In a preferred scheme, as shown in fig. 2, a music stand limit switch 4 is arranged at the rotation limit position of a music stand 3; with the structure, when the music stand 3 is opened and closed, the music stand motor 6 stops operating when the music stand limit switch 4 is touched.
With the above-described structure, the front fallboard 1 and the music rack 3 are controlled to rotate within a set spatial range.
The key cover motor 13, the music stand motor 6, the key cover limit switch 11 and the music stand limit switch 4 are electrically connected with the control device 7. The control device 7 adopts a singlechip control device. In the embodiment, an STM32F103RCT6 chip is adopted, and the control in the embodiment adopts a logic interlocking structure, so that misoperation is avoided. For example, a logical normally open contact is arranged in the key cover limit switch 11 at the opening limit position of the front key cover 1, and the normally open contact is connected in series in the opening control circuit of the music stand motor 6, i.e., the music stand motor 6 can drive the opening of the music stand 3 only after the key cover limit switch 11 at the opening limit position of the current key cover 1 is triggered and maintained.
Correspondingly, a logical normally open contact is arranged on the music stand limit switch 4 at the closing limit position of the music stand 3, the normally open contact is connected in series in a closing control circuit of the key cover motor 13, and only after the music stand limit switch 4 at the closing limit position of the music stand 3 is triggered and kept, the key cover motor 13 can drive the front key cover 1 to close so as to avoid damaging equipment.
In a preferred embodiment, a PWM control circuit is provided in the control device 7. With the structure, the key cover motor 13 and the music stand motor 6 are controlled in a frequency conversion and voltage conversion mode to obtain low rotating speed and large torque.
In a preferred scheme, the key cover motor 13 and the music stand motor 6 are torque motors. The torque motor is a special motor with soft mechanical characteristics and a wide speed regulation range, and has the characteristics of low rotating speed, large torque, strong overload capacity, fast response, good characteristic linearity, small torque fluctuation and the like. The output shaft of the torque motor outputs power not at constant power but at constant torque. In this case, a dc torque motor is preferably used.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a control switch 8 is further provided, and the control switch 8 is electrically connected to the control device 7 by wireless or wire. In this example, the control switch 8 is provided with an on button and an off button, respectively.
With the above structure, when in use, the power supply 9 is switched on, and the power supply 9 in this example is alternating current or a storage battery. When the control switch 8 presses or dials the front key cover control button, the control switch 8 sends a control signal to the control device 7, and the wireless transmitting and receiving device is commonly used in the prior art. After the control device 7 receives the control signal, the singlechip of the control device 7 controls the movement of the key cover motor 13 to drive the front key cover 1 to open, the front key cover 1 is completely opened to touch the key cover limit switch 11, and after the control device 7 receives the signal of the key cover limit switch 11, the control device controls the movement of the music stand motor 6 to drive the music stand 3 to open until the music stand 3 touches the music stand limit switch 4. Thereby completing the entire opening action.
When a closing button is pressed, the control device 7 receives a control signal, the control device 7 controls the action of the music stand motor 6 through the single chip microcomputer to drive the music stand 3 to close, and the music stand 3 touches the music stand limit switch 4 after closing. After the control device 7 receives the signal of the music stand limit switch 4, the singlechip of the control device 7 controls the action of the key cover motor 13 to drive the front key cover 1 to close, the front key cover 1 is completely closed, the key cover limit switch 11 is touched, and the control device 7 stops operating. By modifying the arrangement, the opening and closing of the front fallboard 1 and the music rack 3 can be controlled individually.
