Abstract
The invention discloses a horizontal brush roll forming machine which comprises a frame, a moving platform, a guide assembly, a moving trolley, an anti-tensioning mechanism, a hydraulic system and a travel limiting device, wherein the guide assembly is fixedly connected with the frame, the moving platform can horizontally move along the guide assembly, the hydraulic system is used for driving the moving platform to move, and the travel limiting device is used for limiting the movement position of the moving platform; the movable trolley is used for supporting the inner shaft of the roller body when the inner shaft of the roller body is fed; the anti-tensioning mechanism is used for restraining expansion of the material ring. The invention has the advantages of adapting to the molding requirement of the large-sized brush roller, being convenient for installation, facilitating the safe work of operators, shortening the working period, improving the working efficiency and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a forming machine, in particular to a horizontal brush roll forming machine.
Background
With the continuous development of the China industry, the industrial brush roller is also an indispensable part of partial industrial mechanical equipment, and the main polishing brush roller products in the market at present are as follows: nonwoven roll brushes, filament brush rolls and brush rolls. The brush roller is suitable for grinding, cleaning, polishing and waxing in marble, glass industry, metal plate industry, metallurgy industry and the like. The prior art molding machine has the following disadvantages:
(1) By adopting a conventional vertical structure, a deeper pit must be dug; and because the height of the machine opening is larger and reaches 5m, the height requirement on the factory building is higher, and the investment cost of enterprises is high.
(2) By adopting a conventional vertical structure, an operator needs to climb to a higher platform position during charging; the polishing brush roller is difficult to install and lift before and after forming, and the operation is unsafe.
(3) The workbench of the forming machine is designed to be open to the side surface in a semicircular shape. The bending strength of the workbench is greatly weakened, the forming requirement of the large-specification polishing brush roller is difficult to adapt, and the manufacturing cost of the machine is increased.

The invention provides a horizontal brush roll forming machine which comprises a frame, a moving platform, a guide assembly, a hydraulic system, a moving trolley, an anti-tensioning mechanism and a travel limiting device.

When the hydraulic cylinder I, II rapidly advances by virtue of the moving platform, the rodless cavity of the hydraulic cylinder I, II forms vacuum, the liquid filling valve is opened by negative pressure, and oil in the oil tank enters the rodless cavity of the hydraulic cylinder I, II through the liquid filling valve; during return, the system low pressure controls the oil to push the main valve core of the liquid filling valve, so that the oil in the rodless cavity of the hydraulic cylinder I, II flows back to the oil tank through the liquid filling valve.
Preferably, the hydraulic pump is a high-low pressure double pump, the motor is a double-shaft extension motor, and the high-low pressure double pump is driven by the double-shaft extension motor.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) The forming machine adopts a horizontal structure, does not need to dig deeper pit and build higher factory buildings, and is convenient for installation.
(2) The polishing brush roller is horizontally arranged at a height of 1m above the ground level, so that operators can work safely.
(3) The forming machine is only designed to be a semicircular upper opening at the center, the center of the machine frame II is provided with a through hole, and the strength of the through hole and the machine frame I is equal, so that the forming machine can meet the forming requirement of a large-specification polishing brush roller.
(4) When the multi-layer annular punching part material ring returns after being pressurized, the anti-tensioning mechanism can restrict the axial expansion of the material ring during feeding.
(5) When the polishing brush roller is fed intermittently frequently, the forming machine moving trolley can support the center line of the inner shaft of the roller body to be concentric with the axis of the machine body, so that the auxiliary working time in production is effectively shortened. The hydraulic machine was determined to be capable of one duty cycle for 40 seconds.
(6) The hydraulic system adopts a high-low pressure double-pump structure and is driven by a double-shaft extension motor. The low-flow plunger pump works during high-pressure pressing; and the high-flow vane pump and the high-pressure pump work simultaneously during fast forward and return stroke, so that the working efficiency is high.

referring to fig. 1 to 5, the invention provides a horizontal brush roll forming machine, which comprises a frame, a moving platform 3, a guide assembly 4, a hydraulic system 7, a moving trolley 5, an anti-tensioning mechanism 6 and a travel limiting device.
Further, the guide assembly 4 is fixedly connected with the frame, the moving platform 3 can horizontally move along the guide assembly 4, the hydraulic system 7 is used for driving the moving platform 3 to move, and the travel limiting device 8 is used for limiting the moving position of the moving platform 3.
Further, the moving trolley 5 is used for supporting the inner shaft of the roller body, so that feeding of the inner shaft of the roller body is facilitated.
Further, the anti-tensioning mechanism 6 is used for restraining the expansion of the material ring.
Specifically, the frame comprises a frame I (1) and a frame II (2), and the guide component 4 is a plurality of guide posts.

Preferably, the rodless chamber top ends of the hydraulic cylinder I (71) and the hydraulic cylinder II (72) are connected with the transition valve 73 through square flanges and are converged to the charging valve 74.
Further, the charging valve 74 is vertically installed on the transition valve 73.
Preferably, the valve core of the charging valve 74 is tapered.
Further, the charge valve 74 is mounted on the rodless chamber side of the hydraulic cylinder I, II (71, 72).
When the hydraulic cylinders I, II (71, 72) rapidly advance by virtue of the movable platform 3, the rodless cavities of the hydraulic cylinders I, II (71, 72) form vacuum, the charging valve 74 is opened by negative pressure, and oil in the oil tank enters the rodless cavities of the hydraulic cylinders I, II (71, 72) through the charging valve 74; during return, the system low pressure controls the oil to push the main valve core of the charging valve 74, so that the oil in the rodless cavity of the hydraulic cylinder I, II (71, 72) flows back to the oil tank through the charging valve 74.
Preferably, the hydraulic pump is a high-low pressure double pump, the motor is a double-shaft extension motor, and the high-low pressure double pump is driven by the double-shaft extension motor.

the charging valve (74) is arranged on one side of the hydraulic cylinders I, II (71 and 72) without the rod cavity;
the hydraulic pump is a high-low pressure double pump, and the motor is a double-shaft extension motor.
