In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the invention provides a lock catch assembly, which can fix a light source module on a designated bracket. Referring to fig. 1a, 1b and 2a to 2e, the latch assembly 1 includes a latch swing rod latch 11, a bracket assembly 12 and a latch base 13, wherein the latch base 13 is fixed on a designated bracket (not shown in the drawings), and a latch 131 for fixing the bracket assembly 12 is disposed on a surface of the latch base to be engaged with a latch slot 1211 (as shown in fig. 2 d) on the bracket assembly 12. The bracket assembly 12 is pivotally disposed on the latch base 13, and the bracket assembly 12 is pivoted toward the latch base 13 until the buckle 131 of the latch base 13 is engaged with the slot 1211 of the bracket assembly 12, so that the bracket assembly 12 and the latch base 13 can be locked. The latch swing link buckle 11 is pivotally provided on the bracket assembly 12 for locking any one of the external assemblies (not shown). In this embodiment, the clamping groove 1211 may also be disposed on the latch base 13, and correspondingly, the latch 131 may be disposed on the bracket assembly 12, where the positions of the clamping groove 1211 and the latch 131 are not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention, so long as the two can be clamped.
The process of locking any external component to the appointed bracket by adopting the locking component 1 may be that the locking swing rod buckle 11 locks any external component, so that the bracket component 12 pivots towards the direction of the locking base 13 until the buckle 131 of the locking base 13 is clamped on the clamping groove 1211 of the bracket component 12, at this time, the bracket component 12 and the locking base 13 pivot and lock, and meanwhile, the bracket component 12 drives the locking swing rod buckle 11 to displace towards a direction away from any external component, so as to lock any external component to the appointed bracket.
According to the embodiment of the invention, any external component can be quickly and conveniently fixedly arranged on the appointed bracket by utilizing the lock catch component. In addition, the lock catch assembly is adopted to fix the external assembly, so that the connection of the external assembly is firm and reliable, the installation process of the external assembly is simple and easy to learn, and the installation and disassembly time of a user is effectively saved.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, the bracket assembly 12 includes a self-locking buckle 121 and a U-shaped body 122, wherein a slot 1211 on the bracket assembly 12 is provided on the self-locking buckle 121. Through holes 1221 are respectively provided on both side surfaces of the U-shaped body 122, one end of the self-locking buckle 121 penetrates through one through hole 1221 and penetrates out of the other through hole 1221, and the other end of the self-locking buckle 121 is disposed outside the U-shaped body 122. When the buckle 131 is engaged in the slot 1211 of the self-locking buckle 121, the latch assembly 1 is in the locked state, i.e. the state of the latch assembly 1 in fig. 2a and 2 b. When the self-locking buckle 121 receives the force in the same direction as the bending direction of the buckle 131 of the locking base 13, the buckle 131 of the locking base 13 is separated from the clamping groove 1211, and the bracket assembly 12 and the locking base 13 are unlocked, at this time, the locking assembly 1 is in an opened state, i.e. the state of the locking assembly 1 in fig. 1a and 1 b.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the self-locking buckle 121 may be disposed at the other end outside the U-shaped body 122, and bent in a direction perpendicular to the self-locking buckle 121 itself to form the safety component 1212, where the safety component 1212 mainly plays a role in protecting the self-locking buckle 121. When the self-locking buckle 121 receives the force in the same direction as the buckling direction of the buckle, the buckle 131 is separated from the slot 1211 of the self-locking buckle 121, and the safety component 1212 can effectively prevent the self-locking buckle 121 from falling off from the U-shaped body 122.
With continued reference to fig. 3, in order to facilitate interconnection between the latch swing link buckle 11, the bracket assembly 12 and the latch base 13, in one embodiment of the present invention, two sides of the U-shaped body 122 of the bracket assembly 12 extend in a direction away from the self-locking buckle 121 to form two protruding portions 123, and the protruding portions 123 are pivotally disposed on the latch base 13 on a side away from the U-shaped body 122, and the latch swing link buckle 11 is pivotally disposed on the other side near the U-shaped body 122. Optionally, the interval between the bracket assembly rotation shaft 124 and the latch swing rod rotation shaft 125 is equal to the length of the U-shaped body 122, so that the latch swing rod buckle 11, the bracket assembly 12 and the latch base 13 are stressed more uniformly in the process of locking.
With continued reference to fig. 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, the bracket assembly 12 may further include a first elastic member 126 disposed on the self-locking buckle 121, one end of which contacts the inner wall of the U-shaped body 122, and the other end of which is located at the edge of the slot 1211 of the self-locking buckle 121.
When the bracket assembly 12 pivots to a certain angle toward the latch base 13, the first elastic element 126 is clamped on the buckle 131 of the latch base 13, and the latch assembly 1 is in a locked state, i.e. the latch assembly 1 is in a state as shown in fig. 4a and 4b, and fig. 5a to 5e are views of the latch assembly 1 in the locked state at different angles.
When the self-locking buckle 121 receives the pushing force in the same direction as the buckling direction of the buckle 131 of the locking buckle base 13, the first elastic element 126 generates a force with the inner wall of the U-shaped body 122 under the driving of the self-locking buckle 121, the first elastic element 126 is compressed and deformed, and the buckle 131 of the locking buckle base 13 is separated from the first elastic element 126, so that the bracket assembly 12 and the locking buckle base 13 are unlocked, and the locking buckle assembly 1 is in an open state, as shown in the state of the locking buckle assembly 1 in fig. 1a and 1 b.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, a groove 1213 may be further disposed at one end of the self-locking buckle 121, and the groove 1213 extends along the longitudinal direction of the self-locking buckle 121, so as to form two elongated clamping portions 1214. At this time, two first elastic elements 126 are selected and respectively sleeved on the clamping portion 1214. The elastic force of the two first elastic elements 126 is larger, so that the self-locking buckle 121 can be firmer and more reliable when being clamped into the clamping groove 1211 or separated from the clamping groove 1211.
With continued reference to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the latch base 13 may include a main body 132 and a pair of parallel connection portions 133 formed by extending perpendicularly from two sidewalls of the main body 132, where the bracket assembly 12 is pivotally disposed on the connection portions 133. One end of the main body 132 extends along a direction facing the bracket assembly 12 and is bent to form a buckle 131 of the buckle base 13, and the main body 132 is integrally in a T-shaped structure.
