Abstract

本发明提供了一种护肤的免洗洗手液,其主要活性组分及其质量份数为:去离子水25‑40份,螯合剂0.01‑1份,卡波姆0.2‑1份,酒精60‑70份,护肤成分0.2‑5份,三乙醇胺0.2‑1份。本发明的免洗洗手液可直接涂抹于手部皮肤,无需冲洗,使用和携带方便,绿色环保;洗后迅速会发,有效抑菌;特别添加的芦荟提取液和水溶VE等护肤性成分,滋润保湿美白手部肌肤,防止皮肤粗糙。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗手液,具体涉及一种护肤的免洗洗手液。
背景技术
目前,免洗洗手液是近几年新兴的一种手部清洁产品。其与传统的洗手液相比,可在不方便用水洗手或为节约水资源时直接涂抹于手部肌肤,达到清洁抑菌的目的。在全社会倡导“节约水资源”、“保护环境”的今天,免洗洗手液在保证您健康的同时,助您随时随地节约宝贵的水资源,美化我们的环境,免洗洗手液无需使用毛巾、水和肥皂等,使用方便快捷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有洗手液。技术中存在的部分问题,提供一种护肤的免洗洗手液。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种护肤的免洗洗手液,包含组分及其质量份数为:
优选地,所述螯合剂选自乙二胺四乙酸钠盐、乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四丙酸、乙二胺四丙酸钠盐、柠檬酸钠中的至少一种。
优选地,所述护肤成分选自芦荟提取液、水溶VE、甘油、母菊花提取液、洋甘菊提取液、茶树精油中的至少两种。
优选地,所述洗手液还含有色素和/或香精。
优选地,所述洗手液还含有去离子水。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的目的是提供一种护肤的免洗洗手液,无需冲洗,使用和携带方便,绿色环保;洗后迅速挥发,有效抑菌;特别添加的芦荟提取液和水溶VE等护肤性成分,滋润保湿美白手部肌肤,防止皮肤粗糙;所述三乙醇胺是含有卡波姆等酸性高分析凝胶的中和剂,三乙醇胺通过与卡波姆等羧基中和,形成稳定的高分子结构,起到增稠和保湿的效果。
具体实施方式
为了更好地说明本发明,下面结合本发明实施例中对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
其组分及其质量份数为:
实施例1的洗手液的制备方法如下:
1.将计量好的去离子水33.48份加入搅拌锅中,开启搅拌,依次加入EDTA-2Na0.02份,卡波U20 0.3份,搅拌均匀。
2.搅拌下,依次加入酒精65.8份,芦荟提取液1份,水溶VE 0.1份,三乙醇胺0.3份,搅拌均匀。
实施例1的的产品不仅洗后挥发快,而且相对于普通产品,特别添加的营养保湿成分为洗后的手部皮肤补充营养和水分,洗后感觉不干燥,更水嫩。
实施例2
其组分及其质量份数为:
将上述成分采用实施例1的方法制备洗手液,实施例2的洗手液洗后迅速挥发,使用方便,相对于普通产品,特别添加了甘油和茶树精油,有效净化手部肌肤,抑制细菌,同时护肤保湿,洗后手部肌肤不紧绷,不干燥。
实施例3
将上述成分采用实施例1的方法制备洗手液,相对于普通产品,实施例3的洗手液无需冲洗,使用方便,洗后迅速挥发,能有效抑菌,特别添加的洋甘菊提取液和芦荟提取液,可增加皮肤抵抗力,改善过敏症状,促进新陈代谢,并为肌肤提供营养和水分,令手部肌肤更健康。
使用效果评价:将本发明的护肤的免洗洗手液按实施例1、2、3,以及市场上普通的免洗洗手液发给15位志愿者,进行感官评价,统计志愿者对产品性能的评价。评价结果如表1所示:

抑菌效果评价:参照GB 15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》和《消毒技术规范》2008年版,测试本发明和市售免洗洗手液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果。试验方法:分别取5ml本发明洗手液和市售免洗洗手液原液加入100μl菌悬液混均后,作用2min,分别接种培养,37℃恒温培养48h进行菌落计数,计算抑菌率。结果如表2所示:

由表1和表2可知,本发明的免洗洗手液优于市售免洗洗手液。

3.根据权利要求1所述护肤的免洗洗手液,其特征在于,所述护肤成分选自芦荟提取液、水溶VE、甘油、母菊花提取液、洋甘菊提取液、茶树精油中的至少两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述护肤的免洗洗手液,其特征在于,所述洗手液还含有色素和/或香精。
5.根据权利要求1所述护肤的免洗洗手液,其特征在于,所述洗手液还含有去离子水。
