The present disclosure relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing incoming call information, and an incoming call service server.

Background

With the pace of life of people becoming faster and the popularity of mobile terminals, people increasingly want to spend less time obtaining more useful information. However, the design of old times of call records, contacts and other programs has become increasingly unsatisfactory.

When a mobile terminal of a user receives an incoming call, if the calling number is a number stored in a local address book, the mobile terminal can display the name and the attribution information of the contact person, and if the calling number is not a number stored in the local address book, the user cannot know who the calling number is coming, or at most, the attribution information of the telephone number is displayed.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE

In order to overcome the problems in the related art, the present disclosure provides an incoming call information processing method and apparatus, and an incoming call service server, and the technical scheme is as follows:

according to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an incoming call information processing method, including:

acquiring an unknown calling number of an incoming call;

sending a call information acquisition request, wherein the call information acquisition request comprises the unknown calling number;

receiving push content information related to the unknown calling number;

and performing associated display on the unknown calling number and the pushed content information.

Further, the acquiring the unknown calling number of the incoming call includes: in the process of incoming call, acquiring an unknown calling number of the incoming call; or, in the process that a user opens a call record page to check missed calls, acquiring an unknown calling number of the incoming call.

Further, the push content information includes:

the attribution of the unknown calling number and attribute information related to the attribution.

The method and the device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects:

(1) in one embodiment, the method includes requesting to acquire the push content information associated with the unknown calling number by acquiring the unknown calling number of the incoming call, and displaying the received push content information in association with the unknown calling number. Therefore, the user can conveniently and timely know the information of the unknown calling number owner and further know the multi-azimuth information of the unknown calling number owner, and the user can accurately judge the safety and the practicability of the unknown calling number.

(2) In another embodiment, the unknown calling number can be obtained in the process of calling; or, the missed call is obtained in the process that the user opens the call record page to check the missed call. The method and the device enable the acquisition mode of the unknown calling number to be flexible and various, meet individual requirements of users, and improve user experience.

(3) In another embodiment, the push content information may include: an affiliate of the unknown calling number and attribute information associated with the affiliate. The attribution of the unknown calling number can be a natural person or an enterprise, and each of the attribution has corresponding attribute information. The classification of the push content information is clear and the classification is diversified, so that the user can comprehensively know the information of the owner of the unknown calling number, the user can accurately judge the safety and the practicability of the unknown calling number, and the user can obtain useful information in time only according to the push content information.

(4) In another embodiment, the push content information can be screened by setting the information screening keyword, so that a user can acquire more practical and effective push content information, and the content quality of the push content information is improved.

(5) In another embodiment, filtering the keywords by information includes: the switchboard number ensures that the user can timely know that the unknown calling number is only the switchboard number and does not have a corresponding extension number, thereby saving unnecessary call return expense for the user.

(6) In another embodiment, when the received push content information is found to have an error, the push content information can be corrected in time by the push content correction information. Therefore, the accuracy of pushing the content information is ensured, and the user can make correct judgment on the safety and the practicability of the unknown calling number.

(7) In another embodiment, if the pushed content information related to the unknown calling number is not received, the text content information including the unknown calling number may be searched from the information storage location of the communication application, and the searched text content information may be displayed. The communication application comprises at least one of social application, short message, multimedia message, mail and instant communication application. Therefore, the user can not only acquire the associated information of the unknown calling number from the previous communication application, but also acquire the historical contact information of the number in time.

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an incoming call information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, which is exemplified by applying the incoming call information processing method to a terminal (client device) as shown in fig. 1, and which includes the steps of:

step 101, an unknown calling number of an incoming call is obtained.

The incoming call information processing method can be applied to a terminal (client device), for example, a mobile phone device, and the following description will use the terminal as a mobile phone. The mobile phone receives an incoming call, acquires an unknown calling number of the incoming call if the number of the incoming call is not recorded in an address list of a user, and sends an incoming call information acquisition request to a server to acquire related information of the unknown calling number, wherein the incoming call information acquisition request contains the unknown calling number.

In summary, the incoming call information processing method provided in this embodiment requests to acquire the push content information associated with the unknown calling number by acquiring the unknown calling number of the incoming call, and displays the received push content information in association with the unknown calling number. Therefore, the user can conveniently and timely know the information of the unknown calling number owner and further know the multi-azimuth information of the unknown calling number owner, and the user can accurately judge the safety and the practicability of the unknown calling number.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an incoming call information processing method according to another exemplary embodiment, which is exemplified by applying the incoming call information processing method to a terminal (client device) as shown in fig. 2, and which includes the steps of:

step 201, in the process of incoming call, an unknown calling number of the incoming call is obtained. Or, in the process that the user opens the call record page to check the missed call, the unknown calling number of the incoming call is obtained.

The user terminal can call the operation instruction for acquiring the unknown calling number in the ringing process of the incoming call. Or, in the process that the user checks the missed call interface, the processor in the terminal triggers an operation instruction for acquiring the calling number of the missed call. The two modes determine different acquisition opportunities of the unknown calling number, wherein the former mode is acquired in the calling process of the unknown incoming call and is a single acquisition operation of the unknown number; the latter is to uniformly acquire the number of an unknown call in the process of checking the missed call page of the call record, which is a batch operation on the unknown number. The two modes can meet individual requirements of different users, and user experience is improved.

Step 202, sending a call information acquisition request.

The push content is obtained from a yellow page server which stores the telephone number and the attribution information of the telephone number, and the yellow page server is a network server which moves a traditional yellow page directory to the internet as a carrier, so that the telephone directory which can be issued, transmitted and applied on the internet is provided, and the yellow page server is an ideal inquiry tool for inquiring the telephone number and obtaining the client information. The push content can also be obtained by other functional servers with functions similar to the yellow page server, and the obtaining source of the push content is not limited in this embodiment.

Further, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, before acquiring the unknown calling number of the incoming call in step 201, the method may further include: receiving an information screening keyword; and sending the information screening keywords. The information filtering keyword is used for filtering the push content information.

The information screening keywords can be configured or default keywords, and the configured keywords can be selected freely according to the requirements, interests, attention fields and the like of the user. The default keywords can be randomly extracted by the system or automatically assigned according to the priority order of the occurrence frequency of the frequently used keywords counted by the system. In any way, by setting the information screening keywords, the pushed content information can be provided for the user in a targeted and targeted manner, and meanwhile, the situation that the pushed content information is obtained in an all-dimensional manner, so that excessive resources are occupied is avoided, and the obtaining efficiency of the pushed content information is improved. The step can filter the keywords by receiving the selected information input by the user or the default keywords of the user selection system, and send the keywords to the server side of the push content information for the server side to filter the push content information. Through the setting of the information screening keywords, the pushed content information can be filtered, so that a user can obtain more practical and effective pushed content information, and the content quality of the pushed content information is improved.

The unknown calling number is dialed by an extension number in an enterprise in many cases, however, the enterprise only discloses the switchboard number in a yellow page server or other public information carriers, and if a user dials back to the enterprise switchboard, it is still difficult to accurately locate the calling party which originally dialed the user. Therefore, the information filtering keyword may include filtering information of the switchboard number to prompt the user whether the unknown number is the switchboard number, and if the unknown number is the switchboard number, the user may choose not to call back, so as to save unnecessary call back time and avoid the expenditure of extra telephone charges.

Further, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, after the step 204 performs the associated display on the unknown calling number and the push content information, the method further includes: receiving push content correction information; and sending the push content correction information, wherein the push content correction information is used for correcting the push content information.

If the user determines that the received push content information is wrong or inaccurate, for example, the user answers the unknown phone according to the push content information received by the terminal, but finds that the push content information is inconsistent with the push content information after answering, the correction information related to the unknown calling number can be sent to a sender server of the push content such as a yellow page server, so that the sender server can correct and update the stored content.

Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an incoming call information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, and the present embodiment is illustrated in the case that the incoming call information processing method is applied to a server side, as shown in fig. 3, and the incoming call information processing method includes the following steps:

step 301, receiving an incoming call information acquisition request.

The incoming call information processing method can be applied to a server, such as a yellow page server providing a directory number inquiry function or a functional server specially used for processing incoming call information. The server receives an incoming call information acquisition request sent by a user terminal, wherein the incoming call information acquisition request comprises an unknown calling number. The server providing the directory inquiry function stores a large number of telephone numbers and the attribution information thereof, and a user can search the attribution information of unknown numbers through the server.

Step 302, obtaining push content information related to an unknown calling number.

And the server searches the associated information matched with the unknown calling number in the storage space of the server according to the unknown calling number.

Step 303, sending the push content information.

The server pushes the content information associated with the unknown calling number to the user terminal so that the terminal displays the information associated with the unknown number to the user.

In summary, the incoming call information processing method provided in this embodiment obtains and sends the push content information related to the unknown calling number according to the unknown calling number in the request by receiving the incoming call information obtaining request. Therefore, a receiver for pushing the content information can conveniently acquire the information of the unknown calling number owner in time, and further acquire the multi-azimuth information of the unknown calling number owner, and the receiver can accurately judge the safety and the practicability of the unknown calling number.

Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an incoming call information processing method according to another exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment is exemplified by applying the incoming call information processing method to a server side, and the incoming call information processing method includes the following steps:

step 401, receiving information screening keywords.

The information screening keywords are used for enabling the server to filter and screen content information which is pre-pushed to the user terminal, enabling a user to obtain more practical and effective pushed content information, and improving content quality of the pushed content information.

Step 402, storing the information screening keyword and the sender identification for sending the information screening keyword correspondingly.

After receiving the information screening keyword sent by the user terminal, the server correspondingly stores the information screening keyword and an identifier of the user terminal, where the sender identifier may be a telephone Number of the user terminal, information of a registered user name of the user terminal on the server, ID information of a user corresponding to the user terminal, an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) of the user terminal, and the like.

Step 403, receiving an incoming call information acquisition request.

The server receives an incoming call information acquisition request sent by a user terminal, wherein the incoming call information acquisition request comprises an unknown calling number.

The server searches the associated information matched with the unknown calling number, filters the found associated information according to the information screening keywords, and pushes the filtered content information to the user terminal.

The pushed content is stored in a server storing content related to an unknown number, for example, a yellow page server, or other servers with a function of querying for an unknown number.

Further, the information filtering keyword may include: a switchboard number; if the unknown calling number is the switchboard number, sending the prompt message with the unknown calling number as the switchboard number so that the receiver receiving the prompt message can know the message with the unknown number as the switchboard number, thereby selecting not to call back, saving unnecessary call back time and avoiding the expenditure of extra telephone charges.

Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, after the step 405 of sending the push content information, the method further includes: receiving push content correction information of the push content information; and correcting the push content information by adopting the push content correction information. And after receiving the correction information sent by the user terminal, the server updates the content of the associated information of the number according to the telephone number corresponding to the correction information. The updating may be performed by overwriting the original information or by adding the modified information to the original content information of the corresponding number. It is understood that, before the information is updated, the server determines and confirms the accuracy of the correction information. The server receives the correction information sent by the user terminal and updates and corrects the pushed content information, so that the latest state information of the number is stored in the server, and the content accuracy of the pushed information is guaranteed.

Further, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the step 404 of acquiring the push content information related to the unknown calling number includes: searching and acquiring push content information related to an unknown calling number in a local database; when the pushed content information related to the unknown calling number cannot be found or is partially found, an information query request of the unknown calling number is sent to the internet server, an information query result returned by the internet server is received, the pushed content information related to the unknown calling number is formed according to the information query result, and the pushed content information is sent to the local database to be stored.

The server can acquire the push content information from the information which is stored by the server and related to the unknown number, and can further search the information which is related to the unknown number from the mass information of the Internet, so that the comprehensive and more comprehensive push content information is provided for the user.

Fig. 5 is a signaling flowchart illustrating an incoming call information processing method according to another exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment is exemplified by an interactive flow in which the incoming call information processing method is applied to a terminal (client device) and to an incoming call information processing apparatus (server device), and the incoming call information processing method includes the steps of:

step 501, the terminal receives the information screening keyword.

Step 502, the terminal sends an information screening keyword, and the sent information also includes identification information of the terminal.

In step 503, the incoming call information processing apparatus (i.e. the server in the above embodiment) receives the information filtering keyword sent by the terminal, and stores the information filtering keyword in correspondence with the terminal identifier.

Step 504, the terminal acquires an unknown calling number of the incoming call in the process of the incoming call; or, in the process that the user opens the call record page to check the missed call, the unknown calling number of the incoming call is obtained.

In step 505, the terminal sends an incoming call information acquisition request to the incoming call information processing apparatus, where the incoming call information acquisition request includes an unknown calling number.

The incoming call information processing apparatus may include: an obtaining module 601, configured to obtain an unknown calling number of an incoming call; a sending module 602, configured to send an incoming call information obtaining request, where the incoming call information obtaining request includes an unknown calling number; a receiving module 603, configured to receive push content information related to an unknown calling number; the associating module 604 is configured to perform associated display on the unknown calling number and the push content information.

The specific manner in which the various modules perform operations has been described in detail in relation to the embodiments of the method and will not be elaborated upon here with regard to the apparatus of the embodiments.

In summary, the incoming call information processing apparatus provided in this embodiment requests to acquire the push content information associated with the unknown calling number by acquiring the unknown calling number of the incoming call, and displays the received push content information in association with the unknown calling number. Therefore, the user can conveniently and timely know the information of the unknown calling number owner and further know the multi-azimuth information of the unknown calling number owner, and the user can accurately judge the safety and the practicability of the unknown calling number.

Fig. 7 is a block diagram illustrating an incoming call information processing apparatus, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both, according to another exemplary embodiment. Based on the above device embodiment, the incoming call information processing device further includes:

The receiving module 603 is further configured to receive the push content information after the push content is screened according to the information screening keyword. Optionally, the incoming call information processing apparatus further includes:

In summary, the incoming call service server provided in this embodiment receives the incoming call information obtaining request, and obtains and sends the push content information related to the unknown calling number according to the unknown calling number in the request. Therefore, a receiver for pushing the content information can conveniently acquire the information of the unknown calling number owner in time, and further acquire the multi-azimuth information of the unknown calling number owner, and the receiver can accurately judge the safety and the practicability of the unknown calling number.

Fig. 9 is a block diagram illustrating an incoming service server according to another exemplary embodiment, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination thereof, as shown in fig. 9. The incoming call service server may further include:

Optionally, the information filtering keyword includes: a switchboard number; the sending module 803 is further configured to send a prompt message that the unknown calling number is the switchboard number when the unknown calling number is the switchboard number.

Optionally, the receiving module 801 is further configured to receive push content modification information of the push content information. And a modification module 805 configured to modify the push content information by using the push content modification information.

Optionally, the obtaining module 802 includes: the searching sub-module 8021 is configured to search and acquire push content information related to an unknown calling number in the local database. The sending sub-module 8022 is configured to send an information query request of the unknown calling number to the internet when the searching sub-module 8021 fails to find or finds part of the pushed content information related to the unknown calling number. The receiving submodule 8023 is configured to receive an information query result returned by the internet. And the processing sub-module 8024 is configured to form push content information related to the unknown calling number according to the information query result, and send the push content information to the local database for storage.

With regard to the incoming call service server in the above embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs operations has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.

Fig. 10 is a block diagram illustrating an incoming call information processing apparatus 1000 according to an example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 1000 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.

Referring to fig. 10, the apparatus 1000 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 1002, memory 1004, power component 1006, multimedia component 1008, audio component 1010, input/output (I/O) interface 1012, sensor component 1014, and communications component 1016.

The processing component 1002 generally controls the overall operation of the device 1000, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 1002 may include one or more processors 1020 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, processing component 1002 may include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between processing component 1002 and other components. For example, the processing component 1002 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 708 and the processing component 1002.

The memory 1004 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the apparatus 1000. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 1000, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 1004 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.

Power components 1006 provide power to the various components of device 1000. Power components 1006 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for device 1000.

The multimedia component 1008 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 1000 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 1008 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 1000 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.

The audio component 1010 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, audio component 1010 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when apparatus 1000 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 1004 or transmitted via the communication component 1016. In some embodiments, audio component 1010 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.

The I/O interface 1012 provides an interface between the processing component 702 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.

The sensor assembly 1014 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of status assessment for the device 1000. For example, sensor assembly 1014 may detect an open/closed state of device 1000, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of device 1000, the change in position of device 1000 or a component of device 1000, the presence or absence of user contact with device 1000, the orientation or acceleration/deceleration of device 1000, and the change in temperature of device 1000. The sensor assembly 1014 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1014 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1014 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.

The communication component 1016 is configured to facilitate communications between the apparatus 1000 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 1000 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1016 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communications component 1016 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.

In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 1000 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.

In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 1004 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 1020 of the device 1000 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having instructions therein, which when executed by a processor of a mobile terminal, enable the mobile terminal to perform an incoming call information processing method, the method comprising:

a memory 1004 for storing executable instructions for the processor 1020; a processor 1020 for obtaining an unknown calling number of an incoming call; sending a call information acquisition request, wherein the call information acquisition request comprises an unknown calling number; receiving push content information related to an unknown calling number; and carrying out associated display on the unknown calling number and the push content information.

Fig. 11 is a block diagram illustrating an incoming call information processing apparatus 1100 according to an example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 1100 may be provided as a server. Referring to fig. 11, the apparatus 1100 includes a processing component 1122 that further includes one or more processors (not shown), and memory resources, represented by memory 1132, for storing instructions, such as application programs, executable by the processing component 1122. The application programs stored in memory 1132 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processing component 1122 is configured to execute instructions to perform the incoming call information processing method described above.

The apparatus 1100 may also include a power component 1126 configured to perform power management of the apparatus 1100, a wired or wireless network interface 1150 configured to connect the apparatus 1100 to a network, and an input/output (I/O) interface 1158. The apparatus 1100 may operate based on an operating system stored in the memory 1132, such as Windows Server, MacOS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, or the like.

receiving an information screening keyword;

sending the information screening keyword so that a server correspondingly stores the information screening keyword and an identifier of a sender sending the information screening keyword, wherein the information screening keyword is used for screening the pushed content information;

acquiring an unknown calling number of an incoming call;

receiving push content information which is related to the unknown calling number and is subjected to push content screening according to the information screening keywords;

performing associated display on the unknown calling number and the pushed content information;

receiving pushed content correction information input by a user;

sending the push content modification information to a server, the push content modification information being used to modify the push content information,

the information screening keyword includes: a switchboard number; the method further comprises the following steps: and if the unknown calling number is the switchboard number, displaying the prompt message that the unknown calling number is the switchboard number.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the unknown calling number of the incoming call comprises:

in the process of incoming call, acquiring an unknown calling number of the incoming call;
