a signal processor for processing a voice signal of the multi-lateral voice call;

a telematics unit including a mobile communication module; and
a controller for controlling the audio video navigation, the telematics unit, and the signal processor such that a first call connected to an external mobile terminal through the audio video navigation using Bluetooth and a second call connected to a telematics emergency center through the telematics unit are simultaneously performed.
2. The telematics terminal of claim 1, further comprising at least one speaker,
wherein:
the signal processor performing voice mixing with respect to voice signals received from the first call and the second call; and

wherein the processor provides voice signals received from the first call through some speakers and provides voice signals received from the second call through other speakers.
4. The telematics terminal of claim 2, wherein the at least one speaker is disposed at a left, right, front, and rear of the vehicle.
5. The telematics terminal of claim 1, wherein the controller sets a first channel path for signals transmitted through the first call and sets a second channel path for signals transmitted through the second call.
6. The telematics terminal of claim 1, wherein to attempt connection of the first call, the processor is in a standby state to receive user input.
7. The telematics terminal of claim 5, wherein at least one of a short message, a long message, and a video passes through the first channel path when the first call is connected.
8. A telematics terminal for providing a multi-sided voice call, the telematics terminal comprising:
a signal processor for processing a voice signal of the multi-lateral voice call;
audio video navigation including a bluetooth module;
a telematics unit including a mobile communication module; and
a controller for controlling the telematics unit such that when a first call is connected to an external mobile terminal through the audio video navigation using Bluetooth and a second call is not connected to a telematics emergency center through the telematics unit, the connection of the second call is repeatedly attempted according to a preset reference.
9. The telematics terminal of claim 8, wherein the preset reference is set according to at least one of a preset time interval and a preset number of connection attempt times.
10. A method for controlling a telematics terminal for providing a multi-sided voice call, the method comprising the steps of:
a voice call of the external mobile terminal using the bluetooth connection as a first call; and
when the first call is connected, a second call is connected to a telematics emergency center according to a preset event.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein connecting as the first call comprises triggering the first call based on user input.
12. The method of claim 10, further comprising the steps of:
providing, by a first speaker, a voice signal received by the first call and providing, by a second speaker, a voice signal received by the second call when the first call and the second call are connected.
