by causing the pathogene of disease (plasmodium falciparum, P.falsiparum) to propagate in human body, as malaria, chikungunya disease (Chikungunya fever, Chikungunya) and dengue fever.Annual millions of people is dead because of malaria, and the most affected be that the children of age less than 5 years old (originate: WHO).
The most products existed at present in the international market (such as, kill mosquito magnet (Mosquitomagnet), Dynatrap, Mega-Catch etc.) only pass through eliminate (anergy, nullify) or benumb mosquito and drive them to work at the product (Allout, Good knight, Mortein etc.) of India Market based on attraction principle.Product price as kill mosquito magnet, Dynatrap and Mega-Catch is high, volume greatly and highly ineffective. In addition, Dynatrap is a kind of outdoor location, when when indoor use, it is highly ineffective.Known household products can cause allergy, headache and other side effects, and mosquito is not eliminated by these products in region.
Summary of the invention
In this device, overcome above mentioned shortcoming.Because, MUST-QUIT-O be a kind of simultaneous mask effect and attraction kill mosquito device; Mosquito colony eliminates from the region of human living by it.For every only killed mosquito, 3000 ovum are also eliminated.Kill mosquito by carrying out as follows: by sucker mechanism (due to this mechanism, being caught in the apparatus by mosquito); Then by suffocate (dehydration).
Chemicals preparation is made up of hexadecanoic acid, diethylene triamine, Yoshinox BHT (BHT), isopropyl alcohol and atoleine or ionized water.Hexadecanoic acid and diethylene triamine are for blocking the osmoreceptor (sense of smell 0.3 to 0.4 attracts in index (OAI) scope, and this scope is the OAI scope of the mankind) of mosquito. Therefore shelter the mankind to affect from mosquito, and mosquito is attracted to the device with OAI scope >0.47.In above chemicals formulation, BHT and isopropyl alcohol produce the OAI value of more than 0.47 of attracting mosquitoes.
Embodiment:
Implement best mode of the present invention
Implement best mode of the present invention be used in there is optimal design (below discuss) device in any one in the following two kinds of chemicals formulations (discussing in detail in embodiment 3 and embodiment 4 respectively) provided:
Embodiment:
Hexadecanoic acid (from 0.08%w/w to 0.15%w/w)
Diethylene triamine (from 0.26%w/w to 0.73%w/w)
·BHT1%w/w
Isopropyl alcohol 1%w/w
The spices 1%w/w spices of/cresols [based on the Drakkar(Dacca)]
Atoleine or ionized water 96.12%w/w
Embodiment:
Hexadecanoic acid (from 0.08%w/w to 0.15%w/w)
4-methyl thio morpholine (from 0.26%w/w to 0.73%w/w)
·BHT1%w/w
Isopropyl alcohol 1%w/w
Spices 1.1w/w(is based on the spices of M1998/ lavender/cresols)
Atoleine or ionized water 95.40%w/w
The important prerequisite developing this chemicals formulation is that following knowledge: OAI<-0.3 will work as culicifuge, and OAI will not have any effect between-0.3 to+0.3, and OAI>0.3 will attracting mosquitoes. Therefore, our device has OAI>0.3 is necessary.Initial experiment utilizes cresols to carry out, because cresols and human sweat have identical or higher OAI.But when using with the amount of >5ppm, cresols is poisonous. Therefore, test other relevant chemicals multiple and change the ratio of each composition, to obtain current chemicals formulation, it has OAI>0.55.
Above two kinds of preparations, OAI value >0.47 and masking effect 90+/-2%.
Use above chemical composition, this apparatus design (discussing in detail below) implements best mode of the present invention:
The arrangement of design apparatus is to realize killing mosquito to greatest extent in some way. This device is formed by with lower component, that is: 1. heating element heaters, 2. chemical container, 3. graphite rod, 4. five UV LEDs (UV LED), 5. fan, 6. scribble fan board, 7. the mosquito collection tray of titanium dioxide.Graphite rod is used for heat is distributed to make the visibility in its infrared rays mosquito (IR) vision maximize equably in the whole main body of device.UV LED (UV LED) scribbles titanium dioxide (TIO for exciting

OAI tests: in order to our research, we have built breeding mosquitoes cage:
Use this reproducing cage: (Figure 16)
1. I can know will perception quickly arrive target (in the horizontal direction or vertical direction) which direction mosquito. If need by family expenses model (D type) if be placed on ground level or it should be suspended from assigned altitute, this method contributes to setting up.This is also applicable to enterprise's model (E type).
2. I can calculate our composition embodiment of OC*(1,2,3 and 4) lay eggs and attract force value (oviposition attraction value) it compared with the value of paracresol, use following steps:
By laying eggs optimal concentration (the i.e. 10 μ g ml required for attracting at it
-1) under they are tested, the attraction of laying eggs of OC* is compared with cresols. This experiment is carried out in the following manner: two disposable bowls are remained on corner relative in cage, and one is equipped with OC* and another is equipped with paracresol as medium of laying eggs. The quantity originating in the egg raft (egg raft) of laying eggs in bowl is counted, and calculates the percentage of the egg raft originated in each bowl by the sum of the egg raft originated in both OC* and paracresol.
Sample preparation: for embodiment 3
Continue to carry out preparative chemistry product mixture until it becomes homogeneous mixture in 3 minutes by hybrid ionic water. For this reason, add BHT and isopropyl alcohol, and stir 1 minute further. With above process simultaneously in varing proportions (from 1:0 to 1:10) by diethylene triamine and hexadecanoic acid centrifugal, and to be added in main mixture.Mix about 20 minutes in the completed.
Same steps is repeated for embodiment 1,2 and 4.
Shelter test:
After OAI test, the chemicals of effective attracting mosquitoes can be selected, and by the following method further masking effect test is carried out to these chemicals.(room temperature: 35.6 DEG C, R in the room of 18 × 14 feet
h: 53%, wind speed: 1-1.2 meter per second) there are four people, and sample is placed on central authorities.10 mosquitoes are discharged in room.Observe chemicals whether can shelter the personnel be in room by observing the motion of mosquito: whether mosquito can be discovered the existence of people and fly to them or whether it can not do like this.
Evaluate: when 10 mosquitoes are used as a whole, when each mosquito can be discovered 1 people and bite him, then think that the validity of sheltering of chemicals reduces by 10%.In this case, 2 mosquito bites will mean chemicals be 80% shelter effective, etc.In fig. 17 it is illustrated.
Result:
Following table has the OAI value of contrast (paracresol) solution:
When paracresol, at 5 μ g ml
-1the female mosquitoes of gestation can not be attracted, because OAI is+0.2 under level.Along with concentration is increased to 10 μ g ml
-1with 15 μ g ml
-1, OAI is+0.47 and+0.32 respectively.
Following table has our the OAI value of sample chemicals relative to contrast solution:
The optium concentration attracted for laying eggs-when OC*, in these concentration of test, choose the sample with OAI>0.47 and carry out further optimal inspection.
Following table comprises the result of masking effect test:
There is the sample that % covers validity >=80% be proved to be effective and will study further.
By above result, in all cases, embodiment 3 and 4 all shows best result, and therefore we test when being exposed to the oopod reaction relative to the Culex quinquefasciatus (Culex quinquefasciatus) of formulation (the embodiment 3 and 4) gestation of paracresol variable concentrations in different cage.
In addition, I finds, for the threshold range of OAI value 0.32-0.40, it is feasible for blocking receptor AgOr1 and AgOr2.Higher than 0.40, these receptors still work. Therefore, this is why mosquito can not feel nigh people but be attracted to the reason [simultaneously attracting and occlusion] of the device with higher OAI value.
Chemical liquor:
As mentioned before, simultaneously the unique features of chemicals formulation carries out sheltering and attraction.Change conduct and learning formula to be made up of diethylene triamine, piperonyl butoxide (hexadecanoic acid), Yoshinox BHT (BHT), isopropyl alcohol and ionized water.Diethylene triamine and hexadecanoic acid are for blocking the osmoreceptor (sense of smell 0.3 to 0.4 attracts in index (OAI) scope, and this scope is the OAI scope of the mankind) of mosquito. Therefore shelter the mankind to affect from mosquito, and mosquito is attracted to the device with OAI scope >0.47.In above chemicals preparation, BHT and isopropyl alcohol produce the OAI value of more than 0.47 of attracting mosquitoes.
