Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of garment manufacturing, and particularly relates to a tailor mold and a tailor device.
Background
With the development of industry, agriculture and science and technology, the living standard of people is continuously improved, and people are more and more attentive to dress, wherein a plurality of new styles of clothes such as western-style clothes, shirts, jeans and the like and accessories such as ties, ties and the like matched with shirts appear. When sewing the clothes, the cloth is cut into different parts, and then the sewing is carried out in sequence. Traditional manual stitching, while relatively slow, has the unique implication of being machine irreplaceable, even today with ever increasing levels of automation, requiring manual measuring stitching. It has become a focus of attention how to quickly and high-quality finish the sewing of a garment, particularly for double layer sewing of the shoulders of the garment.
For sewing up the shoulder parts of clothes, the existing treatment mode is to manually mark lines on the first layer of clothes cloth by a pen and a ruler, and then remove the lines and sew the lines. The method has the following disadvantages: the lines drawn on the cloth of the clothes are not easy to remove, the stitches are troublesome to remove, and the deviation is easy to occur on the two layers of cloth of the clothes. After the cloth of the clothes is deviated, the redundant cloth needs to be cut, so that the material waste is caused. And each piece of clothes is sewn through processes of measurement, manual alignment, sewing and the like, resulting in slow speed of sewing the clothes and uneven quality of the sewn clothes. The method can not adapt to the requirements of high efficiency, high quality and the like advocated by the current society more and more, and the mode of double-layer sewing of the collar needs to be perfected more and more.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a tailor mold 10, as shown in fig. 1. The tailor mold 10 includes a base plate 11, a first rotating member 15, a second rotating member 18, and a third rotating member 21. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of the tailor mold 10 when the first rotating member 15, the second rotating member 18, and the third rotating member 21 are all in an open state.
For sewing up the shoulder parts of clothes, the existing treatment mode is to manually mark lines on the first layer of clothes cloth by a pen and a ruler, and then remove the lines and sew the lines. The method has the following disadvantages: the lines drawn on the cloth of the clothes are not easy to remove, the stitches are relatively troublesome to remove, and the deviation appears easily on the two layers of cloth of the clothes. After the cloth of the clothes deviates, the redundant cloth needs to be cut, which causes the waste of materials. And each piece of clothes is sewn through processes of measurement, manual alignment, sewing and the like, resulting in slow speed of sewing the clothes and uneven quality of the sewn clothes. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides the tailor mold 10 for quickly sewing the clothes, which standardizes the clothes sewing work, enables the quality of different workers to be basically consistent when sewing, and greatly improves the clothes sewing speed.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a tailor device 30, as shown in fig. 6. The sewing device 30 comprises a sewing device 31 and the sewing mold 10 matched with the sewing device 31.
When sewing clothes, the tailor mold 10 with the clothes placed thereon is placed on the sewing device 31, and sewing is performed along the first sewing groove 13 and the second sewing groove 16 of the tailor mold 10, so that the fabric of the collar shoulder with accurate positioning can be obtained. Further, the tailor's mold 10 having the first and second sewing members placed thereon is placed on the sewing machine 31, and the sewing needle is sewn along the first and second sewing grooves 13 and 16, so that the fabric of the shoulder of the collar with accurate positioning can be obtained.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention provides a tailor mold 10 and a tailor device 30, and the tailor mold 10 solves the disadvantages of the conventional manual processing method: the lines drawn on the collar fabric are not easy to remove, the stitches are troublesome to remove, and the deviation is easy to occur on the two layers of the collar fabric. Redundant cloth needs to be cut after the collar cloth is deviated, so that the waste of materials is caused; and each piece of clothes is sewed through measurement, manual alignment, sewing and other processes, resulting in slow speed of sewing the clothes and uneven quality of the sewed clothes. The tailor mold 10 serves as a mold for rapidly sewing clothes, standardizes clothes sewing work, enables different workers to have basically consistent quality when sewing, and greatly improves sewing speed. Meanwhile, the tailor mold 10 is simple in structure, strong in operability, good in practicability and convenient to popularize and apply.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
