Abstract
The invention discloses a knob switch and a control method thereof, and the knob switch comprises a PCB (printed circuit board), a metal dome, a first rotating mechanism, a second rotating mechanism, a rotating cap, a contact piece and a screw, wherein the second rotating mechanism is fixed on the PCB through the screw, the second rotating mechanism is connected with the first rotating mechanism, one end of the first rotating mechanism is connected with the rotating cap, the other end of the first rotating mechanism is connected with the contact piece, the contact piece is connected with the metal dome, and the metal dome is connected with the PCB. The rotary switch of the invention realizes that different gears are generated during rotation through a plastic structure, and the rotating part of plastic rotates to different positions to drive the contact piece to trigger different functions. Meanwhile, the long-press knob and the short-press knob can realize different controls. The principle is that the knob can output a level signal to be transmitted to the main control MCU at different positions or when being pressed, the main control MCU receives the level signal and then processes the level signal, so that corresponding control is completed, the operation is simple and easy, and the design of the rotary cap is rich and diverse.

Background
The existing knob switch realizes functions by touching the switch or the dome sheet key, one key usually corresponds to 1 to 2 functions, the number of the required switches or keys is increased when the functions are more, the increase of the number of the switches or keys influences the design of the structure, and certain challenges are brought to the appearance design of the product.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned defects in the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a knob switch and a control method thereof, in which a knob is rotated to different positions to trigger different functions, and the functions can be realized by pressing the knob, so that multiple functions are integrated into one knob, and the operation is simple and easy.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a knob switch which comprises a PCB, a metal dome, a first rotating mechanism, a second rotating mechanism, a rotating cap, a contact piece and a screw, wherein the second rotating mechanism is fixed on the PCB through the screw and is connected with the first rotating mechanism, one end of the first rotating mechanism is connected with the rotating cap, the other end of the first rotating mechanism is connected with the contact piece, the contact piece is connected with the metal dome, and the metal dome is connected with the PCB.
In the knob switch, the PCB is provided with a plurality of output terminals connected with the snap dome.
In the knob switch, the output terminals are connected with the MCU controller.
A knob switch control method comprises the following steps:
step S1, judging whether the knob switch is pressed down, if so, starting up, and if not, shutting down;
step S2, after starting up, judging whether the output terminal is suspended, if suspended, shutting down the computer if no operation is carried out for 1 minute, if not suspended, judging the output terminal, displaying the corresponding terminal unit, and triggering the output terminal;
step S3, after the output terminal is triggered, the MCU controller is triggered through a level signal to judge which output terminal is triggered;
and step S4, after the corresponding terminal is judged to be triggered, the unit is displayed, whether the terminal is suspended or not is judged, if the terminal is suspended, the unit is displayed, if the terminal is not suspended, whether the knob is pressed down is judged, if the knob is pressed down for 2 seconds, the machine is turned off, and if the knob is not pressed down, whether the knob turns left or turns right is judged.
In the method for controlling the knob switch, after the step S4 judges whether the knob is turned left or right, the left and right output terminals are triggered, and after the terminals are triggered, the steps S4 are executed continuously and circularly.
In the above method for controlling the knob switch, the step S4 shows that the unit is automatically turned off after no operation for 1 minute.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-4, a rotary switch comprises a PCB board 1, a metal dome 2, a first rotating mechanism 3, a second rotating mechanism 4, a rotating cap 5, a contact piece 6, and a screw 7, wherein the second rotating mechanism 4 is fixed on the PCB board 1 through the screw 7, the second rotating mechanism 4 is connected with the first rotating mechanism 3, one end of the first rotating mechanism 3 is connected with the rotating cap 5, the other end of the first rotating mechanism 3 is connected with the contact piece 6, the contact piece 6 is connected with the metal dome 2, and the metal dome 2 is connected with the PCB board 1.
In this embodiment, the PCB board 1 is provided with a plurality of output terminals connected to the snap dome 2.
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the output terminals are all connected to the MCU controller.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, a knob switch control method includes the following steps:
step S1, judging whether the knob switch is pressed down, if so, starting up, and if not, shutting down;
step S2, after starting up, judging whether the output terminal is suspended, if suspended, shutting down the computer if no operation is carried out for 1 minute, if not suspended, judging the output terminal, displaying the corresponding terminal unit, and triggering the output terminal;
step S3, after the output terminal is triggered, the MCU controller is triggered through a level signal to judge which output terminal is triggered;
and step S4, after the corresponding terminal is judged to be triggered, the unit is displayed, whether the terminal is suspended or not is judged, if the terminal is suspended, the unit is displayed, if the terminal is not suspended, whether the knob is pressed down is judged, if the knob is pressed down for 2 seconds, the machine is turned off, and if the knob is not pressed down, whether the knob turns left or turns right is judged.
In this embodiment, the step S4 is to trigger the left and right output terminals after determining whether the knob is turned left or right, and then to continue to cycle to execute the step S4.

the method for generating different gears when the knob switch rotates through the plastic structure comprises the following steps: the second rotating mechanism (4) is fixed with the PCB, the first rotating mechanism (3) rotates to different positions to drive the contact piece (6) to trigger different functions, the long-press and the short-press of the knob switch also realize different controls, a level signal is output and transmitted to the MCU controller, and the MCU controller receives the level signal and then processes the level signal;
step S2, after starting up, judging whether the output terminal is suspended, if suspended, shutting down the computer if no operation is carried out for 1 minute, if not suspended, judging the output terminal, displaying the corresponding terminal unit, and triggering the output terminal;
