Description

Video conference data sharing method and related equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of video conferences, in particular to a video conference data sharing method and related equipment.
Background
The conference protocol framework mainly includes three types of H320, H323, and SIP (session initiation protocol), where H320 is based on a private line, and H323 and SIP are based on an IP network. Taking dual-stream transceiving based on an IP network as an example, the international ITU organization has formulated standard implementation for the dual-stream transceiving, and an H323 system is an H239 dual-stream, and a corresponding SIP is a BFCP (binary resource control protocol) dual-stream. Regarding H239 dual streams, reference may be made to related ITU (international telecommunications union) documents, and briefly, the standard is to transmit two media streams between two H239 terminals after a call establishes a media connection, where the two media streams share a call bandwidth. The dual stream technology commonly known in the industry at present can be regarded as an application of H239, that is, when a moving image serving as a main video is transmitted, high-definition graphics and text information is transmitted to an opposite party in a band, the graphics and text information is commonly used as an auxiliary video, and both the main video and the auxiliary video used in a video conference can include a sound signal. The encoding and decoding equipment of the opposite side can solve the moving images and the high-definition image-text information, so that the image-text information can be transmitted to a plurality of meeting points through the same bandwidth, and the image-text information can be displayed clearly by the opposite side.
In a video conference system consisting of an MCU (multipoint control unit) and a plurality of video conference terminals, a method of transmitting a main video and an auxiliary video is: the desktop signal (i.e. auxiliary video) of the PC and the VGA (video graphics array) signal of the active video and audio image (i.e. main video) output by the PC are directly used as video sources, input to a certain conference television terminal and then transmitted to other conference television terminals in the conference through the MCU. Each meeting place is usually provided with a video conference terminal, and by adopting the method, slides, opened Word documents or other forms of PC desktop signals made like PowerPoint and the like can be quickly transmitted to all meeting places in the conference in real time.
The traditional video conference is generally an administrative conference, the conference organization is guaranteed by organization, the video conference is generally maintained by special persons, participants are in fixed conference rooms, the construction conditions of the conference rooms are good, the conference is opened in the process of sharing data, and the data are generally sent to each conference place in a video auxiliary mode. In this case, the secondary video sharing presentation to the conferee is typically presented by two means, the first being on a television and the other being projected by a projector through a relay device. The Internet-based conference television has the characteristics that a conference organization has the characteristics of self-organization and flexibility and is generally lightweight, the requirement of accessing a user anytime and anywhere needs to be met, the self-organization means that no special person is required to maintain, and a conference initiator is generally required to log in a video conference call management server through a client to perform conference reservation and inform participants; flexibility means that a user can call in through any terminal and can flexibly select a meeting place; the light weight refers to the meeting staff not being too many, unlike traditional executive council promiscuous meetings. On the basis of the characteristics of the internet-based video conference, the traditional method for assisting video sharing has great defects and poor effect, and mainly has the following problems: the sizes of the televisions are different, the positions of the participants and the televisions are far and near, if the distance between the participants and the televisions is far away from the televisions, the shared data pictures are often not watched, the participants close to the televisions are uncomfortable to stare at the eyes of the televisions, certainly, a user can consider that a plurality of televisions and projection equipment are added on a meeting place to meet the visual demands of the user at different positions, obviously, the investment of the meeting place is greatly increased, in addition, the places of the meeting place are generally searched temporarily, and the situation that the equipment is arranged in the meeting place cannot be guaranteed.

The fourth embodiment of the present invention is based on the above embodiments, and this embodiment provides two application examples of the present invention with reference to fig. 7 to 8.
The related device related in this embodiment includes:
the conference television terminal: the system has audio and video coding and decoding capabilities, and supports communication architectures of traditional conference televisions such as H323 and SIP;
the call management server: the call management server based on the video conference which can be networked is used as an entrance of the internet conference, and a user logs in the call management server through a mobile terminal to realize the self-organization management of the conference.
A multipoint control unit: the control system of the multiparty conference mainly realizes the signaling access with the conference television terminal and is a network element for forwarding and recoding the code stream of the conference television terminal.
Mobile terminal (i.e. the user's terminal device in the previous embodiment): in the video conference process, the intelligent terminal device is used as a conference notification receiving and establishing a user and appointed conference contact. In this embodiment, the application software installed on the mobile terminal also has the function of encoding and decoding the secondary video stream. The mobile terminal is not limited to a mobile phone terminal, and a mobile PC, a tablet computer or other intelligent terminal devices bound with personal information can be used. The mobile terminal should support circuit domain interaction with the call management server and packet switched domain interaction with the multipoint control unit or the video conference terminal.
Application example 1
In the application example, an auxiliary video stream (dual stream for short) of a video conference is sent to a mobile terminal through a multipoint control unit, and there is no special requirement for a video conference terminal, as shown in fig. 7, the sharing flow of the dual stream is as follows:
step 100: the method belongs to a conference access process, and mainly comprises the steps that a user logs in a call management server through a mobile terminal, and contact ways such as conferences and mobile phone numbers of reserved participants are established; the call management server sends a participant notification to the participants through the contact ways of the participants; after receiving the meeting notification, the participants find any one of the video conference terminals to participate in the meeting.
Step 101: one of the participants initiates a double-stream sending request, and initiates an auxiliary video token application through the multipoint control unit based on standard signaling.
Step 102: and the multipoint control unit judges the current double-flow token condition, if the current token is empty, the token is distributed, and if the token is distributed, a token rejection indication is sent. If the token is preemptive, the secondary video token is directly distributed without judgment, and the process depends on the distribution strategy of the multipoint control system to the secondary video token.
Step 103: if the multi-point control system initiates an auxiliary video token rejection indication, the auxiliary video stream cannot be initiated, and the process is ended.
Step 104: one of the participants sends the double stream through the mobile terminal used by the participant, and the mobile terminal encodes the double stream and sends the code stream to the multipoint control unit. Specifically, if the protocol framework is based on H323, the signaling step of H239 standard may be used for dual stream transmission and reception, and if the protocol framework is based on SIP protocol, the signaling control of BFCP standard may be used.
Step 105: and the multipoint control unit sends the double-current receiving indication to the conference receiving television terminal to inform the conference receiving television terminal to start double-current decoding, and the conference receiving television terminal opens a double-current channel after receiving the indication, receives the code stream and performs double-current decoding.
Step 106: the multipoint control unit sends double-flow indication report to the call management server.
Step 107: the call management server pushes the current dual-stream status to the respective mobile terminals of the participants.
Step 108: if the participant has the requirement of displaying double flows on the mobile terminal, the participant initiates an application on the mobile terminal, and the application information is sent to the call management server.
Step 109: the call management server sends an application message initiated by the participant on the mobile terminal to the multipoint control unit, where the application message carries address information of the mobile terminal (i.e., the network address in the foregoing embodiment).
Step 110: and the multipoint control unit sends a code stream to the mobile terminal initiating the double-flow request based on the address information.
Step 111: and the mobile terminal receives the double streams, performs decoding display operation and ends the process.
Application example two
In the application example, the dual stream is sent to the mobile terminal in the same meeting place through the video conference terminal, as shown in fig. 8, the sharing process of the dual stream is as follows:
step 200-208: the steps are the same as the steps 100 to 108 of the first application example.
Step 209: the call management server sends an application message initiated by the conference participant at the mobile terminal to the conference television terminal of the conference place where the conference participant is located, wherein the application message carries the address information of the mobile terminal.
Step 210: and the conference television terminal sends the code stream to the corresponding mobile terminal based on the address information.
Step 211: and the mobile terminal receives the double streams, performs decoding display operation and ends the process.
The embodiment of the invention can realize that when receiving the auxiliary video for decoding and displaying in the meeting place, the participants in the same meeting place open own mobile equipment and receive and display the auxiliary video through certain steps, so that the participants can check the shared data through the mobile terminal in a close range or directly in a handheld mode.
As mentioned above, the dual stream transmission and reception can use H239 standard signaling steps if it is based on H323 protocol framework, and can use BFCP standard signaling control if it is based on SIP protocol framework, which are existing standard signaling.
Firstly, the mobile equipment is used as auxiliary video display equipment and has a video decoding function, so that the common intelligent handheld equipment has basic video decoding capability at present; secondly, the mobile device needs to be able to sense the indication from the video call management server for double-flow reception, and needs to install an application program supporting the signaling interaction, and the function related to the application is also one of the ranges covered by the technical scheme of the embodiment of the present invention; finally, both the two function points supporting decoding and dual-stream state sensing simultaneously should be used as the function points supported by the application, and can be installed on any handheld smart mobile device, and the functions are implemented on the handheld device on which the application is installed. The acquisition of the application can be provided in a very user-friendly way, for example in a short message of a meeting notification or in an email, with a downloaded URL link to the application, so that the user has no threshold for using the function.
The video conference data sharing method and the related equipment of the embodiment of the invention play or present the shared data of the video conference on the terminal equipment used by the user according to the requirement of the user based on the popularity of the terminal equipment of the mobile phone carried by the user. The invention not only needs not to add special display equipment and operation and maintenance cost in the meeting place, but also enables the participating users to flexibly and conveniently watch the video conference materials, improves the user experience and better improves the meeting communication effect of the video conference.
While the invention has been described in connection with specific embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that it is intended by the appended drawings and description that the invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention.
