The traditional anti-counterfeiting package adopts a single electronic tag 9 or two-dimensional code combination anti-counterfeiting mode, has the technical defect of an application link, and the anti-counterfeiting scheme is too simple, so that a counterfeiting space is easily left for counterfeiters.
In this embodiment, the holographic anti-counterfeiting query system mainly comprises three steps: (1) the consumer checks the integrity of the package of the packing box 1, the bottle body 2 and the bottle cap and confirms that the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape 5 of the box body is not damaged and the packing box 1 is not unsealed; (2) the consumer scans the box body adhesive tape two-dimensional code layer 6 to obtain a bottle body two-dimensional code fed back by the anti-counterfeiting inquiry center, and the bottle body 2 is determined to be the original bottle body 2 of the packaging box 1; checking that the electronic tag 9 is not broken, and determining that the product in the bottle body 2 is not stolen by the drilled hole. (3) The consumer scans the bottle two-dimensional code layer 8 to obtain the bottle cap verification code fed back by the anti-counterfeiting query center and the identification code 25 of the bottle two-dimensional code layer 8, and the bottle cap and the bottle body 2 are confirmed to be original packages through comparison with the bottle cap verification code and the identification code 25 of the bottle two-dimensional code layer 8. And finally, scanning the bottle cap two-dimensional code layer 12 hidden in the bottle cap after the bottle cap is opened to record the application process that the product is inspected and is unsealed for drinking. The method realizes the steps of tracing the product in the whole production, inventory, logistics distribution, sale and consumer opening and using processes, and avoids the sale of counterfeit and shoddy products. It should be noted that the identification code 25 is disposed below the box two-dimensional code layer 7, the bottle two-dimensional code layer 8, and the box two-dimensional code layer 23, and respectively represents code information of the box two-dimensional code, the bottle two-dimensional code, and the box two-dimensional code. For example: the identification code 25 of the box body two-dimensional code of the Maotai wine box is set as: MTJH20160329027H 3011B; the identification code 25 of the bottle two-dimensional code of the maotai wine bottle is set as: MTJP20160329028P 3012C; the identification code 25 of the box two-dimensional code of the Maotai wine box is set as: MTJX20160329026X 3013B. And the identification of the inquirer is facilitated.
In an alternative of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, further, the holographic anti-counterfeit inquiry system further includes a box body adhesive tape verification code layer 16, an adhesive tape management code layer 17, and a box body two-dimensional code layer 7. Specifically, the box body adhesive tape verification code layer 16 and the adhesive tape management code layer 17 are both arranged on the box body anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape 5, and the box body two-dimensional code layer 7 is arranged on the packaging box 1. After the consumer scans the two-dimensional code of the box body adhesive tape by the mobile phone, the anti-counterfeiting query center can feed back the box body adhesive tape verification code, the adhesive tape management code and the identification code 25 of the box body two-dimensional code layer 7, so that the consumer can check the box body adhesive tape verification code, the adhesive tape management code and the identification code 25 of the box body two-dimensional code layer 7 on the box body anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape 5, and confirm that the packaging box 1 and the products inside the packaging box come from the real manufacturers of the products. Meanwhile, the anti-counterfeiting query center can feed back logistics distribution information of the product and further provide source information of the product.
In an alternative of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, further, the holographic anti-counterfeiting query system further includes a packing box 18 and a box anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape 19. Specifically, the packing box 18 packages the packing box 1, and is sealed by using a box anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape 19, and a box adhesive tape two-dimensional code layer 22 is further arranged on the box anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape 19. In this embodiment, by scanning the box adhesive tape two-dimensional code layer 22, the box two-dimensional code, the warehouse code delivered by the factory, the logistics delivery code, the shop code of the vendor selling the product, and other logistics information can be obtained from the anti-counterfeit inquiry center (the shop code of the vendor is a detailed address for verifying the authenticity of the product). And by checking whether the codes are matched, the traceability of the source of the packing box 18 can be determined, and the authenticity of the product is ensured. In addition, the packing box 18 is further provided with a box body adhesive tape verification code layer 20, a box body management code layer 21 and a box body two-dimensional code layer 23, which are used for providing verified logistics information for a dealer, so that the dealer knows that the goods checked by the dealer are products sent from a manufacturer, and the products are not replaced by lawbreakers in the transportation link.
It should be noted that the box anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape 5 and the box anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape 19 are two-dimensional code sawtooth anti-counterfeiting adhesive tapes, and the details are shown in the patent granted by the inventor in 2015, 12 months and 09 days, and the patent numbers are: zl201520479088. x. In an alternative of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the protective sleeve 13 further comprises an upper cover 131, a lower holder 132 and a sealing ring 133. Specifically, the upper cover 131 is fastened to the upper side of the lower holder 132, and a packing 133 is disposed between the upper cover 131 and the lower holder 132 for sealing the protective cover 13. In the embodiment, the protective sleeve 13 of the structure is convenient for factory packaging, inventory and logistics distribution in a workshop; on the other hand, the protective sleeve 13 can effectively prevent the electronic tag 9 from being influenced by factors such as rainy days in the transportation process and humid environment in a storehouse. After the protective sleeve 13 of the electronic tag 9 is designed, the application pain point encountered by the electronic tag 9 in the application link is protected: due to the biggest technical weakness of the electronic tag 9, the electronic tag 9 has a circuit diagram with a design and production gap of at least 5 mm, and if a counterfeiter drills a bottle cap by a five-mm drill, the product in the bottle (such as wine quality) can be stolen without damaging the electronic tag 9. An isolated cavity 14 is arranged on the upper part 3 of the bottle cap, so that a user can check whether the electronic label 9 is damaged or not, and the counterfeit behavior can be avoided. Moreover, the cavity 14 can be used for a bottle cap manufacturer to check whether the circuit diagram of the electronic tag 9 is damaged before the production line, and the qualification rate of the bottle cap is checked after the bottle cap is produced; meanwhile, the electronic tag 9 is beneficial to the inquirer to verify and check the electronic tag circuit diagram in the logistics link and the later use link.
In an alternative of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, further, the holographic anti-counterfeiting query system further comprises an isolation groove 24. In particular, the isolation groove 24 is provided in the upper portion 3 of the cap and outside the protective sleeve 13. In this embodiment, the cavity 14 is a structure provided for anti-counterfeit, which is beneficial to observe whether the transparent structure at the lower part of the cavity 14 and the circuit diagram of the electronic tag 9 are damaged. The embodiment provides an anti-counterfeiting technical query application method for anti-counterfeiting by using a holographic anti-counterfeiting query system. Fig. 8 is a flowchart of an anti-counterfeit technology query application method provided by the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the anti-counterfeit technology query application method includes the following three steps:
step 1, checking the packaging integrity of the packaging box 1, the bottle cap and the electronic tag 9, and confirming that the substances in the bottle are not unsealed and the packaging is not replaced;
step 2, scanning a box body adhesive tape two-dimensional code layer 6, feeding back a bottle body two-dimensional code by an anti-counterfeiting query center, and determining that the bottle body 2 in the packaging box 1 is a bottle body 2 of a genuine original package; meanwhile, the anti-counterfeiting query center records the mobile phone number of filed query, so that the anti-counterfeiting query center can prompt the queried information of the secondary inquirers.
And 3, scanning the two-dimension code layer 8 of the bottle body, feeding back the bottle cap verification code and the bottle cap management code by the anti-counterfeiting center system, and comparing the bottle cap verification code and the bottle cap management code to confirm that the bottle body 2 and the bottle cap are the original genuine package. Specifically, when the inquirer opens the packaging box 1 to inquire the two-dimensional code of the bottle body, the anti-counterfeiting inquiry center automatically locks the mobile phone number of the inquirer for scanning the two-dimensional code, and in the mobile phone application function of the inquirer with NFC, the anti-counterfeiting inquiry center performs inquiry binding by using the mobile phone number of the inquirer and the source code of the electronic tag 9.
The anti-counterfeiting technology query application method firstly checks the packaging integrity of the packaging box 1, the bottle body 2, the bottle cap, the electronic label 9 and the like, and checks that the packaging of the bottle body 2, the bottle cap and the like is not opened or replaced. Secondly, the two-dimension code layer 6 of the box body adhesive tape is scanned, the information fed back by the anti-counterfeiting query center is checked with the two-dimension code of the bottle body, and the bottle body 2 is determined to be a real product of the original factory. And then the bottle body two-dimensional code layer 8 is scanned to verify the bottle cap verification code layer 11, the bottle cap management code layer 10, the bottle body two-dimensional code layer 8 and the code information fed back by the anti-counterfeiting query center, and the bottle body 2, the bottle cap and the products in the bottle are approved to be original factory products.
In an alternative of this embodiment, further, since the bottle cap verification code image layer 11 is covered by an irreversible temperature-change ink coating, the bottle cap verification code image layer 11 is touched by a high-temperature object such as a lighter or a glass filled with boiled water, i.e., the bottle cap verification code is checked. The temperature-change ink coating is irreversible, so the bottle cap verification code is checked at one time and cannot be recovered after checking.
In an alternative of this embodiment, further, after the step of scanning the bottle two-dimensional code layer 8, the bottle cap two-dimensional code layer 12 is scanned, and the anti-counterfeit inquiry center records that the product in the bottle has been unsealed and used according to the inquiry operation. In this embodiment, the bottle cap two-dimensional code layer 12 is scanned, and the corresponding bottle cap verification code, the source code information of the electronic tag 9, and the bottle cap management code are obtained from the anti-counterfeiting query center. And then checking with the physical bottle cap verification code, the electronic tag 9 source code and the bottle cap management code on the upper part 3 of the bottle cap to confirm that the product in the bottle body 2 is not checked and is unsealed and drunk by consumers. The anti-counterfeiting inquiry center archives the mobile phone number of the inquirer and records the inquiry time; and feeds back information to the inquirer, prompting the purchase time of the inquired product, the transaction code and the product sale address. Through the inquiry, the anti-counterfeiting center system automatically records that the chip (source code) of the electronic tag 9 is invalid for reuse; the method is beneficial to enterprises to simultaneously collect the application data of each bottle of products and the quality using effect of each bottle.
In an alternative of this embodiment, further, before the step of scanning the box body adhesive tape two-dimensional code layer 6, the dealer can also check the package integrity of the packing box 18, and by scanning the box body adhesive tape two-dimensional code layer 22, the box body two-dimensional code fed back from the anti-counterfeiting inquiry center and the logistics distribution information of goods delivered by enterprises verify the authenticity of the product source, so that the dealer knows that the goods checked by the dealer are the products delivered from the manufacturer, the products are not replaced by lawless persons in the transportation link, and the counterfeit products are prevented from reaching the dealer through an improper way.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (5)

1. An anti-counterfeiting technical query application method of a holographic anti-counterfeiting query system comprises a packaging box, a bottle body and a bottle cap; the anti-counterfeiting label comprises a box body adhesive tape two-dimensional code layer, a bottle body two-dimensional code layer, an electronic label, a bottle cap management code layer, a bottle cap verification code layer, a bottle cap two-dimensional code layer and an anti-counterfeiting query center;
the packaging box is used for packaging the bottle body and the bottle cap and is sealed by a box anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape, and the box adhesive tape two-dimensional code pattern layer is arranged on the box anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape;
the bottle body two-dimensional code image layer is arranged on the outer side wall of the bottle body;
the electronic tag is packaged in a protective sleeve, and the protective sleeve is arranged in the upper part of the bottle cap; the protective sleeve is made of transparent materials; the material on the upper part of the bottle cap is transparent as a whole; a cavity is arranged between the protective sleeve and the top side of the upper part of the bottle cap;
the bottle cap management code layer is arranged on the outer side wall of the bottle cap;
the bottle cap comprises a bottle cap upper part and a bottle cap lower part, and the bottle cap upper part is sleeved with the outer edge of the bottle cap lower part;
the anti-counterfeiting block extending into the lower edge of the upper part of the bottle cap is arranged at the lower part of the bottle cap, the two-dimensional code layer of the bottle cap is arranged on the outer side wall of the lower part of the bottle cap, and the two-dimensional code layer of the bottle cap is covered by the upper part of the bottle cap; the upper part of the bottle cap is unscrewed, the anti-counterfeiting block can fall off, and the two-dimensional code image layer of the bottle cap can be scanned;
the bottle cap verification code image layer is arranged on the outer side wall of the anti-counterfeiting block and is covered by an irreversible temperature-change ink coating;
the anti-counterfeiting inquiry center is used for inquiring and checking the management information of the anti-counterfeiting code;
the box body adhesive tape verification code image layer, the adhesive tape management code image layer and the box body two-dimensional code image layer are also included; the box body adhesive tape verification code image layer and the adhesive tape management code image layer are both arranged on a box body anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape, and the box body two-dimensional code image layer is arranged on the packaging box;
also comprises a packing box and a box anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape; the packing box is used for packing the packing box and is sealed by using the box anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape, and a box adhesive tape two-dimensional code layer is arranged on the box anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape;
the protective sleeve comprises an upper cover, a lower support and a sealing ring; the upper cover is buckled on the upper side of the lower support, and the sealing ring is arranged between the upper cover and the lower support and used for sealing the protective sleeve;
the device also comprises an isolation groove; the isolation groove is arranged in the upper part of the bottle cap, is positioned on the outer side of the protective sleeve and is used for receiving and storing the moisture in the cavity;
the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, before the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape of the box body is not opened, a consumer firstly checks the integrity of the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape of the box body, confirms that the anti-counterfeiting adhesive tape of the box body is not damaged and confirms that the packaging box is not unsealed;
step 2, after the packaging box is opened, a consumer scans the two-dimensional code layer of the box body adhesive tape, the anti-counterfeiting query center feeds back an identification code of the two-dimensional code layer of the bottle body, and the bottle body is confirmed to be not replaced; after the bottle body is taken out, a consumer checks that the circuit diagram of the electronic tag is not damaged, and determines that the product in the bottle body is not replaced; meanwhile, the anti-counterfeiting inquiry center automatically records and archives the mobile phone number of the inquirer, so that the anti-counterfeiting inquiry center can prompt inquiry information of the secondary inquirer;
and 3, scanning the bottle body two-dimensional code layer by the consumer, feeding back the bottle cap verification code and the identification code of the bottle body two-dimensional code layer by the anti-counterfeiting inquiry center, and comparing the identification code of the bottle body two-dimensional code layer with the bottle cap verification code to confirm that the bottle cap and the bottle body are original packages.

The method for applying anti-counterfeit technical query in the holographic anti-counterfeit query system according to claim 1, wherein in the step 1, the method comprises: scanning the box body adhesive tape two-dimensional code by using a mobile phone, and checking whether a box body adhesive tape verification code, an adhesive tape management code and an identification code of a box body two-dimensional code layer are matched with information fed back by an anti-counterfeiting inquiry center; the anti-counterfeiting query center also feeds back the logistics distribution information of the product.
3. The method for querying and applying anti-counterfeit technology according to claim 1, wherein in the step 3, the bottle cap verification code is checked by using a high temperature object to contact the bottle cap verification code layer.

The method for applying anti-counterfeit technical inquiry according to claim 1, wherein after the step 3, the method comprises the following steps: after the bottle cap is unscrewed, a consumer scans the two-dimensional code layer of the bottle cap and checks the matching between the bottle cap management code and the two-dimensional code of the bottle cap; the anti-counterfeiting inquiry center archives the mobile phone number of the inquirer and records the inquiry time; and feeds back information to the inquirer, prompting the purchase time of the inquired product, the transaction code and the product sale address.

The method for applying anti-counterfeit technical inquiry according to claim 1, wherein before the step 1, the method comprises the following steps: the dealer scans the two-dimensional code layer of the box body adhesive tape, the anti-counterfeiting query center feeds back the two-dimensional code of the box body and logistics distribution information of delivery of enterprises, the dealer verifies authenticity of product sources, the dealer knows that goods checked by the dealer are products sent from a manufacturer, and the products are not replaced by lawbreakers in a transportation link.
