本发明属于保温隔热涂料领域,具体涉及一种防水抗裂保温隔热涂料及其制备方法。该防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料,由以下组分制成:成膜树脂乳液30-60份,中空玻璃微珠20-30份,膨胀珍珠岩5-10份,海泡石粉5-8份,滑石粉6-8份,云母粉5-10份,高岭土6-8份,二氧化钛15-20份,木质纤维5-10份,泡沫纤维4-6份,水玻璃10-30份,有机硅3-5份,甲基纤维素1-2份,成膜助剂2-4份,消泡剂1-2份,水适量;本发明得到的涂料保温隔热效果好,粘结强度高,兼具防水抗裂性能,无需另设防水层以及保护层。

一种防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于保温隔热涂料领域,具体涉及一种防水抗裂保温隔热涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
保温外墙隔热涂料只需采用简单刷涂或喷涂的施工方式就可达到较好的保温效果,兼具装饰和保护作用,具有质轻层薄、阻燃性好、环保、施工简单、整体性强等诸多优点,市场需求前景巨大。目前,应用最为广泛的是阻隔型隔热涂料,阻隔型隔热涂料原材料易得,生产设备简单,投人少产出大;施工方便,适于弯头阀门、旋转体球体等异形体的保温施工,可不停工对热管、设备进行施工,其缺点是对降低对流和辐射传热效果差且保温层较厚,吸水率高,不抗振动,使用寿命短,而且为了形成一个稳定的保温体系,往往还需另设防水层及外护层。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种防水抗裂隔热保温一体的复合外墙涂料,该涂料保温隔热效果好,粘结强度高,兼具防水抗裂性能,无需另设防水层以及保护层。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料,由以下组分制成:成膜树脂30-60份,中空玻璃微珠20-30份,膨胀珍珠岩5-10份,海泡石粉5-8份,滑石粉6-8份,云母粉5-10份,高岭土6-8份,二氧化钛15-20份,木质纤维5-10份,泡沫纤维4-6份,水玻璃10-30份,有机硅3-5份,甲基纤维素1-2份,成膜助剂2-4份,消泡剂1-2份,水适量。
优选的,由以下组分制成:成膜树脂40份,中空玻璃微珠25份,膨胀珍珠岩8份,海泡石粉6份,滑石粉7份,云母粉6份,高岭土7份,二氧化钛18份,木质纤维8份,泡沫纤维5份,水玻璃20份,有机硅4份,甲基纤维素1.5份,成膜助剂3份,消泡剂1.5份,水适量。
所述防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料的制备方法为:
1)按比例称取各原料备用;
2)将木质纤维、泡沫纤维、甲基纤维素,成膜助剂、消泡剂加适量水混合搅拌均匀;
3)将中空玻璃微珠、膨胀珍珠岩、海泡石粉、滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、二氧化钛混合搅拌均匀;
4)将步骤3)中得到的均匀粉末与步骤2)中的液体混合,同时加入成膜树脂、有机硅、水玻璃和适量的水搅拌均匀即得到该防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以成膜树脂为基料,以中空玻璃微珠、膨胀珍珠岩、海泡石粉为复合保温隔热骨料,添加滑石粉,云母粉,高岭土等辅助填料,再加入复合纤维组分木质纤维和泡沫纤维,粘结剂水玻璃,以及具有防水功能的有机硅和其他助剂混合制得的防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料涂刷在基体表面干燥后,表面形成一层坚固的防水保护膜,且由于复合纤维的加入,形成的涂层还具有一定的抗裂性能,涂层中加入一定量的云母粉,不但可阻止紫外线的穿透,还可进一步起到防龟裂、粉化的作用;高岭土具有良好的抗沉降作用,分散、悬浮性能也较好,有利于保持涂料粘度的稳定;滑石粉可使涂料流平性能增强,在耐洗性和硬度方面也有良好的作用。本发明综合各方面的性能,得到的涂料保温隔热效果好,粘结强度高,兼具防水抗裂性能,无需另设防水层以及保护层。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
实施例1
成膜树脂60份,中空玻璃微珠30份,膨胀珍珠岩5份,海泡石粉5份,滑石粉6份,云母粉10份,高岭土6份,二氧化钛15份,木质纤维5份,泡沫纤维6份,水玻璃10份,有机硅5份,甲基纤维素2份,成膜助剂4份,消泡剂1份,水适量。
防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料按下列方法制备:
1)按比例称取各原料备用;
2)将木质纤维、泡沫纤维、甲基纤维素,成膜助剂、消泡剂加适量水混合搅拌均匀;
3)将中空玻璃微珠、膨胀珍珠岩、海泡石粉、滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、二氧化钛混合搅拌均匀;
4)将步骤3)中得到的均匀粉末与步骤2)中的液体混合,同时加入成膜树脂、有机硅、水玻璃和适量的水搅拌均匀即得到该防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料。
实施例2

防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料按下列方法制备:
1)按比例称取各原料备用;
2)将木质纤维、泡沫纤维、甲基纤维素,成膜助剂、消泡剂加适量水混合搅拌均匀;
3)将中空玻璃微珠、膨胀珍珠岩、海泡石粉、滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、二氧化钛混合搅拌均匀;
4)将步骤3)中得到的均匀粉末与步骤2)中的液体混合,同时加入成膜树脂、有机硅、水玻璃和适量的水搅拌均匀即得到该防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料。
实施例3
成膜树脂30份,中空玻璃微珠20份,膨胀珍珠岩10份,海泡石粉8份,滑石粉8份,云母粉5份,高岭土8份,二氧化钛20份,木质纤维10份,泡沫纤维4份,水玻璃30份,有机硅3份,甲基纤维素1份,成膜助剂2份,消泡剂2份,水适量。
防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料按下列方法制备:
1)按比例称取各原料备用;
2)将木质纤维、泡沫纤维、甲基纤维素,成膜助剂、消泡剂加适量水混合搅拌均匀;
3)将中空玻璃微珠、膨胀珍珠岩、海泡石粉、滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、二氧化钛混合搅拌均匀;
4)将步骤3)中得到的均匀粉末与步骤2)中的液体混合,同时加入成膜树脂、有机硅、水玻璃和适量的水搅拌均匀即得到该防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料。
实施例1-3中制得的防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料,其常规性能符合外墙涂料的相关标准要求,通过对保温涂料性能的测定,与普通涂料相比,本发明制得的涂料保温隔热效果更好,粘结强度更高,且兼具防水抗裂性能。

1.一种防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料,其特征在于,由以下组分制成:成膜树脂30-60份,中空玻璃微珠20-30份,膨胀珍珠岩5-10份,海泡石粉5-8份,滑石粉6-8份,云母粉5-10份,高岭土6-8份,二氧化钛15-20份,木质纤维5-10份,泡沫纤维4-6份,水玻璃10-30份,有机硅3-5份,甲基纤维素1-2份,成膜助剂2-4份,消泡剂1-2份,水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料,其特征在于,由以下组分制成:成膜树脂40份,中空玻璃微珠25份,膨胀珍珠岩8份,海泡石粉6份,滑石粉7份,云母粉6份,高岭土7份,二氧化钛18份,木质纤维8份,泡沫纤维5份,水玻璃20份,有机硅4份,甲基纤维素1.5份,成膜助剂3份,消泡剂1.5份,水适量。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体由下列步骤制得:
1)按比例称取各原料备用;
2)将木质纤维、泡沫纤维、甲基纤维素,成膜助剂、消泡剂加适量水混合搅拌均匀;
3)将中空玻璃微珠、膨胀珍珠岩、海泡石粉、滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、二氧化钛混合搅拌均匀;
4)将步骤3)中得到的均匀粉末与步骤2)中的液体混合,同时加入成膜树脂、有机硅、水玻璃和适量的水搅拌均匀即得到该防水抗裂外墙保温隔热涂料。
