The invention provides a self-cleaning electric heating device based on electrostrictive materials, which comprises a wiring terminal, a heating electrode, an electrostrictive electrode, a heating body, an electrostrictive bush and a heat-conducting bush, wherein the heating electrode and the electrostrictive electrode are both arranged on the wiring terminal, the heating body is fixed on the wiring terminal and is electrically connected with the heating electrode, the electrostrictive bush covers the heating body, the electrostrictive bush is electrically connected with the electrostrictive electrode, the heat-conducting bush covers the electrostrictive bush, and insulating heat-conducting fillers are filled between the electrostrictive bush and the heating body and between the heat-conducting bush and the electrostrictive bush. The invention effectively solves the problem of scale deposit, thereby avoiding the defects of high energy consumption, bacterial breeding, water pipe blockage, high cleaning cost and the like caused by scale deposit; meanwhile, microorganisms are effectively killed by ultrasonic waves, so that the water quality is improved, and the health of a human body is protected; the invention has good heat-conducting property, ensures the insulation effect, and is safe and reliable.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fluid heating, in particular to a self-cleaning electric heating device based on electrostrictive materials for an electric water heater.
Background
Electric water heaters, as a very practical household appliance, have been used in numerous households. Furthermore, the heating body is a resistance wire or an electric heating tube.
Further, the insulating heat-conducting filler is magnesium oxide, silicon carbide, aluminum nitride or cubic boron nitride, and the heat-conducting lining is a metal shell.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention effectively solves the problem of scale deposit, thereby avoiding the defects of high energy consumption, bacterial breeding, water pipe blockage, high cleaning cost and the like caused by the scale deposit; meanwhile, microorganisms are effectively killed by ultrasonic waves, so that the water quality is improved, and the health of a human body is protected; the invention has good heat-conducting property, ensures the insulation effect, and is safe and reliable.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides an electrostrictive material-based self-cleaning electric heating device, which comprises a wiring terminal 1, a heating electrode 2, an electrostrictive electrode 3, a heating body 4, an electrostrictive bushing 5 and a heat-conducting bushing 6, wherein the heating electrode 2 and the electrostrictive electrode 3 are both arranged on the wiring terminal 1, the heating body 4 is fixed on the wiring terminal 1 and is electrically connected with the heating electrode 2, the heating body 4 adopts a resistance wire or an electric heating tube, the electrostrictive bushing 5 covers the outside of the heating body 4, the electrostrictive bushing 5 is electrically connected with the electrostrictive electrode 3, the heat-conducting bushing 6 covers the outside of the electrostrictive bushing 5, and insulating heat-conducting fillers 7 are filled between the electrostrictive bushing 5 and the heating body 4 and between the electrostrictive bushing 5 and the heat-conducting bushing 6, so that the heating body 4 and the electrostrictive bushing 5 and the heat-conducting bushing 6 are not in direct contact with each other, the insulating heat-conducting fillers 7 are made of good heat-conducting materials with good heat-conducting properties such as magnesium oxide, silicon carbide, aluminum nitride or cubic boron nitride, and the heat-conducting bushing 6 is a metal shell.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when heating is needed, the heating electrode 2 is connected with a power supply, so that the heating body 4 generates heat and heat energy is transferred to external water through the insulating heat-conducting filler 7, the electrostrictive lining 5 and the heat-conducting lining 6, and as the water is not in direct contact with the heating body 4, scale cannot be deposited on the surface of the heating body, the heating efficiency is ensured; meanwhile, high-frequency alternating-current voltage is applied to the electrostriction lining 5 through the electrostriction electrode 3, so that the electrostriction lining vibrates and generates ultrasonic waves, deposition of scale is prevented through the action of the vibrating water body and the ultrasonic waves, and the ultrasonic waves can kill microorganisms in water, so that the microorganisms are prevented from harming human health.
