It should be noted that the same device may be both a transmitting device and a receiving device. That is, the information transmitting apparatus in the fourth embodiment and the information receiving apparatus in the eighth embodiment may be provided in the same apparatus at the same time.
Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of an apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The transmitting apparatus in the ninth embodiment and the receiving apparatus in the eleventh embodiment may each employ the hardware configuration shown in fig. 10.
As shown in fig. 10, a device may include one or more of the following components: processing component 1002, memory 1004, power component 1006, multimedia component 1008, audio component 1010, input/output (I/O) interface 1012, sensor component 1014, and communications component 1016.
The processing component 1002 generally controls the overall operation of the device, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 1002 may include one or more processors 1020 to execute instructions. When the device in fig. 10 is used as a sending device, the processor 1020 is configured to execute instructions to complete all or part of the steps of the information sending method in the third embodiment, including: and sending the information to be transmitted and first identification information corresponding to the receiver according to the receiver information so that receiving equipment corresponding to the receiver can acquire the information to be transmitted according to the first identification information. When the apparatus in fig. 10 is used as a receiving apparatus, the processor 1020 is configured to execute instructions to complete all or part of the steps of the information receiving method in the seventh embodiment, which specifically includes: sending a request for acquiring information to be transmitted to the forwarding equipment in response to receiving a notification that the receiving equipment has corresponding information to be transmitted, wherein the notification is sent by the forwarding equipment; receiving a verification request sent by forwarding equipment; in response to the verification request, sending second identification information to the forwarding device; and when the verification is successful, obtaining the information to be transmitted from the forwarding equipment. For example, the processing component 1002 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 1008 and the processing component 1002.
The memory 1004 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the device. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the device, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 1004 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 1006 provides power to the various components of the device. The power components 1006 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for a device.
The multimedia component 1008 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device and the user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 1008 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the device is in an operational mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 1010 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 1010 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the device is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 1004 or transmitted via the communication component 1016. In some embodiments, audio component 1010 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
I/O interface 1012 provides an interface between processing component 1002 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 1014 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects of the device. For example, the sensor assembly 1014 can detect the open/closed state of the device, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the device, the sensor assembly 1014 can also detect a change in the position of the device or a component of the device, the presence or absence of user contact with the device, the orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the device, and a change in the temperature of the device. The sensor assembly 1014 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1014 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1014 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 1016 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the device and other devices. The device may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G, 3G, or 4G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1016 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communications component 1016 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the system, the apparatus and the module described above may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is merely a logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of modules or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or modules, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical modules, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each module may exist alone physically, or two or more modules are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
The integrated unit implemented in the form of a software functional unit may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The software functional unit is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) or a Processor (Processor) to execute some steps of the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (43)
1. An information transmission method applied to an information transmission system including a sending device, a forwarding device and a receiving device, the method comprising:
the sending equipment sends the information to be transmitted and first identification information corresponding to the receiver according to the receiver information;
the forwarding equipment receives the information to be transmitted and the first identification information, and sends a notice to corresponding receiving equipment according to the information of the receiver so as to inform the receiving equipment of the information to be received;
the receiving equipment sends a request for acquiring the information to be transmitted to the forwarding equipment;
the forwarding device verifies the receiving device according to the first identification information;
and the forwarding equipment processes the request for acquiring the information to be transmitted according to the verification result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the forwarding device verifies the receiving device according to the first identification information, comprising:
the forwarding equipment responds to the received request for acquiring the information to be transmitted and sends a verification request to the receiving equipment;
the receiving device sends second identification information to the forwarding device in response to receiving the verification request;
and the forwarding equipment verifies the receiving equipment according to the first identification information and the second identification information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the forwarding device verifies the receiving device according to the first identification information and the second identification information, comprising:
the forwarding device judges whether the first identification information and the second identification information are consistent;
and the forwarding equipment determines the verification result of the receiving equipment according to the judgment result.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the forwarding device determines the verification result of the receiving device according to the determination result, including:
when the first identification information is consistent with the second identification information, the forwarding device determines that the receiving device is successfully verified; or,
and when the first identification information and the second identification information are inconsistent, the forwarding device determines that the receiving device fails to verify.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after the forwarding device receives the information to be transmitted and the first identification information, the method further comprises:
the forwarding equipment sends a download address or a link of the information to be transmitted to the receiving equipment according to the information of the receiver;
the sending, by the receiving device, a request for obtaining the information to be transmitted to the forwarding device includes:
the receiving equipment clicks the download address or the link;
the forwarding device processes the request for obtaining the information to be transmitted according to the verification result, and the method comprises the following steps:
the forwarding device allows the receiving device to open the download address or link when the receiving device is successfully verified; or the forwarding device prohibits the receiving device from opening the download address or the link when the receiving device fails to verify.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sending device sends the information to be transmitted and the first identification information corresponding to the receiver according to the receiver information, and the method comprises the following steps:
and the sending equipment generates a data packet according to the information to be transmitted and the first identification information, and sends the data packet according to the information of the receiver.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after the forwarding device receives the information to be transmitted and the first identification information, the method further comprises:
and the forwarding equipment stores the information to be transmitted and the first identification information to a specified position.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the first identification information comprises at least one of fingerprint information, eye pupil information, and face recognition information.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending/receiving device is a cell phone or a tablet computer.
10. An information sending method applied to sending equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
and sending the information to be transmitted and first identification information corresponding to the receiver according to the receiver information so that receiving equipment corresponding to the receiver can acquire the information to be transmitted according to the first identification information.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein sending the information to be transmitted and the first identification information corresponding to the recipient according to the recipient information comprises:
determining a receiver and calling information of the receiver;
acquiring first identification information corresponding to the receiver from a designated position;
generating a data packet according to the information to be transmitted and the first identification information;
and sending the data packet according to the receiver information.
12. An information forwarding method applied to a forwarding device, the method comprising:
in response to receiving information to be transmitted and first identification information sent by sending equipment, sending a notification to corresponding receiving equipment according to the information of a receiver so as to inform the receiving equipment of the information to be received;
receiving a request for acquiring the information to be transmitted, which is sent by the receiving equipment;
verifying the receiving equipment according to the first identification information;
and processing the request for acquiring the information to be transmitted according to a verification result.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein authenticating the receiving device based on the first identification information comprises:
sending a verification request to the receiving equipment in response to receiving the request for acquiring the information to be transmitted;
receiving second identification information sent by the receiving device in response to the verification request;
and verifying the receiving equipment according to the first identification information and the second identification information.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein verifying the receiving device based on the first identification information and the second identification information comprises:
judging whether the first identification information and the second identification information are consistent;
and determining the verification result of the receiving equipment according to the judgment result.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein determining the verification result of the receiving device according to the determination result comprises:
when the first identification information and the second identification information are consistent, determining that the receiving equipment is successfully verified; or,
and when the first identification information and the second identification information are inconsistent, determining that the receiving equipment fails to verify.
16. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
responding to the received information to be transmitted and the first identification information sent by the sending equipment, and sending a download address or a link of the information to be transmitted to the receiving equipment according to the information of a receiver;
receiving a request for acquiring the information to be transmitted, which is sent by the receiving device, and includes:
receiving click operation of the receiving equipment on the download address or the link;
processing the request for obtaining the information to be transmitted according to the verification result, comprising:
when the receiving device is successfully verified, allowing the receiving device to open the download address or the link; or, when the receiving device fails to verify, prohibiting the receiving device from opening the download address or the link.
17. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
and responding to the received information to be transmitted and the first identification information sent by the sending equipment, and storing the information to be transmitted and the first identification information to a specified position.
18. An information receiving method is applied to a receiving device, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to a received notification that the receiving equipment has corresponding information to be transmitted, which is sent by forwarding equipment, and sending a request for acquiring the information to be transmitted to the forwarding equipment;
receiving a verification request sent by the forwarding equipment;
sending second identification information to the forwarding device in response to the verification request;
and when the verification is successful, obtaining the information to be transmitted from the forwarding equipment.
19. The method of claim 18, further comprising:
receiving a download address or link of the information to be transmitted sent by the forwarding equipment;
sending a request for acquiring the information to be transmitted to the forwarding device, including:
clicking a download address or a link of the information to be transmitted;
when the verification is successful, obtaining the information to be transmitted from the forwarding device, including:
and when the verification is successful, downloading the information to be transmitted according to the download address of the information to be transmitted, or checking the information to be transmitted according to the link of the information to be transmitted.
20. The method of claim 18, wherein obtaining the information to be transmitted from the forwarding device when the verification is successful comprises:
and receiving the information to be transmitted sent by the forwarding equipment when the verification is successful.
21. An information transmission system includes a transmitting device, a forwarding device, and a receiving device, characterized in that:
the sending equipment is used for sending the information to be transmitted and first identification information corresponding to the receiver according to the receiver information;
the forwarding device is used for receiving the information to be transmitted and the first identification information, and sending a notification to corresponding receiving equipment according to the information of the receiver so as to inform the receiving equipment of the information to be received; the receiving equipment is used for verifying the receiving equipment according to the first identification information; and the request for acquiring the information to be transmitted is processed according to the verification result;
the receiving device is configured to send a request for acquiring the information to be transmitted to the forwarding device.
22. The system according to claim 21, wherein the forwarding device, when configured to verify the receiving device according to the first identification information, is specifically configured to:
sending a verification request to the receiving equipment in response to receiving the request for acquiring the information to be transmitted;
the receiving device is further configured to send second identification information to the forwarding device in response to receiving the verification request;
the forwarding device is further configured to verify the receiving device according to the first identification information and the second identification information.
23. The system of claim 22, wherein the forwarding device is configured to, when verifying the receiving device according to the first identification information and the second identification information, specifically:
judging whether the first identification information and the second identification information are consistent;
and determining the verification result of the receiving equipment according to the judgment result.
24. The system according to claim 23, wherein the forwarding device, when configured to determine the verification result of the receiving device according to the determination result, is specifically configured to:
when the first identification information and the second identification information are consistent, determining that the receiving equipment is successfully verified; or,
and when the first identification information and the second identification information are inconsistent, determining that the receiving equipment fails to verify.
25. The system of claim 21, wherein:
the forwarding device is further configured to send a download address or a link of the information to be transmitted to the receiving device according to the receiver information after receiving the information to be transmitted and the first identification information;
when the receiving device is configured to send a request for obtaining the information to be transmitted to the forwarding device, the receiving device is specifically configured to: clicking the download address or link;
when the forwarding device is configured to process the request for obtaining the information to be transmitted according to the verification result, the forwarding device is specifically configured to: allowing the receiving device to open the download address or link when the receiving device is successfully authenticated; or forbidding the receiving equipment to open the download address or the link when the receiving equipment fails to verify.
26. The system according to claim 21, wherein the sending device, when configured to send, according to the recipient information, the information to be transmitted and the first identification information corresponding to the recipient, is specifically configured to:
and generating a data packet according to the information to be transmitted and the first identification information, and sending the data packet according to the information of the receiver.
27. The system of claim 21, wherein:
the forwarding device is further configured to store the information to be transmitted and the first identification information to a specified location after receiving the information to be transmitted and the first identification information.
28. The system of claim 21, wherein the first identification information comprises at least one of fingerprint information, eye pupil information, and face recognition information.
29. The system of claim 21, wherein the sending/receiving device is a cell phone or a tablet computer.
30. An information transmission apparatus provided in a transmission device, the apparatus comprising:
the sending module is used for sending the information to be transmitted and first identification information corresponding to the receiver according to the receiver information so that receiving equipment corresponding to the receiver can obtain the information to be transmitted according to the first identification information.
31. The apparatus of claim 30, wherein the sending module, when configured to send the information to be transmitted and the first identification information corresponding to the recipient according to the recipient information, is specifically configured to:
determining a receiver and calling information of the receiver;
acquiring first identification information corresponding to the receiver from a designated position;
generating a data packet according to the information to be transmitted and the first identification information;
and sending the data packet according to the receiver information.
32. An information forwarding apparatus provided in a forwarding device, the apparatus comprising:
the notification module is used for responding to the received information to be transmitted and the first identification information sent by the sending equipment, and sending a notification to the corresponding receiving equipment according to the information of the receiver so as to inform the receiving equipment of the information to be received;
a request receiving module, configured to receive a request for acquiring the to-be-transmitted information sent by the receiving device;
the verification module is used for verifying the receiving equipment according to the first identification information;
and the processing module is used for processing the request for acquiring the information to be transmitted according to the verification result.
33. The apparatus of claim 32, wherein the authentication module, when configured to authenticate the receiving device according to the first identification information, is specifically configured to:
sending a verification request to the receiving equipment in response to receiving the request for acquiring the information to be transmitted;
receiving second identification information sent by the receiving device in response to the verification request;
and verifying the receiving equipment according to the first identification information and the second identification information.
34. The apparatus of claim 33, wherein the authentication module, when configured to authenticate the receiving device according to the first identification information and the second identification information, is specifically configured to:
judging whether the first identification information and the second identification information are consistent;
and determining the verification result of the receiving equipment according to the judgment result.
35. The apparatus of claim 34, wherein the authentication module, when configured to determine the authentication result of the receiving device according to the determination result, is specifically configured to:
when the first identification information and the second identification information are consistent, determining that the receiving equipment is successfully verified; or,
and when the first identification information and the second identification information are inconsistent, determining that the receiving equipment fails to verify.
36. The apparatus of claim 32, further comprising:
the sending module is used for responding to the received information to be transmitted and the first identification information sent by the sending equipment and sending a download address or a link of the information to be transmitted to the receiving equipment according to the information of a receiver;
the request receiving module, when configured to receive the request for acquiring the information to be transmitted, sent by the receiving device, is specifically configured to: receiving click operation of the receiving equipment on the download address or the link;
the verification module, when being configured to process the request for obtaining the information to be transmitted according to a verification result, is specifically configured to: when the receiving device is successfully verified, allowing the receiving device to open the download address or the link; or, when the receiving device fails to verify, prohibiting the receiving device from opening the download address or the link.
37. The apparatus of claim 32, further comprising:
the storage module is used for responding to the received information to be transmitted and the first identification information sent by the sending equipment and storing the information to be transmitted and the first identification information to a specified position.
38. An information receiving apparatus provided in a receiving device, the apparatus comprising:
the request sending module is used for responding to a received notification that the receiving equipment has corresponding information to be transmitted, and sending a request for acquiring the information to be transmitted to the forwarding equipment;
a verification request receiving module, configured to receive a verification request sent by the forwarding device;
the verification information sending module is used for responding to the verification request and sending second identification information to the forwarding equipment;
and the obtaining module is used for obtaining the information to be transmitted from the forwarding equipment when the verification is successful.
39. The apparatus of claim 38, further comprising:
the address link receiving module is used for receiving the download address or the link of the information to be transmitted, which is sent by the forwarding equipment;
the request sending module, when configured to send the request for obtaining the information to be transmitted to the forwarding device, is specifically configured to: clicking a download address or a link of the information to be transmitted;
the obtaining module, when configured to obtain the information to be transmitted from the forwarding device when the verification is successful, is specifically configured to: and when the verification is successful, downloading the information to be transmitted according to the download address of the information to be transmitted, or checking the information to be transmitted according to the link of the information to be transmitted.
40. The apparatus according to claim 38, wherein the obtaining module, when configured to obtain the information to be transmitted from the forwarding device when the verification is successful, is specifically configured to:
and receiving the information to be transmitted sent by the forwarding equipment when the verification is successful.
41. A transmitting device, characterized in that it comprises the information transmitting apparatus of claim 30 or 31.
42. A forwarding device, characterized in that the forwarding device comprises the information forwarding apparatus of claims 32-37.
43. A receiving apparatus, characterized in that the receiving apparatus comprises the information receiving device of claim 38 to 40.
