The air inlet of the air guide pipe is in a waist shape, the air outlet of the air guide pipe is in a circular pipe shape, and the air inlet and the air outlet are in transition connection through a connecting pipe.
The air guide pipe is connected with the fan module through the air inlet, and the air guide pipe is connected with the air suction port of the fan module through the air guide pipe.
The included angle between the butt joint pipe and the plane of the butt joint disk is 30 degrees more than a and less than 60 degrees.
The butt joint pipes are obliquely arranged in the same direction.

Description of the embodiments

An air inlet device capable of expanding an air inlet range is characterized in that: the air guide pipe type air conditioner comprises a fixed disc 1 and an oil collecting disc 2 arranged in the fixed disc, wherein a plurality of air guide pipes 3 are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the oil collecting disc 2 in an array mode, and the air guide pipes 3 are positioned between the fixed disc 1 and the oil collecting disc 2 and are connected with a smoking port 41 of a fan module 4.
The air inlet 31 of the air guide pipe 3 is in a waist shape, the air outlet 32 of the air guide pipe is in a round tube shape, and the air inlet and the air outlet are excessively connected through a connecting pipe 33.
The air guide pipe 3 and the fan module 4 are also provided with a butt joint plate 5, a butt joint pipe 51 is arranged below the butt joint plate 5, and the butt joint pipe 51 is in butt joint with the air guide pipe 3, so that the air inlet 31 is connected with the smoking opening 41 of the fan module 4.

Therefore, the air inlet of the air guide pipe is larger than the air outlet of the air guide pipe, and the air guide pipe is arranged at a certain inclined angle, so that when the fan module generates negative pressure to absorb the oil smoke, the oil smoke can enter from the air inlets of the air guide pipes, and when multiple airflows obliquely enter the range hood, the air speed can be gradually increased along with the narrowing of the air channel, so that the oil smoke forms vortex airflow below the air inlet, the air pressure of the air inlet of the air guide device is improved, and the range hood has stronger smoking capability. Therefore, the oil smoke in the kitchen cannot diffuse in the direction away from the range hood, and the oil smoke removal rate is ensured.
In addition, a plurality of oil smoke coming out of the air guide pipe are collected at the air inlet of the air guide module, so that the oil smoke entering the fan module is collected in a multi-strand spiral mode, the oil smoke is impacted mutually and contacted with the air guide pipe, the oil dirt can be liquefied in the air guide pipe, and the oil smoke separation effect is achieved.

a butt joint disc (5) is further arranged between the air guide pipe (3) and the fan module (4), a butt joint pipe (51) is further arranged below the butt joint disc (5), and the butt joint pipe (51) is in butt joint with the air guide pipe (3) so that the air inlet (31) is connected with a smoke suction port (41) of the fan module (4);
the included angle between the butt joint pipe (51) and the plane of the butt joint disc (5) is 30 degrees < a < 60 degrees;
