Abstract
The invention relates to a magnetic system capable of assisting in closing an irregular mucosa wound surface under an endoscope, which comprises a magnetic system body, a snare and the endoscope; the magnetic force system body comprises a magnetic force clamp device; the magnetic clamp device comprises a magnetic ball head, a magnetic clamp and a system switch; the magnetic ball head is positioned at the top of the magnetic clamp; the endoscope is provided with a pore channel; the snare and the magnetic clamp device are arranged in the pore channel; the snare is arranged below the magnetic clamp device; the magnetic clamp device and the snare are both arranged at the head of the pore channel in the endoscope; the system switch is arranged on an auxiliary device of the endoscope controller. Its advantages are: the magnetic system is introduced into the auxiliary device of the endoscope for the first time, so that the closing of a larger mucosa wound surface under the endoscope can be effectively assisted; the magnetic system is safe and harmless to human bodies, and the magnetic clamp can be repeatedly utilized, so that the magnetic clamp is suitable for popularization and use in the field of medical treatment and health.

The lifting device is characterized in that the front end of a main body spring hose is connected with a second support, the second support is rotatably connected with a hard pipe through a pin shaft, the hard pipe is connected with a first support through a lifting spring hose, a jaw is arranged on the first support, the hard pipe is connected with a first bending traction steel wire rope, the first support is connected with a second bending traction steel wire rope, and the jaw is connected with the jaw traction steel wire rope. When the lifting spring hose is used, the lifting spring hose can be controlled to be bent through the bent traction steel wire rope, the jaw opening is controlled through the jaw traction steel wire rope, then the jaw opening is controlled to be closed to bite the mucosa, the bent state of the lifting spring hose is controlled through the bent traction steel wire rope, the mucosa is lifted, and finally the electric knife is stretched out to cut the mucosa.

When the electric knife is used, the jaws are controlled to be opened by the jaw traction steel wire rope so as to lift the mucosa and finally extend out of the electric knife to cut the mucosa. However, the magnetic force system which is harmless to the human body and can be used for assisting in closing a larger mucosa wound surface under an endoscope by means of strong magnetic force, the operation difficulty of peptide clip installation under the endoscope is obviously reduced, and the postoperative wound surface recovery speed of a patient is improved has no first-closing report at present.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a magnetic system which is harmless to a human body, can be used for assisting to close a larger mucosa wound surface under an endoscope by means of strong magnetic force, obviously reduces the operation difficulty of peptide clip making under the endoscope, and improves the recovery speed of the wound surface of a patient after operation.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a magnetic force system capable of assisting in closing an irregular mucosa wound surface under an endoscope comprises a magnetic force system body, a snare and the endoscope; the magnetic force system body comprises a magnetic force clamp device; the magnetic clamp device comprises a magnetic ball head, a magnetic clamp and a system switch; the magnetic ball head is positioned at the top of the magnetic clamp; the endoscope is provided with a pore channel; the snare and the magnetic clamp device are arranged in the pore channel; the snare is arranged below the magnetic clamp device; the magnetic clamp device and the snare are both arranged at the head of the pore channel in the endoscope; the system switch is arranged on an auxiliary device of the endoscope controller.
Preferably, the magnetic clamp is provided in plurality.
As a preferable technical scheme, the snare is made of absorbable wire materials.
As a preferable technical proposal, the snare is of a circular ring structure as a whole.

The invention has the advantages that:
1. the magnetic clip device can be arranged around the wound according to the size of the opening of the mucosa wound by utilizing the arrangement of the magnetic device, and the magnetic clip is mutually attracted to close the wound under the action of magnetic force generated by the magnetic ball head by opening the switch of the magnetic system, so that the healing of the wound is accelerated.
2. The snare arranged below the magnetic clamp device is arranged on the periphery of the mucosa wound opening before the magnetic clamp device is opened, and when the magnetic clamp device closes the wound surfaces together after the magnetic system switch is opened, the snare is tightly sleeved at the root of the wound surfaces, so that the wound is closed.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 and 2 are schematic perspective views of a magnetic system and a mucosal wound of the present invention for assisting in closing an irregular mucosal wound under an endoscope. A magnetic force system capable of assisting in closing irregular mucosa wound surfaces under an endoscope comprises a magnetic force system body 1, a snare 2 and an endoscope 3; the magnetic force system body 1 comprises a magnetic force clamp device 11; the magnetic clamp device 11 is arranged around the mucosa wound 111; the magnetic clamp device 11 comprises a magnetic ball head 12, a magnetic clamp 13 and a system switch 14; the magnetic ball head 12 is positioned at the top of the magnetic clamp 13; the endoscope 3 is provided with a pore channel 31; the snare 2 and the magnetic clamp device 11 are arranged in the pore channel 31; the snare 2 is arranged below the magnetic clamp device 11; the magnetic clip device 11 and the snare 2 are both arranged at the head of the pore channel 31 in the endoscope 3; the system switch 14 is arranged on the auxiliary device 4 of the controller of the endoscope 3.
It should be noted that: the number of the magnetic clamp devices 11 is multiple, and the number of the magnetic clamp devices 11 can be set according to the size of the mucosa wound 111; the snare 2 is made of absorbable wire materials, is safe and convenient, and has low price, so that the economic burden of a patient is relieved to a certain extent; the snare 2 is of a round structure as a whole, so that the periphery of the mucosa wound 111 can be closed conveniently, and the aims of stopping bleeding and accelerating wound healing are fulfilled; the magnetic ball head 12 is in a spherical structure and is used for emitting magnetic force so as to control the opening and closing of the magnetic clamp 13; the magnetic clamp 13 is made of stainless steel materials, so that the magnetic clamp 13 can be conveniently used for multiple times; the magnetic ball head 12 and the magnetic clamp are of an integrated structure; the magnetic device 11 is arranged to open the magnetic clamp device 11 around the wound (see fig. 3) according to the size of the mucosa wound 111, and the magnetic clamp 13 attracts each other to close the wound (see fig. 4) under the action of the magnetic force generated by the magnetic ball 12 by opening the magnetic system switch 14, so that the healing of the wound is accelerated; the snare 2 arranged below the magnetic clamp device 11 is arranged on the periphery of a mucosa wound opening before the magnetic clamp device is opened, and when the magnetic clamp device 11 closes the wound surfaces together after the magnetic system switch 14 is opened, the snare 2 is tightly sleeved at the root of the wound surfaces so as to close the wound (see figure 5); after the wound is closed by the snare 2, the magnetic force device 11 can close the switch 14 of the magnetic force system, so that the magnetic clamp 13 is opened, and the magnetic force device 11 is taken down to be convenient for the next repeated use; the magnetic system body 1 is harmless to human body, and the magnetic clamp can be repeatedly used, so that resources are saved; the snare 2 is made of absorbable wire materials, and can be automatically absorbed and disappear after being left in a human body for a certain time, so that the healing speed of a wound surface wound is accelerated, and the body of a patient cannot be damaged; the magnetic force system body 1 can effectively assist the endoscope to close a larger irregular mucosa wound surface, reduce the operation difficulty of the endoscope, increase the operation safety, improve the postoperative wound surface recovery of a patient, can close according to the wound surfaces with different degrees and sizes, can further enlarge the adaptation disease of the endoscope operation due to the improvement of the operation, and can cut a larger tumor and the like under the endoscope.

The embodiment is basically the same as embodiment 1, except that the protective sleeve 131 is disposed at the bottom of the magnetic clamp 13 in this embodiment, the protective sleeve 131 is made of soft silica gel transparent material, and the arrangement of the protective sleeve 131 can effectively reduce the pain of the magnetic clamp 13 on the mucosal wound 111 of the patient when the magnetic clamp device 11 works, thereby improving the body feeling of the patient and facilitating the operation.
