Abstract
本发明属于树脂砂轮技术领域,具体涉及一种弹性磨片及其制备方法。本发明弹性磨片包括以下组分及其重量份数:白刚玉80#25‑35份、绿碳化硅100#20‑40份、陶瓷刚玉100#20‑40份、酚醛树脂粉20‑25份、酚醛树脂液8‑12份、氟铝酸钾8‑12份、改性丁腈橡胶粉3‑5份和氧化铁红1‑3份。本发明采用酚醛树脂粉中添加增韧剂从而使得其具备一定的韧性,使得磨片制作的硬化曲线设置更容易;酚醛树脂液固含量较高,进而提高耐磨性和切割效率;添加改性丁晴橡胶粉使得所制得的弹性磨片无需弯曲和柔滑,抛磨手感好、耐用度高、柔韧性佳,可满足玻璃石材、硬质合金等加工的需要。

技术领域
本发明属于树脂砂轮技术领域,具体涉及一种弹性磨片及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着建材和装饰等行业的发展,弹性磨片作为一种既能磨削又能用于抛光的特种砂轮,越来越受到市场的青睐,广泛用于航空航天、轴承、模具、造船、汽车、建材,甚至非金属领域的精磨和抛光加工,而目前弹性磨片的耐用度普遍较低、柔韧性较差,最大可弯曲角度偏小,被加工工件的表面精度不高,而且面对市场众多的加工对象现有的弹性磨片用途比较单一,从普通金属到玻璃石材甚至高硬度的硬质合金,很少有对应的产品能够同时满足对上述对象的加工,尤其在面对硬质合金的加工现有的弹性磨片在性能和工件的加工质量上都没有良好的表现,容易出现磨不动、工件烧伤等问题。
中国专利CN103273433B公开了一种金刚石切磨片,所述金刚石磨片中的金刚石浓度为25%,所述金刚石切磨片中的金属结合剂为预合金粉末,其由以下组分组成:30-40%的Cu、30-40%的Fe、8-10的Ni、5-8%的Sn、3-5%的Si、8-10的Co和0.8-1.2的Ce。本发明通过独特设计将切与磨两种性能有机结合起来,结构简单合理,操作方便,制作成本低,使用寿命长,解决了当今市场中金刚石工具切和磨性能相互独立的问题,特别适用于石材、混凝土、陶瓷、砖、瓦等建材的切磨。
中国专利申请CN106392912A公开了一种弹性磨片的配方及其加工方法,包括上下复合的细料层和粗料层,粗料层包括SG磨料、高温煅烧棕刚玉、白刚玉、液体酚醛树脂、液体丁晴橡胶、粉状酚醛树脂、脱色脱蜡虫胶粉、金刚石粉、纳米级气相二氧化硅、氧化镁粉、钛白粉、酞青绿;细料层包括棕刚玉、白刚玉、液体酚醛树脂、液体丁晴橡胶、粉状、酚醛树脂、脱色脱蜡虫胶粉、氟硼酸钾、纳米级气相二氧化硅、氧化镁粉、钛白粉、酞青绿。适合轴承行业对精磨和抛光等精密加工的需要,被加工工件表面精度高。
但是金刚石材料的价格相对比较昂贵,应用成本高,同时由于这两种材料对磨床和修整装置有较高要求。因此有必要开发一种加工效果相同并且成本较低、易于推广使用的新型磨片。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的原材料价格昂贵的问题,同时满足普通金属、玻璃石材和硬质合金的加工,解决加工硬质合金出现的烧伤,本发明提供一种弹性磨片及其制备方法。
本发明一种弹性磨片,包括以下组分及其重量份数:
白刚玉80#25-35份、绿碳化硅100#20-40份、陶瓷刚玉100#20-40份、酚醛树脂粉20-25份、酚醛树脂液8-12份、氟铝酸钾8-12份、改性丁腈橡胶粉3-5份和氧化铁红1-3份。
优选的,所述的弹性磨片,由以下组分及其重量份数组成:
白刚玉80#30份、绿碳化硅100#30份、陶瓷刚玉100#30份、酚醛树脂粉22.5份、酚醛树脂液10份、氟铝酸钾10份、改性丁腈橡胶粉4份和氧化铁红2份。
优选的,所述的酚醛树脂粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取苯酚80g、甲醛45g和硫酸0.6g加入反应釜中搅拌下升温至沸腾,反应80min后降温至60℃,再次加入苯酚80g、甲醛20g和醋酸0.5g搅拌下升温至沸腾,反应90min后,得物料I;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料I减压脱水并降温至145℃时加入聚醚砜0.4g和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物0.4g搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后粉碎至细度为200-300目。
优选的,所述的酚醛树脂液的制备方法为:向反应釜中加入苯酚100g、甲醛120g、三乙醇胺12g和0.3g Mg2Si,搅拌下加热升温至75℃,反应90min后加热至95℃保温60min,加入15g三乙醇胺反应60min,真空脱水降温至60℃时加入三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯5g和钛酸酯偶联剂0.8g反应30min,加入硫酸钙晶须8g搅拌均匀,即得。
优选的,所述的氟铝酸钾细度为200-300目。
再优选的,所述的改性丁腈橡胶粉的制备方法为:取丁二烯48g、丙烯腈24g和十二醇聚氧乙烯醚2.5g在55℃下反应4h后加入N-丙基苯酰胺3g继续反应6h,加入乙醇胺1.5g和十二烷基硫酸酯钠3g 47.5℃下反应4.5h,离心干燥后加入10g邻苯二甲酸二丁酯反应40min,加入二氧化硅75g、氧化锌7.5g和硫磺2g,即得。
另外,本发明还提供了一种弹性磨片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、混料:将白刚玉80#、绿碳化硅100#、陶瓷刚玉100#和酚醛树脂液在混料锅A中混合3-5min后加入氧化铁红搅拌15-18min,将酚醛树脂粉、氟铝酸钾和改性丁腈橡胶粉在混料锅B中混合均匀,再将混料锅A中混匀的混合物倒入混料锅B中混合均匀,得混合料;
S2、成型:将玻纤网布放入模具,在设备自动运行过程中烤网、压凹,第一次摊入1/3步骤S1得到的混合料,放入玻纤网布烤网、压凹,再把剩余2/3步骤S1得到的混合料摊入,摊料完成后放入玻纤网布,于50-70℃、5-7Mpa下压制7-10s成型;
S3、固化:将步骤S2压制成型的坯体每片由钹型铝板隔开经弹簧加压后放入电阻式箱式炉60℃干燥3-4h,固化,即得。
优选的,步骤S2所述的玻纤网的规格为11目、98mm×17mm、260g。
再优选的,步骤S3所述的固化过程为:固化温度从80℃逐段升温至175℃,其中温度由80℃升到100℃,升温时间为2h,100℃保温时间1-2h,100℃到120℃升温时间2.5h,120℃保温时间1.5-2.5h,120℃到175℃升温时间4h,175℃保温时间7-10h。
本发明采用白刚玉80#、绿碳化硅100#和陶瓷刚玉100#的复合磨料,其中白刚玉80#作为脆性磨料具有很好的自锐性,可以有效减缓磨料颗粒与被抛磨工件间的缓冲力,起到改善抛磨舒适度和提升抛磨效率的作用;绿碳化硅具有针状、片状结构,硬度高,且具有良好的锋利度和自锐性,在磨削玻璃石材等非金属材料时性能优异;陶瓷刚玉是经特殊引晶凝胶系统烧结而成,带有革命性的新一代氧化铝磨料,具有硬度高、韧性好和锋利度强等优点,与普通刚玉磨料相比具有磨耗比高、工件表面加工质量好和磨削效率高的特点,该种磨料与白刚玉、绿碳化硅相互配合制备而成的弹性磨片在磨削玻璃石材、硬质合金时磨削效率高,使用寿命长、工件表面加工质量高、无烧伤,从而能够满足高端行业需求。
本发明酚醛树脂粉在制备过程中添加了增韧剂聚醚砜和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,从而使其具备一定的韧性,使得磨片制作的硬化曲线设置更容易;酚醛树脂液在苯酚、甲醛的接触上加入甲醛交联剂三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯和钛酸酯偶联剂,并采用硫酸钙晶须进行改性,所得酚醛树脂液固含量增加、游离甲醛含量降低,提高耐磨性和切割效率。
本发明改性丁腈橡胶粉具有良好的耐水性、气密性、优良的粘结性能和物理机械性和加工性能,可以有效改善弹性磨片的柔韧性;氟铝酸钾作为助溶和润滑材料加入,有效改善抛磨手感和舒适性;氧化铁红可以促进树脂的固化,增加产品的硬度和强度,提高弹性磨片的耐用度。
与现有技术相比本发明的技术优势在于:采用陶瓷刚玉100#、白刚玉80#、绿碳化硅100#相互配合提高弹性磨片的磨削抛光效率和质量;酚醛树脂粉中添加增韧剂使其具备一定的韧性,使得磨片制作的硬化曲线设置更容易;酚醛树脂液固含量较高,进而提高耐磨性和切割效率;添加改性丁晴橡胶粉使得所制得的弹性磨片无需弯曲和柔滑、抛磨手感好、耐用度高、柔韧性佳,可满足玻璃石材、硬质合金等加工的需要。

白刚玉80#购自郑州市宇航磨料磨具有限公司;绿碳化硅100#购自青州捷峰研磨材料有限公司;陶瓷刚玉100#购自上海隆拓仪器设备有限公司;聚醚砜购自东莞市樟木头建翔塑胶原料经营部;乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物CAS号:24937-78-8;三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯CAS:1025-15-6;钛酸酯偶联剂购自东莞市常平昱信塑化经营部;硫酸钙晶须购自郑州博凯利生态工程有限公司;十二醇聚氧乙烯醚购自海安石油化工厂。
实施例1一种弹性磨片
所述的弹性磨片由以下组分及其重量份数组成:
白刚玉80#25份、绿碳化硅100#20份、陶瓷刚玉100#20份、酚醛树脂粉20份、酚醛树脂液8份、氟铝酸钾8份、改性丁腈橡胶粉3份和氧化铁红1份。
所述的酚醛树脂粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取苯酚80g、甲醛45g和硫酸0.6g加入反应釜中搅拌下升温至沸腾,反应80min后降温至60℃,再次加入苯酚80g、甲醛20g和醋酸0.5g搅拌下升温至沸腾,反应90min后,得物料I;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料I减压脱水并降温至145℃时加入聚醚砜0.4g和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物0.4g搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后粉碎至细度为200目。
所述的酚醛树脂液的制备方法为:向反应釜中加入苯酚100g、甲醛120g、三乙醇胺12g和0.3g Mg2Si,搅拌下加热升温至75℃,反应90min后加热至95℃保温60min,加入15g三乙醇胺反应60min,真空脱水降温至60℃时加入三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯5g和钛酸酯偶联剂0.8g反应30min,加入硫酸钙晶须8g搅拌均匀,即得。
所述的改性丁腈橡胶粉的制备方法为:取丁二烯48g、丙烯腈24g和十二醇聚氧乙烯醚2.5g在55℃下反应4h后加入N-丙基苯酰胺3g继续反应6h,加入乙醇胺1.5g和十二烷基硫酸酯钠3g 47.5℃下反应4.5h,离心干燥后加入10g邻苯二甲酸二丁酯反应40min,加入二氧化硅75g、氧化锌7.5g和硫磺2g,即得。
所述的弹性磨片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、混料:将白刚玉80#、绿碳化硅100#、陶瓷刚玉100#和酚醛树脂液在混料锅A中混合3min后加入氧化铁红搅拌15min,将酚醛树脂粉、氟铝酸钾和改性丁腈橡胶粉在混料锅B中混合均匀,再将混料锅A中混匀的混合物倒入混料锅B中混合均匀,得混合料;
S2、成型:将规格为11目、98mm×17mm、260g的玻纤网布放入模具,在设备自动运行过程中烤网、压凹,第一次摊入1/3步骤S1得到的混合料,放入玻纤网布烤网、压凹,再把剩余2/3步骤S1得到的混合料摊入,摊料完成后放入玻纤网布,于50℃、5Mpa下压制7s成型;
S3、固化:将步骤S2压制成型的坯体每片由钹型铝板隔开经弹簧加压后放入电阻式箱式炉60℃干燥3h,固化,其中固化温度从80℃逐段升温至175℃,其中温度由80℃升到100℃,升温时间为2h,100℃保温时间1h,100℃到120℃升温时间2.5h,120℃保温时间1.5h,120℃到175℃升温时间4h,175℃保温时间7h,即得。
实施例2一种弹性磨片
所述的弹性磨片由以下组分及其重量份数组成:
白刚玉80#30份、绿碳化硅100#30份、陶瓷刚玉100#30份、酚醛树脂粉22.5份、酚醛树脂液10份、氟铝酸钾10份、改性丁腈橡胶粉4份和氧化铁红2份。
所述的酚醛树脂粉、酚醛树脂液和改性丁腈橡胶粉的制备方法与实施例1类似。
所述的弹性磨片的制备方法为:
S1、混料:将白刚玉80#、绿碳化硅100#、陶瓷刚玉100#和酚醛树脂液在混料锅A中混合4min后加入氧化铁红搅拌16.5min,将酚醛树脂粉、氟铝酸钾和改性丁腈橡胶粉在混料锅B中混合均匀,再将混料锅A中混匀的混合物倒入混料锅B中混合均匀,得混合料;
S2、成型:将规格为11目、98mm×17mm、260g的玻纤网布放入模具,在设备自动运行过程中烤网、压凹,第一次摊入1/3步骤S1得到的混合料,放入玻纤网布烤网、压凹,再把剩余2/3步骤S1得到的混合料摊入,摊料完成后放入玻纤网布,于60℃、6Mpa下压制8.5s成型;
S3、固化:将步骤S2压制成型的坯体每片由钹型铝板隔开经弹簧加压后放入电阻式箱式炉60℃干燥3.5h,固化,其中固化温度从80℃逐段升温至175℃,其中温度由80℃升到100℃,升温时间为2h,100℃保温时间1.5h,100℃到120℃升温时间2.5h,120℃保温时间2h,120℃到175℃升温时间4h,175℃保温时间8.5h,即得。
实施例3一种弹性磨片
所述的弹性磨片由以下组分及其重量份数组成:
白刚玉80#35份、绿碳化硅100#40份、陶瓷刚玉100#40份、酚醛树脂粉25份、酚醛树脂液12份、氟铝酸钾12份、改性丁腈橡胶粉5份和氧化铁红3份。
所述的酚醛树脂粉、酚醛树脂液和改性丁腈橡胶粉的制备方法与实施例1类似。
所述的弹性磨片的制备方法为:
S1、混料:将白刚玉80#、绿碳化硅100#、陶瓷刚玉100#和酚醛树脂液在混料锅A中混合5min后加入氧化铁红搅拌18min,将酚醛树脂粉、氟铝酸钾和改性丁腈橡胶粉在混料锅B中混合均匀,再将混料锅A中混匀的混合物倒入混料锅B中混合均匀,得混合料;
S2、成型:将规格为11目、98mm×17mm、260g的玻纤网布放入模具,在设备自动运行过程中烤网、压凹,第一次摊入1/3步骤S1得到的混合料,放入玻纤网布烤网、压凹,再把剩余2/3步骤S1得到的混合料摊入,摊料完成后放入玻纤网布,于70℃、7Mpa下压制10s成型;
S3、固化:将步骤S2压制成型的坯体每片由钹型铝板隔开经弹簧加压后放入电阻式箱式炉60℃干燥4h,固化,其中固化温度从80℃逐段升温至175℃,其中温度由80℃升到100℃,升温时间为2h,100℃保温时间2h,100℃到120℃升温时间2.5h,120℃保温时间2.5h,120℃到175℃升温时间4h,175℃保温时间10h,即得。
对比例1一种弹性磨片
所述的弹性磨片的组成、酚醛树脂液、改性丁腈橡胶和弹性磨片的制备方法与实施例2类似。
所述的酚醛树脂粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取苯酚80g、甲醛45g和硫酸0.6g加入反应釜中搅拌升温至沸腾,反应80min后降温至60℃,再次加入苯酚80g、甲醛20g和醋酸0.5g搅拌升温至沸腾,反应90min后,得物料I;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料I减压脱水并降温至145℃时加入聚醚砜0.8g搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后粉碎至细度为200目。
对比例1与实施例2的区别在于:酚醛树脂粉制备过程中添加聚醚砜作为增韧剂,未添加乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。
对比例2一种弹性磨片
所述的弹性磨片的组成、酚醛树脂粉、改性丁腈橡胶和弹性磨片的制备方法与实施例2类似。
所述的酚醛树脂液的制备方法为:向反应釜中加入苯酚100g、甲醛120g和0.3gMg2Si,搅拌下加热升温至75℃,反应90min后加热至95℃保温60min,真空脱水降温至60℃时加入三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯5g和钛酸酯偶联剂0.8g反应30min,加入硫酸钙晶须8g搅拌均匀,即得。
对比例2与实施例2的区别在于:酚醛树脂液的制备过程中未加入三乙醇胺。
对比例3一种弹性磨片
所述的弹性磨片的组成、酚醛树脂粉、酚醛树脂液和弹性磨片的制备方法与实施例2类似。
所述的改性丁腈橡胶粉的制备方法为:
取丁二烯48g、丙烯腈24g和十二醇聚氧乙烯醚2.5g在55℃下反应4h后加入N-丙基苯酰胺3g继续反应6h,加入乙醇胺1.5g和十二烷基硫酸酯钠3g 47.5℃下反应4.5h,离心干燥后加入二氧化硅75g、氧化锌7.5g和硫磺2g即得。
对比例3与实施例2的区别在于:将制备改性丁腈橡胶粉过程中未加入邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。
试验例1:产品性能评价测试
1.试验材料:本发明实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备的弹性磨片。
2.试验对象:从工厂取得未经磨削和抛光的硬质合金毛坯件。
3.试验方法:采用本发明实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备的弹性磨片对硬质合金毛坯件进行磨削和抛光处理,记录磨削和抛光处理后的磨削效率、表面粗糙度和磨削比,观察磨削处理后工件外表颜色;对弹性磨片的手感、磨削抛光后的平整度和光洁度进行评分(0-10分,分值越高表示手感越好、磨削抛光后的平整度和光洁度越高),结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出本发明实施例1-3制备的弹性磨片磨削效率高,表面粗糙度低、磨削比高,并且加工完之后工件表面没有黑点,光洁度、平整度比较理想,且实施例2磨削效率最高、表面粗糙度最低、磨削比最高,为本发明的优选实施例;通过本发明实施例1-3制备的弹性磨片进行磨削加工磨削效率较对比例1-3制备的弹性磨片高,手感较好。说明本发明采用陶瓷刚玉100#、白刚玉80#、绿碳化硅100#相互配合提高弹性磨片的磨削效率和质量;酚醛树脂粉中添加增韧剂聚醚砜和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物配合使用从而使得其具备一定的韧性,使得磨片制作的硬化曲线设置更容易;酚醛树脂液固含量较高,进而提高耐磨性和切割效率;添加改性丁晴橡胶粉使得所制得的弹性磨片无需弯曲和柔滑,抛磨手感好,耐用度高、柔韧性佳,可满足玻璃石材、硬质合金等加工的需要。

白刚玉80#25-35份、绿碳化硅100#20-40份、陶瓷刚玉100#20-40份、酚醛树脂粉20-25份、酚醛树脂液8-12份、氟铝酸钾8-12份、改性丁腈橡胶粉3-5份和氧化铁红1-3份;
所述的酚醛树脂液的制备方法为:向反应釜中加入苯酚100g、甲醛120g、三乙醇胺12g和0.3gMg2Si,搅拌下加热升温至75℃,反应90min后加热至95℃保温60min,加入15g三乙醇胺反应60min,真空脱水降温至60℃时加入三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯5g和钛酸酯偶联剂0.8g反应30min,加入硫酸钙晶须8g搅拌均匀,即得;
所述的改性丁腈橡胶粉的制备方法为:取丁二烯48g、丙烯腈24g和十二醇聚氧乙烯醚2.5g在55℃下反应4h后加入N-丙基苯酰胺3g继续反应6h,加入乙醇胺1.5g和十二烷基硫酸酯钠3g47.5℃下反应4.5h,离心干燥后加入10g邻苯二甲酸二丁酯反应40min,加入二氧化硅75g、氧化锌7.5g和硫磺2g,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性磨片,其特征在于,由以下组分及其重量份数组成:
白刚玉80#30份、绿碳化硅100#30份、陶瓷刚玉100#30份、酚醛树脂粉22.5份、酚醛树脂液10份、氟铝酸钾10份、改性丁腈橡胶粉4份和氧化铁红2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性磨片,其特征在于,所述的酚醛树脂粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取苯酚80g、甲醛45g和硫酸0.6g加入反应釜中搅拌下升温至沸腾,反应80min后降温至60℃,再次加入苯酚80g、甲醛20g和醋酸0.5g搅拌下升温至沸腾,反应90min后,得物料I;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料I减压脱水并降温至145℃时加入聚醚砜0.4g和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物0.4g搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后粉碎至细度为200-300目。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性磨片,其特征在于,所述的氟铝酸钾细度为200-300目。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的弹性磨片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、混料:将白刚玉80#、绿碳化硅100#、陶瓷刚玉100#和酚醛树脂液在混料锅A中混合3-5min后加入氧化铁红搅拌15-18min,将酚醛树脂粉、氟铝酸钾和改性丁腈橡胶粉在混料锅B中混合均匀,再将混料锅A中混匀的混合物倒入混料锅B中混合均匀,得混合料;
S2、成型:将玻纤网布放入模具,在设备自动运行过程中烤网、压凹,第一次摊入1/3步骤S1得到的混合料,放入玻纤网布烤网、压凹,再把剩余2/3步骤S1得到的混合料摊入,摊料完成后放入玻纤网布,于50-70℃、5-7Mpa下压制7-10s成型;
S3、固化:将步骤S2压制成型的坯体每片由钹型铝板隔开经弹簧加压后放入电阻式箱式炉60℃干燥3-4h,固化,即得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的弹性磨片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2所述的玻纤网的规格为11目、98mm×17mm、260g。
7.根据权利要求5所述的弹性磨片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3所述的固化过程为:固化温度从80℃逐段升温至175℃,其中温度由80℃升到100℃,升温时间为2h,100℃保温时间1-2h,100℃到120℃升温时间2.5h,120℃保温时间1.5-2.5h,120℃到175℃升温时间4h,175℃保温时间7-10h。
