Abstract

The invention discloses a door bolt structure of an electronic device, which comprises a door frame, a door plate and an elastic metal wire. The door plant movably sets up in the door frame, and the door plant can seal the door frame. Two ends of the elastic metal wire are connected with the door panel, and the elastic metal wire is bent to form a plurality of hook parts which are respectively protruded out of the edge of the door panel. When the door plate closes the door frame, the hook parts hook the inner edge of the door frame respectively, and when the elastic metal wire is pulled, the hook parts can be driven to be separated from the door frame, so that the door plate can move relative to the door frame. The door bolt structure of the invention replaces the prior bolt rod, spring and other components by a single elastic metal wire, thereby having simple structure and easy assembly. Furthermore, the elastic wire is low cost and easy to process.

Description

Door bolt structure of electronic device
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The present invention relates to a latch structure of an electronic device, and more particularly, to a latch structure of an electronic device with a simple structure.
[ background of the invention ]
Electronic devices are generally provided with at least one connector for inputting/outputting signals, and when the connector is not connected for use, the exposed connector is prone to poor contact caused by dust adhesion or oxidation of contact moisture, so it is a common structure that the housing of the electronic device is provided with a door panel to cover the connector. Generally, the door panel must be secured by a latch structure when the door panel is closed, and the conventional latch structure generally includes a latch rod and a spring connecting the latch rod. When the door panel is closed, the spring can push the bolt rod to reset and bolt the shell of the electronic device to lock the door panel. And the latch can be pulled to release the door panel from the housing of the electronic device. The components of the bolt structure are complex and are not easy to manufacture and assemble.
In view of the above, the present inventor has made an intensive study on the above prior art and applied the study in cooperation with the theory to try to solve the above problems, which is an improved objective of the present inventor.
[ summary of the invention ]

Two ends of the elastic metal wire are clamped on the door plate, and the elastic metal wire is bent to form a plurality of hook parts which are respectively protruded out of the edge of the door plate. When the door plate closes the door frame, the hook parts hook the inner edge of the door frame respectively, and when the elastic metal wire is pulled, the hook parts can be driven to be separated from the door frame, so that the door plate can move relative to the door frame.
Preferably, the elastic metal wire coil is bent to form the hook portion. The elastic metal wire coil is bent to form a pull handle. The elastic metal wire is provided with a pull handle which is a rod body attached to the elastic metal wire. The pull handle is arranged in the middle of the elastic metal wire. The elastic metal wire coil is bent to form a node, and the elastic metal wire can pivot along the node. The inner edge of the door frame forms a slope surface corresponding to each hook part respectively, and when the door plate is closed towards the door frame, each hook part can be pressed by the corresponding slope surface. The positive directions of the slopes are mutually aggregated. The door plate is provided with a limiting structure corresponding to each hook part, at least one part of each hook part is contained in the corresponding limiting structure, and the hook parts can slide along the limiting structures. The inner edge of the door frame is respectively provided with a clamping groove corresponding to each hook part, each connecting groove is connected with the corresponding limiting structure, and when the door plate seals the door frame, each hook part is clamped into the corresponding clamping groove.
