本发明提供一种纳米超浓缩清水洗衣片,包括如下重量百分比的组分:3%‑8%的成膜剂;8%‑16%的十二烷基硫酸钠;2%~8%的十二烷基笨磺酸钠;1%‑5%的脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;3%‑6%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;1%‑5%的甘油;0.1%~2%的柠檬酸钠;0.1%‑0.2%的EDTA‑2Na;0.001%‑0.05%色素;0.5%‑1.5%的香精;余量的去离子水。本发明还提出了上述洗衣片的制备方法。本发明通过将成膜剂与其他组份进行科学合理的配比,从而能使该产品更易于成膜,制成片状,便于携带。制得的产品在洁净效果方面,由于采用了天然物质成分,在有效去除衣物污渍的基础上可保持衣物光洁度,持久抑菌。同时本发明因为去除了所有填充物,可充分发挥表面活性剂的作用,且溶解后溶液澄清,使用后无化学物质残留,避免了对人体皮肤造成刺激。

背景技术
近年来由于我国洗涤用品行业的盈利能力正呈逐步下滑趋势。如何寻求新的发展契机,是国内洗涤剂行业必须面对的问题。因此,积极探索洗涤用品行业固体化、浓缩化和绿色安全的新型洗涤用品将会成为最近一段时期该行业的主基。
传统洗涤剂(如洗衣粉或者洗衣液)由于含有大量液体成分,笨重且不易携带,因此在商业,旅游等领域使用时受到了制约,是影响洗涤剂行业发展的重要因素。
专利申请号为CN201110401885.2,名称为“一种洗衣片”的专利文件中,公开了一种洗衣片,包括成膜剂、烯烃磺酸钠、椰油基甲乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐、防腐剂、填充料、白油、香料、色素、去离子水,其中,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇,所述防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮,所述填充料为食用玉米淀粉,将上述原料按质量份数混合均匀后,经烘干成膜处理后成为纸状洗衣片,再以剪切、冲压及包装等步骤制成。该发明从物理形状上实现了洗衣剂的纸化,同时保持了传统洗衣剂的洗涤效果,具有低泡高效和完全水溶的特点,但是由于含有防腐剂和填充料,使用时可能会对人体皮肤造成刺激,填充料在影响洁净能力的同时亦会耗费部分成本,存在明显的不足之处。

因此,为了改进洗衣片的使用体验,提升其市场认可度,需要研发一种新型的无残留型洗衣片。

有鉴于此,本发明的目的在提出一种纳米超浓缩清水洗衣片及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种纳米超浓缩清水洗衣片,包括如下重量百分比的组分:3%-8%的成膜剂;8%-16%的十二烷基硫酸钠;2%~8%的十二烷基笨磺酸钠;1%-5%的脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;3%-6%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;1%-5%的甘油;0.1%~2%的柠檬酸钠;0.1%-0.2%的EDTA-2Na;0.001%-0.05%色素;0.5%-1.5%的香精;余量的去离子水。

一种纳米超浓缩清水洗衣片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)在去离子水中加入EDTA-2Na、甘油、成膜剂、搅拌均匀,直到成膜剂溶解完全;(2)加入十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基笨磺酸钠、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、柠檬酸钠、色素和香精搅拌,将混合液放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜,并形成纳米超浓缩洗衣片;(3)将烘干后的纳米超浓缩洗衣片剪切、冲压成型。
纳米超浓缩清水洗衣片本发明与当前的产品技术相比具有的显著效果为:
由于不含填充物,根据本发明制得的洗衣片在保证了较强去污能力的同时溶于水后仍可保持溶液清透,具有环保,无刺激的特点。
而通过将成膜剂与其他组份进行科学合理的配比,从而能使该产品更易于成膜,制成片状,便于携带。制备时前加入的十二烷基硫酸钠为阴离子表面活性剂,脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为非离子表面活性剂,能够达到洗涤去污的作用,从根本上杜绝了洗涤产品对人体可能造成的伤害,而且还都能被生物降解,对环境没有危害,另外,在洁净效果方面,由于采用了天然物质成分,在有效去除衣物污渍的基础上,更会让衣服亮丽如新,持久抑菌。
具体实施方式
为了解决传统洗涤剂携带不便,清洗效果不佳且使用时存在残留物的问题,提供一种纳米超浓缩清水洗衣片及其制备方法。
使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
本实施例的纳米超浓缩清水洗衣片,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
8%的PVA217;15%的十二烷基硫酸钠;8%的十二烷基笨磺酸钠;2%的脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;6%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;2%的甘油;0.08%的EDTA-2Na;0.8%的柠檬酸钠;0.01%的色素;0.5%的香精;余量的去离子水。
本实施例的纳米超浓缩洗衣片的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)先在去离子水中加入EDTA-2Na、甘油、成膜剂、搅拌均匀,直到成膜剂溶解完全;
(2)然后加入十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基笨磺酸钠、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、柠檬酸钠、色素和香精搅拌,将混合液放入成膜机上以110℃拉平烘干成膜,并形成纳米超浓缩洗衣片;
(3)将烘干后的纳米超浓缩洗衣片剪切、冲压成型,所得纳米超浓缩洗衣片其厚度为0.3mm。
实施例2
本实施例的纳米超浓缩清水洗衣片,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
6%的PVA217;15%的十二烷基硫酸钠;8%的十二烷基笨磺酸钠;5%的脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;10%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;5%的甘油;0.1%的EDTA-2Na;1%的碳酸钠;0.02%的色素;0.1%的香精;余量的去离子水。
本实施例的纳米超浓缩洗衣片的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)先在去离子水中加入EDTA-2Na、甘油、成膜剂、搅拌均匀,直到成膜剂溶解完全;
(2)然后加入十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基笨磺酸钠、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、碳酸钠、色素和香精搅拌,将混合液放入成膜机上以110℃拉平烘干成膜,并形成纳米超浓缩洗衣片;
(3)将烘干后的纳米超浓缩洗衣片剪切、冲压成型,所得纳米超浓缩洗衣片其厚度为0.3mm。
本发明通过将成膜剂与其他组份进行科学合理的配比,从而能使该产品更易于成膜,制成片状,便于携带。制得的产品在洁净效果方面,由于采用了纳米级原料和天然物质成分,本发明溶解速度快,去污效果好,不会刺激皮肤;同时由于去除了所有填充物,使表面活性物充分起到去除衣物污渍的作用,清洗衣物后不会有任何残留化学物质,保障衣物的干净、柔顺,亦有一定的环保作用。

Claims (5)
1.一种纳米超浓缩清水洗衣片,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的组分:3%-8%的成膜剂; 8%-16%的十二烷基硫酸钠;2%~8%的十二烷基笨磺酸钠;1%-5%的脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;3%-6%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;1%-5%的甘油;0.1%~2%的柠檬酸钠;0.1%-0.2%的EDTA-2Na;0.001%-0.05%的色素;0.5%-1.5%的香精;余量的去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种纳米超浓缩清水洗衣片,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质。
3.一种纳米超浓缩清水洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:(1)在去离子水中加入EDTA-2Na、甘油、成膜剂、搅拌均匀,直到成膜剂溶解完全;(2)加入十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基的笨磺酸钠、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、柠檬酸钠、色素和香精搅拌,将混合液放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜,并形成纳米超浓缩洗衣片;(3)将烘干后的纳米超浓缩洗衣片剪切、冲压成型。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种纳米超浓缩清水洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述成膜机工作温度控制在100-130℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述一种纳米超浓缩清水洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纳米超浓缩洗衣片其厚度为0.15-1.30mm。
