After the order number generating module 14 generates the associated logistics order number corresponding to each order number according to the initial order number and the logistics order number rule, the information associating module 03 establishes an association relationship between the order number and the logistics order number, and stores the order information, the logistics information corresponding to the order information, and the association relationship between the order information and the logistics information.
The embodiment of the invention automatically generates logistics information corresponding to the residual order information based on the association rule and the initial logistics information, and establishes and stores the association relationship between the order information and the generated logistics information; the method has the advantages of quickly and accurately associating the order information with the logistics information, and improving the operation efficiency and the intelligence of the terminal.
FIG. 7 is a functional block diagram of a third embodiment of an apparatus for associating order information with logistics information according to the present invention; the difference between the embodiment of the present invention and the embodiment described in fig. 5 or fig. 6 is that a validity check module 04 is added. This embodiment is described based on the embodiment shown in fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 7, the apparatus for associating order information with logistics information of the present invention further includes:
the legal verification module 04 is used for receiving a legal verification instruction of the logistics information; and when the logistics information is verified to be illegal, sending out prompt information that the logistics information is illegal, and forbidding to store or associate the logistics information.
In order to avoid that illegal characters appear in the logistics list number corresponding to the logistics information or the length of the logistics list number exceeds the preset number, the legal verification module 04 needs to perform legal verification on the received or automatically generated logistics list number.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when receiving the validity check instruction of the logistics information, the validity check module 04 checks the logistics information. Or, setting an automatic verification rule, and when the system identifies that the set automatic verification rule is met, automatically triggering the validity verification instruction by the system; and the legal verification module 04 verifies the logistics information when receiving a legal verification instruction of the logistics information, which is automatically triggered by the system. The validity checking instruction of the logistics information triggered by the user comprises the following steps: when the user clicks the 'save' control on the display interface shown in fig. 2, the validity check instruction of the logistics information is triggered; or when the user uploads the established associated information to the server, triggering a validity check instruction of the logistics information; or, within a preset time length after the corresponding logistics information is finally input, if no operation instruction triggered by the user is detected, the legal verification module 04 automatically triggers the legal verification instruction of the logistics information, and the legal verification module 04 automatically performs legal verification and the like on the input logistics information. The embodiment of the invention does not limit the specific mode for triggering the validity check instruction of the logistics information.
When the legal verification module 04 verifies that the logistics information is illegal, for example, the round-through express bill number exceeds 10-bit characters, the applied express bill number exceeds 12-bit characters, or other characters except for numbers and english letters appear in the express bill number, the legal verification module 04 sends out prompt information that the logistics information is illegal, and prohibits the user from submitting associated information containing the illegal information, for example, prohibits the user from storing or uploading the logistics information.
The embodiment of the invention carries out validity check on the inputted logistics information, improves the accuracy of the logistics information and saves the labor cost.
FIG. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for associating order information with logistics information according to the present invention; as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus for associating order information with logistics information of the present invention includes: a processor 101, a memory 102, a user interface 103, a network interface 104, and a communication bus 105. The communication bus 105 is used for communication between each component of the association device of order information and logistics information (hereinafter referred to as "association device"), and the user interface 103 is used for receiving information input by a user, and the user interface can be a wired interface and a wireless interface, such as a keyboard, a mouse, and the like. The network interface 104 is used for verifying the associated device to communicate with the outside, and may also include a wired interface and a wireless interface. Memory 102 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, and includes not only internal memory, but also external memory. The memory stores an operating system, and associated application programs of order information and logistics information. The processor 101 is configured to invoke an associated application of the order information and the logistics information in the memory 102 to perform the following operations:
the processor 101 responds to an information association operation instruction triggered by a user terminal through the network interface 104, and obtains order information to be associated and a logistics type corresponding to the order information through the communication bus 105;
the processor 101 receives logistics information sent by the user terminal for the order information through the user interface 103 or the network interface 104 based on the acquired logistics information rule corresponding to the logistics type;
the processor 101 establishes the association information between the order information and the logistics information through the communication bus 105.
Because the user terminal directly sends the corresponding logistics information to the association device, the user is prevented from manually inputting the logistics information such as an express order number, and the purpose of rapidly and accurately associating the order information with the logistics information is achieved.
Further, the logistics information includes a logistics order number, and the order information includes an order number.
Further, the processor 101 is further configured to invoke an associated application of the order information and the logistics information in the memory 102 to perform the following operations:
when the order information includes a plurality of order numbers, a plurality of logistics order numbers corresponding to the order numbers sent by the user terminal each time are received through the network interface 104, and the received logistics order numbers are associated with the corresponding order numbers through the communication bus 105.
Further, the processor 101 is further configured to invoke an associated application of the order information and the logistics information in the memory 102 to perform the following operations:
and establishing a logistics list number rule base matched with the logistics type through the user interface 103 or the network interface 104.
Further, the processor 101 is further configured to invoke an associated application of the order information and the logistics information in the memory 102 to perform the following operations:
identifying the association rule identifier of the logistics single number carried by the information association operation instruction through a communication bus 105;
based on the obtained logistics type, searching the logistics list number rule base, and obtaining a logistics list number rule matched with the logistics type;
receiving an initial logistics order number corresponding to initial order information input by a user through a user interface 103;
generating a logistics list number associated with the remaining order information based on the initial logistics list number according to the logistics list number rule by using a communication bus 105;
and establishing the associated information of the order information and the logistics order number.
Further, the processor 101 is further configured to invoke an associated application of the order information and the logistics information in the memory 102 to perform the following operations:
receiving a legality checking instruction of the logistics information through the user interface 103 or the communication bus 105;
when the logistics information is verified to be illegal by using the communication bus 105, prompt information that the logistics information is illegal is sent through the user interface 103 or the network interface 104, and the logistics information is prohibited from being stored or associated.
The association device can automatically generate the corresponding logistics single number and carry out validity check on the input logistics single number, thereby improving man-machine interactivity and intelligence of the association device.

Claims (9)

1. A method for associating order information with logistics information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to an information association operation instruction triggered by a user terminal, and acquiring order information of a plurality of corresponding network transactions needing to be associated and logistics types corresponding to the order information;
displaying each order information in a display interface, and marking at least one order information;
when the association rule identification of the logistics single number carried by the information association operation instruction is identified, acquiring a logistics single number rule matched with the logistics type from a logistics single number rule base based on the acquired logistics type;
receiving an initial logistics order number corresponding to initial order information in at least one piece of order information, and verifying the initial logistics order number;
after the initial logistics list number is verified to be legal, establishing the associated information between the initial order information and the initial logistics list number;
generating a logistics list number associated with the rest of the order information according to the logistics list number rule and based on the initial logistics list number;
after the associated logistics list number is verified to be legal, establishing the association information between the remaining order information and the associated logistics list number, and
and marking the order information without the established associated information in the display interface until the associated information between each order information and the logistics order number correspondingly sent by the user terminal is established.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the order information comprises an order number.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before responding to the information-associated operation instruction triggered by the user terminal, the method further comprises:
and establishing a logistics single number rule base matched with the logistics type.
4. The method of claim 1 or 3, further comprising:
receiving a validity check instruction of the logistics single number;
and when the logistics single number is verified to be illegal, sending out prompt information that the logistics single number is illegal, and forbidding to store or associate the logistics single number.
5. The association device of order information and logistics information is characterized by comprising a type acquisition module, a rule acquisition module, an order number generation module and an information association module;
the type acquisition module is used for responding to an information association operation instruction triggered by a user terminal and acquiring a plurality of pieces of order information of corresponding network transactions needing to be associated and logistics types corresponding to the order information;
the association device is used for displaying each order information in a display interface and marking at least one order information;
the rule obtaining module is used for obtaining a logistics single number rule matched with the logistics type from a logistics single number rule base based on the obtained logistics type when identifying the association rule identification of the logistics single number carried by the information association operation instruction;
the order number generation module is used for receiving an initial logistics order number corresponding to initial order information in at least one piece of order information and verifying the initial logistics order number;
the information correlation module is used for establishing correlation information between the initial order information and the initial logistics order number after the initial logistics order number is verified to be legal;
the order number generation module is further used for generating the logistics order numbers associated with the remaining order information according to the logistics order number rule and based on the initial logistics order number;
the information correlation module is further configured to establish correlation information between the remaining order information and the associated logistics order number after the associated logistics order number is verified to be legal, and mark one order information that does not establish correlation information with the logistics order number in the display interface until the correlation information between each order information and the logistics order number is established.
6. The correlation apparatus of claim 5, wherein the order information comprises an order number.
7. The association apparatus as claimed in claim 5, further comprising:
and the rule base establishing module is used for establishing a logistics single number rule base matched with the logistics type.
8. The association apparatus according to claim 5 or 7, further comprising:
the legal verification module is used for receiving a legal verification instruction of the logistics single number; and when the logistics single number is verified to be illegal, sending out prompt information that the logistics single number is illegal, and forbidding to store or associate the logistics single number.
9. A computer storage medium, characterized in that the computer storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by at least one processor, implements the method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
