Abstract
The invention discloses a fixing assembly for fixing a columnar valve body in an air conditioner, which comprises a positioning plate which can be fixedly connected to an air conditioner body, wherein a bayonet is arranged on the positioning plate; the fixing piece can fix the columnar valve body, and a clamping part matched with the bayonet is arranged on the fixing piece. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioner preparation, in particular to a fixing assembly for fixing a columnar valve body in an air conditioner and the air conditioner with the fixing assembly.
Background
In recent years, along with the implementation of national energy-saving policies, electronic expansion valves and solenoid valves capable of accurately adjusting the flow rate of refrigerants are widely applied to air-conditioning products, the electronic expansion valves or the solenoid valves need to be connected to and firmly welded with a refrigeration pipeline, and for convenience of installation on the refrigeration pipeline, the electronic expansion valves and the solenoid valves in the air-conditioning system are generally designed to be cylindrical, so that the electronic expansion valves and the solenoid valves are also called cylindrical valve bodies.
In the existing air-conditioning product, the electronic expansion valve or the electromagnetic valve is only welded with the refrigeration pipeline, and other fixing devices are not used for effectively fixing the electronic expansion valve or the electromagnetic valve, so that the electronic expansion valve or the electromagnetic valve is easy to vibrate in the transportation process of the product, and the vibration can cause the welding points between the electronic expansion valve and the refrigeration pipeline and the electromagnetic valve to break to cause open welding, thereby causing the leakage of a refrigerant; meanwhile, in the working process of the air conditioner, the vibration from the compressor can be directly transmitted to the electronic expansion valve and the electromagnetic valve, so that not only can the welding points of the electronic expansion valve or the electromagnetic valve and a refrigeration pipeline be easily broken, but also the noise generated during the operation of the air conditioner can be increased.
Therefore, how to effectively fix the cylindrical valve body in the air conditioner is a technical problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a fixing assembly for effectively fixing a cylindrical valve body in an air conditioner, so as to ensure the reliability of the cylindrical valve body.
The invention also aims to provide an air conditioner with the fixing assembly.

Detailed Description
The core of the invention is to provide a fixing assembly to achieve the purpose of effectively fixing the columnar valve body in the air conditioner so as to ensure the reliability of the columnar valve body.

The fixing assembly provided in the embodiment is mainly used for fixing a columnar valve body 3 in an air conditioner, such as an electronic expansion valve or an electromagnetic valve in the air conditioner, and mainly comprises a positioning plate 2 and a fixing part 1, wherein the positioning plate 2 can be fixedly connected to the air conditioner body, specifically, the positioning plate 2 can be connected to a shell of the air conditioner body or a partition plate of the air conditioner body, and a bayonet 21 is arranged on the positioning plate 2; the fixing member 1 is used for fixing the cylindrical valve body 3, and the fixing member 1 is provided with a clamping portion 111 adapted to the bayonet 21 so as to facilitate the fixing member 1 to be clamped on the positioning plate 2.

The fixing member 1 has a clamping portion 111, and during the process of clamping the fixing member 1 with the bayonet 21 on the positioning plate 2, the clamping portion 111 should be allowed to deform properly so as to make the clamping portion 111 and the bayonet 21 cooperate with each other, so that the clamping portion 111 should have a certain elasticity, and there are various materials that can meet such requirements, such as a plastic fixing member, an elastic steel sheet fixing member, and the like.
In order to further optimize the technical solution in the above embodiment, the fixing member 1 in this embodiment is preferably made of a rubber material, the rubber fixing member not only can meet the requirement of elasticity when the clamping portion 111 and the positioning plate 2 are clamped, but also can effectively buffer the vibration generated by the air conditioner during transportation and during operation, thereby forming more effective protection for the electronic expansion valve or the solenoid valve.
Referring to fig. 1, the fastening portion 111 of the fixing element 1 provided in the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes an introduction section 11 and a fastening section 14 connected to the introduction section 11, wherein a cross-sectional area of the introduction section 11 should be smaller than a cross-sectional area of the bayonet 21, so that the introduction section 11 can be conveniently and quickly inserted into the bayonet 21, a cross-sectional area of the fastening section 14 connected to the introduction section 11 is larger than a cross-sectional area of the bayonet 21, and the fastening section 14 is provided with a fastening groove 13 for cooperating with the bayonet 21, but certainly, in order to ensure that the fixing element 1 can be stably fastened on the positioning plate 2, the bayonet 21 on the positioning plate 2 should be tightly fitted with the fastening groove 13.
Since the cross-sectional area of the introduction section 11 is smaller than that of the bayonet 21, the introduction section 11 is relatively easily inserted into the bayonet 21, but the cross-sectional area of the fastening section 14 is larger than that of the bayonet 21, so that the fastening section 14 is not easily fastened into the bayonet 21 even if the fixing member 1 is made of a rubber material having a large elasticity, and therefore, in this embodiment, the opening passage 15 is formed in the fastening section 14, and one end of the opening passage 15 penetrates to the end of the introduction section 11.
The provision of the open channel 15 provides a deformation clearance for the introduction section 11 and the fastening section 14, and when the fixture 1 is fastened to the positioning plate 2, the introduction section 11 and the fastening section 14 can be pressed first to fit the inner wall of the open channel 15, and at this time, the introduction section 11 and the fastening section 14 become easily inserted into the bayonet 21 on the positioning plate 2, and when the bayonet 21 is moved to a position opposite to the bayonet slot 13, the pressing of the introduction section 11 and the fastening section 14 is stopped to restore the shape of the fastening portion 111 on the fixture 1, and at this time, the bayonet slot 13 and the bayonet slot 21 are tightly fitted.
In order to facilitate the installation of the cylindrical valve body 3 and the connecting pipeline thereof on the fixing member, the fixing member 1 provided in this embodiment is provided with an opening channel 15 on the clamping section 14 thereof, and one end of the opening channel 15 penetrates to the end of the introducing section 11, and the other end penetrates to the installation hole 16, that is, the side wall of the installation hole 16 is communicated with the outside, as shown in fig. 1.
