Further, the information filtering keyword may include: a switchboard number; if the unknown calling number is the switchboard number, sending the prompt message with the unknown calling number as the switchboard number so that the receiver receiving the prompt message can know the message with the unknown number as the switchboard number, thereby selecting not to call back, saving unnecessary call back time and avoiding the expenditure of extra telephone charges.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, after the step 405 of sending the push content information, the method further includes: receiving push content correction information of the push content information; and correcting the push content information by adopting the push content correction information. And after receiving the correction information sent by the user terminal, the server updates the content of the associated information of the number according to the telephone number corresponding to the correction information. The updating may be performed by overwriting the original information or by adding the modified information to the original content information of the corresponding number. It is understood that, before the information is updated, the server determines and confirms the accuracy of the correction information. The server receives the correction information sent by the user terminal and updates and corrects the pushed content information, so that the latest state information of the number is stored in the server, and the content accuracy of the pushed information is guaranteed.
Further, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the step 404 of acquiring the push content information related to the unknown calling number includes: searching and acquiring push content information related to an unknown calling number in a local database; when the pushed content information related to the unknown calling number cannot be found or is partially found, an information query request of the unknown calling number is sent to the internet server, an information query result returned by the internet server is received, the pushed content information related to the unknown calling number is formed according to the information query result, and the pushed content information is sent to the local database to be stored.
The server can acquire the push content information from the information which is stored by the server and related to the unknown number, and can further search the information which is related to the unknown number from the mass information of the Internet, so that the comprehensive and more comprehensive push content information is provided for the user.
Fig. 5 is a signaling flowchart illustrating an incoming call information processing method according to another exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment is exemplified by an interactive flow in which the incoming call information processing method is applied to a terminal (client device) and to an incoming call information processing apparatus (server device), and the incoming call information processing method includes the steps of:
step 501, the terminal receives the information screening keyword.
Step 502, the terminal sends an information screening keyword, and the sent information also includes identification information of the terminal.
In step 503, the incoming call information processing apparatus (i.e. the server in the above embodiment) receives the information filtering keyword sent by the terminal, and stores the information filtering keyword in correspondence with the terminal identifier.
Step 504, the terminal acquires an unknown calling number of the incoming call in the process of the incoming call; or, in the process that the user opens the call record page to check the missed call, the unknown calling number of the incoming call is obtained.
In step 505, the terminal sends an incoming call information acquisition request to the incoming call information processing apparatus, where the incoming call information acquisition request includes an unknown calling number.
Step 506, the incoming call information processing device receives the incoming call information obtaining request sent by the terminal, and searches and obtains the push content information related to the unknown calling number in the local database.
And 507, sending an information query request of the unknown calling number to the internet server when the pushed content information related to part of the unknown calling number cannot be found or is found.
And step 508, receiving an information query result returned by the Internet server.
Step 509, forming the push content information related to the unknown calling number according to the information query result and storing the push content information in the local database.
And step 510, the incoming call information processing device screens the acquired push content information related to the unknown calling number according to the information screening keywords. Wherein, the information screening keyword comprises: a switchboard number; and if the unknown calling number is the switchboard number, displaying the prompt message that the unknown calling number is the switchboard number.
And step 511, sending the screened push content information.
And step 512, the terminal receives the screened push content information related to the unknown calling number, and performs associated display on the unknown calling number and the push content information.
If the terminal does not receive the push content information related to the unknown calling number, the terminal searches text content information containing the unknown calling number from the information storage position of the communication application; and when the text content information containing the unknown calling number is found, the text content information and the unknown calling are displayed in a correlation manner.
Step 513, the terminal receives the push content modification information.
Step 514, transmitting the push content correction information to the incoming call information processing apparatus.
Step 515, the incoming call information processing device receives the push content correction information of the push content information; and correcting the push content information by adopting the push content correction information.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating an incoming call information processing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both, as shown in fig. 6. The incoming call information processing apparatus may include: an obtaining module 601, configured to obtain an unknown calling number of an incoming call; a sending module 602, configured to send an incoming call information obtaining request, where the incoming call information obtaining request includes an unknown calling number; a receiving module 603, configured to receive push content information related to an unknown calling number; the associating module 604 is configured to perform associated display on the unknown calling number and the push content information.
The specific manner in which the various modules perform operations has been described in detail in relation to the embodiments of the method and will not be elaborated upon here with regard to the apparatus of the embodiments.
In summary, the incoming call information processing apparatus provided in this embodiment requests to acquire the push content information associated with the unknown calling number by acquiring the unknown calling number of the incoming call, and displays the received push content information in association with the unknown calling number. Therefore, the user can conveniently and timely know the information of the unknown calling number owner and further know the multi-azimuth information of the unknown calling number owner, and the user can accurately judge the safety and the practicability of the unknown calling number.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram illustrating an incoming call information processing apparatus, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both, according to another exemplary embodiment. Based on the above device embodiment, the incoming call information processing device further includes:
optionally, the obtaining module 601 is configured to obtain an unknown calling number of an incoming call in the process of the incoming call; or, the method and the device are used for acquiring the unknown calling number of the incoming call in the process that the user opens the call record page to check the missed call. Wherein, the content information pushing comprises: an affiliate of the unknown calling number and attribute information associated with the affiliate. The attribution person of the unknown calling number is a natural person, and attribute information related to the attribution person comprises at least one of the following information: head portrait information, home address, instant communication number, mail address, and interest information of a natural person; or, the attribution of the unknown calling number is an enterprise, and the attribute information related to the attribution comprises at least one of the following information: enterprise official network address, enterprise brief introduction information, enterprise mark, service item description and mail box address.
Optionally, the receiving module 603 is further configured to receive an information filtering keyword. The sending module 602 is further configured to send an information screening keyword; the information screening keyword is used for screening the push content information. The receiving module 603 is further configured to receive the push content information after the push content is screened according to the information screening keyword. Wherein the information filtering keyword comprises: a switchboard number; the apparatus further comprises: the prompting module 605 is configured to display a prompting message that the unknown calling number is the switchboard number when the unknown calling number is the switchboard number.
Optionally, the receiving module 603 is further configured to receive the pushed content modification information; a sending module 602, configured to send the push content modification information; the push content correction information is used for correcting the push content information.
Optionally, the incoming call information processing apparatus further includes:
the searching module 606 is configured to search for text content information including an unknown calling number from an information storage location of the communication application when push content information related to the unknown calling number is not received.
Optionally, the associating module 604 is configured to, when the searching module 606 finds the text content information including the unknown calling number, associate and display the text content information and the unknown calling; wherein the communication application comprises: social application, short message, multimedia message, mail, instant communication application.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating an incoming call service server according to an exemplary embodiment, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both, as shown in fig. 8. The incoming call service server may include:
the receiving module 801 is configured to receive an incoming call information obtaining request, where the incoming call information obtaining request includes an unknown calling number. An obtaining module 802, configured to obtain push content information related to an unknown calling number. A sending module 803, configured to send the push content information.
With respect to the incoming call service server in the embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs operations has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
In summary, the incoming call service server provided in this embodiment receives the incoming call information obtaining request, and obtains and sends the push content information related to the unknown calling number according to the unknown calling number in the request. Therefore, a receiver for pushing the content information can conveniently acquire the information of the unknown calling number owner in time, and further acquire the multi-azimuth information of the unknown calling number owner, and the receiver can accurately judge the safety and the practicability of the unknown calling number.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram illustrating an incoming service server according to another exemplary embodiment, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination thereof, as shown in fig. 9. The incoming call service server may further include:

The storage module 804 is configured to store the information filtering keyword in correspondence with an identifier of a sender sending the information filtering keyword. The sending module 803 is further configured to send the push content information after the push content is screened according to the information screening keyword. The attribution person of the unknown calling number is a natural person, and attribute information related to the attribution person comprises at least one of the following information: head portrait information, home address, instant communication number, mail address, and interest information of a natural person; or, the attribution of the unknown calling number is an enterprise, and the attribute information related to the attribution comprises at least one of the following information: enterprise official network address, enterprise brief introduction information, enterprise mark, service item description and mail box address.
Optionally, the information filtering keyword includes: a switchboard number; the sending module 803 is further configured to send a prompt message that the unknown calling number is the switchboard number when the unknown calling number is the switchboard number.
Optionally, the receiving module 801 is further configured to receive push content modification information of the push content information. And a modification module 805 configured to modify the push content information by using the push content modification information.
Optionally, the obtaining module 802 includes: the searching sub-module 8021 is configured to search and acquire push content information related to an unknown calling number in the local database. The sending sub-module 8022 is configured to send an information query request of the unknown calling number to the internet when the searching sub-module 8021 fails to find or finds part of the pushed content information related to the unknown calling number. The receiving submodule 8023 is configured to receive an information query result returned by the internet. And the processing sub-module 8024 is configured to form push content information related to the unknown calling number according to the information query result, and send the push content information to the local database for storage.
With regard to the incoming call service server in the above embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs operations has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram illustrating an incoming call information processing apparatus 1000 according to an example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 1000 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 10, the apparatus 1000 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 1002, memory 1004, power component 1006, multimedia component 1008, audio component 1010, input/output (I/O) interface 1012, sensor component 1014, and communications component 1016.
The processing component 1002 generally controls the overall operation of the device 1000, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 1002 may include one or more processors 1020 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, processing component 1002 may include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between processing component 1002 and other components. For example, the processing component 1002 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 708 and the processing component 1002.
The memory 1004 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the apparatus 1000. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 1000, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 1004 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
Power components 1006 provide power to the various components of device 1000. Power components 1006 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for device 1000.
The multimedia component 1008 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 1000 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 1008 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 1000 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 1010 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, audio component 1010 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when apparatus 1000 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 1004 or transmitted via the communication component 1016. In some embodiments, audio component 1010 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 1012 provides an interface between the processing component 702 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 1014 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of status assessment for the device 1000. For example, sensor assembly 1014 may detect an open/closed state of device 1000, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of device 1000, the change in position of device 1000 or a component of device 1000, the presence or absence of user contact with device 1000, the orientation or acceleration/deceleration of device 1000, and the change in temperature of device 1000. The sensor assembly 1014 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1014 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1014 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 1016 is configured to facilitate communications between the apparatus 1000 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 1000 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1016 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communications component 1016 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 1000 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 1004 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 1020 of the device 1000 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having instructions therein, which when executed by a processor of a mobile terminal, enable the mobile terminal to perform an incoming call information processing method, the method comprising:
a memory 1004 for storing executable instructions for the processor 1020; a processor 1020 for obtaining an unknown calling number of an incoming call; sending a call information acquisition request, wherein the call information acquisition request comprises an unknown calling number; receiving push content information related to an unknown calling number; and carrying out associated display on the unknown calling number and the push content information.
Fig. 11 is a block diagram illustrating an incoming call information processing apparatus 1100 according to an example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 1100 may be provided as a server. Referring to fig. 11, the apparatus 1100 includes a processing component 1122 that further includes one or more processors (not shown), and memory resources, represented by memory 1132, for storing instructions, such as application programs, executable by the processing component 1122. The application programs stored in memory 1132 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processing component 1122 is configured to execute instructions to perform the incoming call information processing method described above.
The apparatus 1100 may also include a power component 1126 configured to perform power management of the apparatus 1100, a wired or wireless network interface 1150 configured to connect the apparatus 1100 to a network, and an input/output (I/O) interface 1158. The apparatus 1100 may operate based on an operating system stored in the memory 1132, such as Windows Server, MacOS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, or the like.

Claims (19)

1. An incoming call information processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an information screening keyword;
sending the information screening keyword so that a server correspondingly stores the information screening keyword and an identifier of a sender sending the information screening keyword, wherein the information screening keyword is used for screening the pushed content information;
acquiring an unknown calling number of an incoming call;
sending a call information acquisition request, wherein the call information acquisition request comprises the unknown calling number;
receiving push content information which is related to the unknown calling number and is subjected to push content screening according to the information screening keywords;
performing associated display on the unknown calling number and the pushed content information;
receiving pushed content correction information input by a user;
sending the push content modification information to a server, the push content modification information being used to modify the push content information,
the information screening keyword includes: a switchboard number; the method further comprises the following steps: and if the unknown calling number is the switchboard number, displaying the prompt message that the unknown calling number is the switchboard number.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the unknown calling number of the incoming call comprises:
in the process of incoming call, acquiring an unknown calling number of the incoming call;
or,
and acquiring an unknown calling number of the incoming call in the process of opening a call record page by a user to check the missed call.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the push content information comprises:
the attribution of the unknown calling number and attribute information related to the attribution.
4. The method of claim 3,
the attribution person of the unknown calling number is a natural person, and the attribute information related to the attribution person comprises at least one of the following information:
the head portrait information, the home address, the instant communication number, the mailbox address and the interest information of the natural person;
or,
the attribution of the unknown calling number is an enterprise, and the attribute information related to the attribution comprises at least one of the following information:
enterprise official network address, enterprise brief introduction information, enterprise mark, service item description and mail box address.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the transmitting, after the sending of the incoming call information acquisition request, further comprises:
when the pushed content information related to the unknown calling number is not received, searching text content information containing the unknown calling number from an information storage position of a communication application;
when the text content information containing the unknown calling number is found, the text content information and the unknown calling are displayed in a correlation mode;
the communication application comprises at least one of social application, short message, multimedia message, mail and instant communication application.
6. An incoming call information processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an information screening keyword;
correspondingly storing the information screening keywords and sender identifications for sending the information screening keywords;
receiving an incoming call information acquisition request, wherein the incoming call information acquisition request comprises an unknown calling number;
acquiring push content information which is related to the unknown calling number and is subjected to push content screening according to the information screening keywords;
sending the push content information;
receiving push content correction information of the push content information sent by a terminal;
modifying the push content information using the push content modification information,
the information screening keyword includes: a switchboard number; the method further comprises the following steps: and if the unknown calling number is the switchboard number, sending prompt information that the unknown calling number is the switchboard number.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the push content information comprises:
the attribution of the unknown calling number and attribute information related to the attribution.
8. The method of claim 7,
the attribution person of the unknown calling number is a natural person, and the attribute information related to the attribution person comprises at least one of the following information:
the head portrait information, the home address, the instant communication number, the mailbox address and the interest information of the natural person;
or,
the attribution of the unknown calling number is an enterprise, and the attribute information related to the attribution comprises at least one of the following information:
enterprise official network address, enterprise brief introduction information, enterprise mark, service item description and mail box address.
9. The method according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the obtaining push content information related to the unknown calling number comprises:
searching and acquiring push content information related to the unknown calling number in a local database;
and when part of the pushed content information related to the unknown calling number cannot be found or cannot be found, sending an information query request of the unknown calling number to an internet server, receiving an information query result returned by the internet server, forming the pushed content information related to the unknown calling number according to the information query result, and sending the pushed content information to the local database for storage.
10. An incoming call information processing apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the information screening keywords;
the sending module is used for sending the information screening keywords, and the information screening keywords are used for screening the push content information;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring an unknown calling number of an incoming call;
the sending module is further configured to send an incoming call information obtaining request, so that the server correspondingly stores the information screening keyword and a sender identifier for sending the information screening keyword, where the incoming call information obtaining request includes the unknown calling number;
the receiving module is further configured to receive push content information related to the unknown calling number and obtained by performing push content screening according to the information screening keyword;
the association module is used for performing association display on the unknown calling number and the push content information;
the receiving module is further used for receiving the pushed content correction information input by the user;
the sending module is further configured to send the push content modification information to a server, where the push content modification information is used to modify the push content information,
the information screening keyword includes: a switchboard number; the device further comprises: and the prompt module is used for displaying prompt information that the unknown calling number is the switchboard number when the unknown calling number is the switchboard number.
11. The apparatus of claim 10,
the acquisition module is used for acquiring an unknown calling number of an incoming call in the process of the incoming call;
or, the method and the device are used for acquiring the unknown calling number of the incoming call in the process that the user opens the call record page to check the missed call.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the push content information comprises:
the attribution of the unknown calling number and attribute information related to the attribution.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the unknown calling number is attributed to a natural person, and wherein the attribution-related attribute information comprises at least one of the following information:
the head portrait information, the home address, the instant communication number, the mailbox address and the interest information of the natural person;
or,
the attribution of the unknown calling number is an enterprise, and the attribute information related to the attribution comprises at least one of the following information:
enterprise official network address, enterprise brief introduction information, enterprise mark, service item description and mail box address.
14. The apparatus of any one of claims 10 to 13, further comprising:
the searching module is used for searching the text content information containing the unknown calling number from the information storage position of the communication application when the pushed content information related to the unknown calling number is not received;
the association module is used for associating and displaying the text content information and the unknown calling when the search module finds the text content information containing the unknown calling number;
the communication application includes: social application, short message, multimedia message, mail, instant communication application.
15. An incoming call service server, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the information screening keywords;
the storage module is used for correspondingly storing the information screening keywords and sender identifications for sending the information screening keywords; the receiving module is further used for receiving an incoming call information acquisition request, wherein the incoming call information acquisition request comprises an unknown calling number;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the push content information which is related to the unknown calling number and is obtained after the push content is screened according to the information screening keyword;
the sending module is used for sending the push content information;
the receiving module is further configured to receive push content modification information of the push content information sent by the terminal;
a modification module for modifying the push content information using the push content modification information,
the information screening keyword includes: a switchboard number; the sending module is further configured to send a prompt message that the unknown calling number is a switchboard number when the unknown calling number is the switchboard number.
16. The server according to claim 15, wherein the push content information comprises:
the attribution of the unknown calling number and attribute information related to the attribution.
17. The server according to claim 16, wherein the unknown calling number is attributed to a natural person, and the attribution-related attribute information includes at least one of the following information:
the head portrait information, the home address, the instant communication number, the mailbox address and the interest information of the natural person;
or,
the attribution of the unknown calling number is an enterprise, and the attribute information related to the attribution comprises at least one of the following information:
enterprise official network address, enterprise brief introduction information, enterprise mark, service item description and mail box address.
18. The server according to any one of claims 15 to 17, wherein the obtaining module comprises:
the searching submodule is used for searching and acquiring the push content information related to the unknown calling number in a local database;
the sending submodule is used for sending an information query request of the unknown calling number to the Internet when the searching submodule cannot find or finds part of pushed content information related to the unknown calling number;
the receiving submodule is used for receiving an information query result returned by the Internet;
and the processing sub-module is used for forming the push content information related to the unknown calling number according to the information query result and sending the push content information to the local database for storage.
19. An incoming call information processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
a processor;
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
