Description

Washing machine and detergent liquid level detection device for same
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing machines, in particular to a detergent liquid level detection device for a washing machine and the washing machine.
Background
For a washing machine with an automatic detergent feeding function, the detergent liquid level needs to be detected.
In the related art, the detergent level detection is generally performed in two ways, i.e., a float switch way or a probe way. The float switch mode is that a column is arranged in the detergent storage box, and the float switch is sleeved on the column and can float up and down along with the change of the liquid level. Meanwhile, a reed switch is arranged in the float switch, a magnet is arranged at a specific liquid level of the detergent storage box, when the float switch moves up and down along with the liquid level change and approaches the magnet, the reed switch is closed to output a corresponding liquid level signal, and therefore the liquid level of the detergent is detected. However, since the detergent is thick, the detergent liquid level detection in this way may cause the phenomenon that the float switch is hung on the column, so that the float switch does not move up and down with the change of the liquid level, and the detected detergent liquid level is inaccurate.
The probe mode is that two metal probes are arranged in the detergent, the controller leads +12V voltage to one of the metal probes, when the two metal probes are completely immersed in the detergent, the other metal probe can generate +12V voltage due to the conductivity of the detergent, and the liquid level of the detergent can be judged by detecting the voltage of the other metal probe. However, this approach not only requires the controller to provide an isolated +12V voltage, which is costly, but also requires the detergent as a conductive carrier, which may locally build up and harden if the detergent is left unused in the storage box for a long time, resulting in a large difference between the detected detergent level and the actual level.
In summary, the above two detergent liquid level detection methods may cause the phenomenon of liquid level misjudgment. Therefore, how to provide a reliable detergent level detection device becomes a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The detergent level detecting device for a washing machine and the washing machine according to the embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a block schematic view of a detergent level detecting apparatus for a washing machine according to one embodiment of the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the washing machine may include a detergent storage box 10 and a liquid level detecting device. The detergent storage box 10 is provided with a U-shaped groove, one side of the U-shaped groove is used for putting detergent, the other side of the U-shaped groove forms a closed air chamber, a guide nozzle 20 is arranged on the closed air chamber, and the guide nozzle 20 can be arranged at the top of the closed air chamber.
The detergent level detecting device includes: a water level switch 30 and a liquid level detection unit 40. Wherein, the pressure sensing end 300 of the water level switch 30 is connected to the nozzle 20 through the pressure pipe 50, and the water level switch 30 outputs a first switching signal and a second switching signal by sensing a change condition of air pressure in the sealed air chamber. The liquid level detecting unit 40 is connected to the water level switch 30, and the liquid level detecting unit 40 is used to detect the detergent liquid level in the detergent storage box according to the first switching signal and the second switching signal.
Specifically, based on the principle of the communicating vessel, when the detergent is put in, the detergent can sink into the other sealed air chamber from the putting side of the U-shaped groove, so that the air pressure in the sealed air chamber changes, wherein the air pressure in the sealed air chamber can increase along with the increase of the liquid level of the detergent. Since the pressure sensing terminal 300 of the water level switch 30 is connected to the nozzle 20 through the pressure tube 50, the water level switch 30 senses a change in air pressure in the sealed air chamber. The water level switch 30 acts according to the air pressure change condition in the sealed air chamber and outputs a corresponding switch signal, for example, when the detergent liquid level reaches a higher liquid level, the water level switch 30 outputs a first switch signal; when the detergent level reaches a lower level, the water level switch 30 outputs a second switching signal. The level detecting unit 40 can determine the detergent level inside the detergent storage box 10 according to the received switching signal.
As an example, for a washing machine having a function of automatically dispensing detergent, as shown in fig. 2, a detergent outlet 102 may be provided at the bottom of the detergent storage box 10, and the outlet 102 may be connected to a peristaltic pump of the washing machine through a pipe. The controller of the washing machine automatically senses the weight of clothes through a fuzzy weighing technology, combines a washing program selected by a user, judges the current environmental temperature by integrating a built-in temperature sensor to adjust the dosage of the detergent, intelligently controls the peristaltic pump, and extrudes the detergent into the multi-way distributor, so that the intelligent feeding of the detergent is realized, and the full-automatic intellectualization is really realized. Meanwhile, in order to prevent a phenomenon that the washing effect is affected due to too little detergent in the detergent storage box 10 or the detergent overflows due to too much detergent, the level of the detergent in the detergent storage box 10 needs to be detected to remind the user when the level is low or high.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a user may add detergent into the detergent storage box 10 through the detergent addition port 101. When the detergent level in the detergent storage box 10 is changed, the air pressure in the airtight air chamber is changed, and the water level switch 30 senses the air pressure change in the airtight air chamber. The water level sensor 30 outputs a corresponding switch signal according to the variation of the air pressure in the sealed air chamber, and the liquid level detecting unit 40 can determine the detergent liquid level in the detergent storage box 10 according to the switch signal.
Therefore, the device does not need to be in contact with the detergent, the detergent liquid level can be safely and reliably detected by sensing the air pressure change in the sealed air chamber in the U-shaped groove of the detergent storage box through the water level switch, the phenomenon that the detected detergent liquid level is inaccurate due to the fact that the detergent is hung on the wall or is locally aggregated and hardened is avoided, and the cost is low.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the detergent level detecting apparatus for a washing machine described above may further include a prompt unit 60, and the prompt unit 60 is connected to the level detecting unit 40. When the liquid level detection unit 40 receives the first switching signal, the liquid level detection unit 40 judges that the detergent liquid level in the detergent storage box 10 reaches a first preset liquid level, and controls the prompt unit 60 to send out a prompt message of full detergent amount; when the liquid level detecting unit 40 receives the second switching signal, the liquid level detecting unit 40 determines that the detergent liquid level in the detergent storage box 10 is less than a second preset liquid level, and controls the prompting unit 40 to send out a detergent shortage prompting message, wherein the second preset liquid level is less than the first preset liquid level.
Specifically, the prompting unit 60 may be an indicator lamp, a voice broadcast module, or a UI (user interface) interface, etc. disposed on the washing machine. When the liquid level detecting unit 40 receives the first switch signal, it is described that the detergent liquid level in the detergent storage box 10 is greater than or equal to the first preset liquid level at this time, the detergent liquid level is higher, in order to prevent the detergent overflow caused by the user continuing to add detergent, the liquid level detecting unit 40 can be used for controlling the detergent full-level indicator lamp to be turned on, or controlling the voice broadcasting module to broadcast the prompt tone of "detergent full level", and then controlling the UI interface to display "detergent full level! "text prompt information, etc. to remind the user.
When the liquid level detecting unit 40 receives the second switch signal, it is described that the detergent liquid level in the detergent storage box 10 is lower than the second preset liquid level, the detergent liquid level is lower, in order to prevent the condition that the washing effect is affected by the lack of the detergent, the liquid level detecting unit 40 can be controlled to control the indicator lamp for detergent lack to light, or the voice broadcasting module can be controlled to broadcast the prompt tone of "lack of the detergent, please add", or the UI interface is controlled to display the "lack of the detergent, please add! "text prompt information, etc. to remind the user. Therefore, when a user adds detergent, the user is reminded of the liquid level of the detergent through the prompting unit, and the condition that the washing effect is influenced due to overhigh overflow of the liquid level of the detergent or overlow liquid level of the detergent is effectively prevented.
In order to make it clear to those skilled in the art how the water level switch 30 outputs the switching signal, the following description will be made in detail with reference to specific examples of the present invention.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a water level switch according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the water level switch 30 includes an air chamber 301, a rubber membrane 302 and a movable spring 303, the air chamber 301 is connected to the nozzle 20 through a pressure tube 50, the air pressure in the air chamber 301 changes along with the air pressure in the sealed air chamber, and when the air pressure in the air chamber 301 changes, the rubber membrane 302 moves to drive the contact of the movable spring 303 to move between the first position and the second position.
When the contact of the movable reed 303 is at the first position, the water level switch 30 outputs a first switch signal; when the contact of the movable reed 303 is at the second position, the water level switch 30 outputs a second switch signal.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the water level switch 30 may further include: the structure of the cam 304, the pressure spring 305, the pressure adjusting screw 306, the guide sleeve 307, the lever 308, the long spring 309, the top core (valve core) 310, the small pressure switch spring 311, the plastic disc 312, the pressure hose 313, and further, the movable spring piece 303 and the cam 304 is as shown in fig. 5. Wherein, the pressure sensing end 300 of the water level switch 30 is located at the bottom end of the pressure hose 313 of the water level switch 30, and is connected with the guide nozzle 20 of the detergent storage box 10 through the air return pipe 50.
When the detergent liquid level in the detergent storage box 10 rises, the air pressure in the air chamber 301 of the water level switch 30 rises, and the rubber film 302 above the air chamber 301 is gradually pushed up, so that the top core 310 is pushed up against the pressure of the pressure spring 305, and simultaneously the middle portion of the movable spring 303 is moved up together. When the movable spring piece 303 exceeds the turning position, the pressure direction of the small switch pressure spring 311 (i.e., the quick-jump spring) is suddenly changed and rapidly bends downward, so that the contact on the movable spring piece 303 is contacted with the lower stationary contact (i.e., the first position), at this time, the circuit corresponding to the second position is cut off, the circuit corresponding to the first position is switched on, and the water level switch 30 generates a first switch signal. The liquid level detecting unit 40 determines that the detergent liquid level in the detergent storage box 10 reaches a higher level at this time according to the first switching signal, and in order to prevent the detergent from overflowing, the liquid level detecting unit 40 may control the prompting unit 60 to send out a prompt message indicating that the detergent is full, so as to remind the user.
When the detergent level in the detergent storage box 10 drops, the air pressure in the air chamber 301 of the water level switch 30 is reduced, and the top core 310 moves downward by the pressure spring 305, and simultaneously drives the middle portion of the movable spring 303 to move downward together. When the movable spring piece 303 exceeds the direction changing position (i.e. the middle part of the movable spring piece 303 is lower than the two side parts), the pressure direction of the small switch pressure spring 311 (i.e. the quick jump spring) is suddenly changed, at this moment, the movable spring piece 303 is pushed upwards, namely, the contact point on the movable spring piece 303 is contacted with the second position, at this moment, the circuit corresponding to the first position is cut off, the circuit corresponding to the second position is switched on, and the water level switch 30 generates a second switch signal. The liquid level detecting unit 40 determines that the detergent liquid level in the detergent storage box 10 is low at this time according to the received second switching signal, and in order to prevent the phenomenon that the washing effect is affected due to the lack of detergent, the liquid level detecting unit 40 may control the prompting unit 60 to send out a prompt message that the detergent is lack, so as to remind the user.
That is to say, the variation of the detergent liquid level in the detergent storage box 10 will affect the variation of the air pressure in the closed air chamber of the U-shaped groove, and at the same time, the variation of the air pressure will cause the mechanical action of the rubber membrane 302 in the water level switch 30, and this mechanical movement will drive the contact of the movable spring 303 of the water level switch 30 to move up and down, so as to achieve the function of connecting and disconnecting the corresponding circuit, and further achieve the purpose of detecting the detergent liquid level.
In addition, it should be noted that the cam 304 is used for adjusting the height of the first preset liquid level and the second preset liquid level. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a long spring 309 is further provided inside the water level switch 30, and functions to abut against the lever 308 contacting the cam 304 with the right side as an axis and the left side abutting against a recess of the cam 304. When the lever 308 is located at different positions of the cam 304, the compression amount of the pressure spring 305 is different, and the pressure on the top core 310 is also different, so that the purpose of adjusting the first preset liquid level and the second preset liquid level is achieved, and the universality of the water level switch is greatly improved.
In summary, according to the detergent liquid level detection device for the washing machine of the embodiment of the invention, the detergent liquid level can be safely and reliably detected by sensing the air pressure change in the sealed air chamber in the U-shaped groove of the detergent storage box through the water level switch without contacting with the detergent, so that the phenomenon of inaccurate detected detergent liquid level caused by detergent wall hanging or local aggregation and hardening is avoided, and the cost is low. Moreover, the device can also correspondingly remind the user when detecting that the liquid level of the detergent is too high or too low, so that the use experience of the user is greatly improved.
In addition, the invention also provides a washing machine, which comprises the detergent storage box and a detergent liquid level detection device for the washing machine.
According to the washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, the water level switch of the detergent liquid level detection device is used for sensing the air pressure change condition in the sealed air chamber so as to output a first switch signal and a second switch signal, and the liquid level detection unit is used for detecting the detergent liquid level in the detergent storage box according to the first switch signal and the second switch signal. Therefore, the washing machine can safely and reliably detect the liquid level of the detergent by sensing the air pressure change in the sealed air chamber in the U-shaped groove of the detergent storage box through the water level switch, avoid the phenomenon that the detected liquid level of the detergent is inaccurate due to the fact that the detergent is hung on the wall or is locally aggregated and hardened, and is low in cost.
