Abstract
本发明公开一种具有水氧通道的隐形眼镜,在镜片中心光学区的外围的内表面设置宽度为0.5-1.0mm的内凹式泪液通道,泪液通道上开直径为0.5-1.5mm的透气小孔。本发明优点是:透气小孔和泪液通道相结合形成微型的泪液循环系统,既保证了镜片透氧又保障了镜片的柔韧性,缓解角膜缺氧。镜片的透氧性能够达到普通水凝胶隐形眼镜的15-20倍,是硅水凝胶镜片的3-5倍,可连续佩戴3-5天。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于隐形眼镜的结构设计,涉及一种泪液内外交换方便的隐形眼镜。
背景技术
自1971年以主要材料为HEMA(甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯)的水凝胶隐形眼镜问世以来一直沿用至今,由于其透氧性能不佳(一般在8-20DK),不能长期佩戴。每日佩戴时间不能超过12小时,但其具有优越的佩戴舒适度和柔韧性,佩戴期限可达一年。现阶段市场上流行的硅水凝胶隐形眼镜大大提高了镜片的透氧性能(是普通水凝胶隐形眼镜的3-7倍),但眼睛的感觉上还是与不佩戴镜片时相差甚远。角膜代谢所需氧气的主要来源为自然界中的氧气溶解于泪液中为角膜供氧,佩戴隐形眼镜后在很大程度上阻止了角膜前表面的泪液循环。硅水凝胶镜片为离子型片,很容易吸附蛋白质、脂质等大分子物质,其柔韧性也不如水凝胶镜片,因此其佩戴期限一般为一天或一周最长不超过30天。
申请号200620045278.1的《高透氧绑带式隐形眼镜》专利提出在镜片上开孔来增加眼镜内外的泪液循环,那样的开孔确实让镜片内的泪液流到外面,但存在为解决一个问题而不顾其它方面的影响的严重弊端。该专利的镜片是在整个镜片的所有区域开孔,众所周知,镜片的中心区域为光学区,且不同物质的折射率是不同的,如果在光学区内开孔势必会影响光学区的折光效果,镜片佩戴后导致视力模糊,这样的镜片不能投入实际应用。不规则的开孔还会降低镜片的韧性,另外即使只在非光学区开孔,泪液向外流出后也不易流回镜片内面,镜片的透氧性提高不大。
发明内容
本发明目的在于保留普通水凝胶隐形眼镜佩戴舒适、柔韧性好、佩戴期限较长、不易吸附蛋白质脂质等大分子物质的优点的基础上,提出一种具有水氧通道结构的隐形眼镜。
本发明的技术方案是:一种具有水氧通道的隐形眼镜,在镜片中心光学区的外围的内表面设置宽度为0.5-1.0mm的内凹式泪液通道,泪液通道上开直径为0.5-1.5mm的透气小孔。
优选的,所述泪液通道呈环形。进一步的,泪液通道有2-5条,通道之间由凸起环隔开。更进一步的,所述凸起环在一个环周上为分段式、非闭合的,泪液通道间的泪液互通,透气小孔设在凸起环的端头与端头之间。
优选的,所述透气小孔有3-8个。
本发明的有益效果是:透气小孔和泪液通道相结合形成微型的泪液循环系统,供给角膜代谢所需氧气,缓解角膜缺氧,既保证了镜片透氧又保障了镜片的柔韧性。本发明镜片的透氧性能够达到普通水凝胶隐形眼镜的15-20倍,是硅水凝胶镜片的3-5倍,可连续佩戴3-5天。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种具有水氧通道的隐形眼镜,在镜片中心光学区5的外围的内表面设置宽度为0.5-1.0mm的内凹式泪液通道2,泪液通道2上开3-8个直径为0.5-1.5mm的透气小孔3。泪液通道2呈环形,泪液通道2越宽存泪液越多,但过宽的话使镜片出现大面积的薄层,镜片易坏,为增加更多的泪液循环量,设2-5条泪液通道2,通道之间由凸起环4隔开,凸起环4的厚度与不设泪液通道2的普通镜片厚度相同,这样不出现大面积的薄层。
凸起环4在一个环周上为分段式、非闭合的,透气小孔3设在凸起环4的端头与端头之间,这样泪液通道2间的泪液互通,更快速的滋润角膜。
使用本发明,佩戴者在闭眼时由于上下眼睑的挤压使通道中的泪液向外排出,睁眼时由于镜片自身的柔韧性使得载氧的新鲜泪液进入通道,保障角膜前端的泪液的内外交换和泪液溶氧。透气小孔和泪液通道相结合形成微型的泪液循环系统,这样佩戴者在自主或不自主闭目时就会形成泪液循环,供给角膜代谢所需氧气,缓解角膜缺氧,保证了镜片透氧的同时也保障了镜片的柔韧性。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有水氧通道的隐形眼镜,其特征是:在镜片中心光学区(5)的外围的内表面设置宽度为0.5-1.0mm的内凹式泪液通道(2),泪液通道(2)上开直径为0.5-1.5mm的透气小孔(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有水氧通道的隐形眼镜,其特征是:所述泪液通道(2)呈环形。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有水氧通道的隐形眼镜,其特征是:所述泪液通道(2)有2-5条,通道之间由凸起环(4)隔开。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有水氧通道的隐形眼镜,其特征是:所述凸起环(4)在一个环周上为分段式、非闭合的,泪液通道(2)间的泪液互通,透气小孔(3)设在凸起环(4)的端头与端头之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有水氧通道的隐形眼镜,其特征是:所述透气小孔(3)有3-8个。
