referring to fig. 1-3, a security cashbox comprises a cover plate assembly, a side cover plate 120, a front side plate 130, a bottom side plate 140 and a top side plate 150, wherein the cover plate assembly, the two side cover plates 120, the front side plate 130, the bottom side plate 140 and the top side plate 150 together form a box body for storing paper money;
referring to fig. 4-9, the cover assembly includes a cover 110, wherein the cover 110 is provided with a width adjusting plate 121 on one side of a front side plate 130, the width adjusting plate 121 is provided with a width adjusting groove 1211, the end of the width adjusting plate 121 is provided with a lift-up plate 111, and the lift-up plate 111 is used for facilitating the lift-up of the cover 110 by a user;
the cover plate 110 is provided with a rotation limiting plate 115 on one side of the top side plate 150, and the side is rotatably assembled with the side cover plates 120 on both sides through a cover plate rotating shaft 610. When in use, the cover plate 110 can be rotated and opened by lifting the lifting plate 111 upwards by taking the cover plate rotating shaft as the center;

When the cover plate needs to be opened, a key is inserted first, the cover plate lock head is rotated (preferably rotated by 90 degrees), and in the process, the cover plate lock plate can drive the cover plate lock plate to gradually withdraw from the second limiting plate 114 until the cover plate is completely withdrawn from the second limiting plate 114, and then the cover plate can be opened.
Further, in order to smoothly mount the cover lock plate 230 inside the second limiting plate 114, the end of the cover lock plate 230 at one end of the second limiting plate 114 may be designed to be inclined downward to form a lock plate inclined end 231, and an upwardly inclined guiding inclined end 1141 is disposed at the assembled end of the second limiting plate 114 and the cover lock plate 230, and in use, the lock plate inclined end 231 may be rapidly mounted inside the second limiting plate 114 through the guiding inclined end 1141.
The width adjusting grooves 1211 are uniformly arranged in the width direction of the width adjusting plate 121, the width adjusting grooves 1211 are assembled with the limit mounting protrusions 412 at one end of the width limiting plate 410, the other end of the width limiting plate 410 is provided with a limit fixing plate part 413, and the limit fixing plate part 413 is provided with a threaded hole;
the limit fixing bolt passes through the width adjustment through groove 421 arranged on the width fixing plate 420 and then is screwed with the threaded hole arranged on the limit fixing plate part 413 so as to assemble and fix the width limiting plate 410 and the width fixing plate 420;
the width fixing plate 420 and the cover plate locking guide piece 240 are fixed on the inner side of the cover plate 110, and the second limiting plate 114 is fixed on the inner side of the side cover plate 120;
the corresponding position of the width limiting plate 410 and the cover plate locking plate 230 is provided with a locking plate through slot 411, and the width limiting plate 410 passes through the locking plate through slot 411 and then passes through the locking plate guide slot 241.
In use, since the width of each banknote (different in denomination and type) is different, the width limiting plate 410 needs to be adjusted according to the width of each banknote to press the banknote in the width direction. The specific adjustment mode is as follows:
first, one end of the width limiting plate 410 provided with the limiting mounting protrusion 412 is assembled with the width adjusting groove 1211 nearest to the top of the bill, and then one end of the width limiting plate 410 provided with the limiting fixing plate portion 413 is adjusted until the top of the bill can be pressed, and then the limiting fixing bolt is screwed. The method can flexibly and limitedly compress various paper currencies, so that the application range of the invention is wider, and the loose and disordered paper currencies in the box body can be prevented.
Further, a first limiting plate 113 is further disposed at a position corresponding to the second limiting plate 114 on the inner side of the cover plate 110, and when the cover plate 110 is closed with the box, the outer side surfaces of the first limiting plate 113 and the second limiting plate 114 are tightly adhered to each other, so as to limit the cover plate 110, and the first limiting plate 113 is fixed on the inner side of the cover plate 110.
Referring to fig. 1-13, a banknote pressing assembly is provided in the box, the banknote pressing assembly includes a banknote pressing plate set 720, a front banknote pressing panel 721 and a rear banknote pressing panel 722 are provided on the banknote pressing plate set 720, the front banknote pressing panel 721 and the rear banknote pressing panel 722 are connected through a bottom connecting plate 791, the front banknote pressing panel 721 is used for contacting with a banknote to press the banknote, tension spring connecting ends 7222 are provided at two ends of the rear banknote pressing panel 722, tension spring connecting holes 7223 are provided on the tension spring connecting ends 7222, two tension spring connecting holes 7223 are respectively connected with two ends of a banknote pressing tension spring 510, one end of the banknote pressing tension spring 510 is connected with one tension spring connecting hole 7223, and then is respectively connected and fixed with another tension spring connecting hole 7223 through a first guide wheel 521, a second guide wheel 522 and a first guide wheel 521;
the empty measuring platen 793 is used to cooperate with the "power projection" of the empty measuring assembly to detect the stock of paper money in the case (the empty measuring assembly is described in the patent specification cited in the background art).
Of course, the banknote pressing tension spring 510 may be a rope with elasticity or an elongated tension spring.
The first guide wheel 521 is rotatably assembled with the inner side of the side cover 120 through a mounting shaft, and the second guide wheel 522 is rotatably assembled with the inner side of the bottom side plate 140 through a mounting shaft;
the front banknote pressing panel 721 and the rear banknote pressing panel 722 are connected through a side connecting plate 771, the outer side of the side connecting plate 771 is rotatably assembled with the first guide pulley 531 and the second guide pulley 532 through a first connecting shaft 651 and a second connecting shaft 652 respectively, the first guide pulley 531 and the second guide pulley 532 are respectively arranged in a guide chute 711, the guide chute 711 is arranged on a guide chute plate 710, and the guide chute plate 710 is fixed on the inner side of the side cover plate 120.
Further, in order to avoid interference between the banknote pressing plate set 720 and the guide groove plate 710, a guide table 726 may be disposed between the rear banknote pressing plate 722 and the tension spring connecting end 7222, and the guide table 726 is installed between the guide groove plate 710 and the length adjusting plate 430. The design can prevent the banknote pressing plate group 720 from interfering with the guide groove plate 710 and has a certain guide effect on the movement of the banknote pressing plate group 720.
Further, for the connection strength between the front banknote pressing panel 721 and the rear banknote pressing panel 722, a first reinforcing rib 723 and a second reinforcing rib 724 may be disposed on the bottom connection plate 791 between the front banknote pressing panel 721 and the rear banknote pressing panel 722, and the first reinforcing rib 723 and the second reinforcing rib 724 are staggered with each other.
Furthermore, in order to further increase the connection strength between the front banknote pressing panel 721 and the rear banknote pressing panel 722, a reinforcing block 730 may be disposed between the front banknote pressing panel 721 and the rear banknote pressing panel 722, the reinforcing block 730 includes a reinforcing top plate 732, a first accommodating groove 733, a second accommodating groove 734 and a fixing plate portion 731, the first accommodating groove 733 and the second accommodating groove 734 are assembled with the first reinforcing rib 723 and the second reinforcing rib 724 respectively, the fixing plate portion 731 is fixedly connected with the bottom connecting plate 791, and two ends of the reinforcing block 730 are tightly pressed against the inner sides of the front banknote pressing panel 721 and the rear banknote pressing panel 722 respectively.
Further, the rear banknote pressing panel 722 is provided with a locking block 7321, and the locking block 7321 is assembled with a locking groove 7221 provided on the rear banknote pressing panel 722. This structure can provide guidance and restriction for the assembly of the reinforcing block 730, and can further increase the strength of the connection between the front and rear banknote pressing panels 721, 722.
The bottom surface of the bottom connecting plate 791 is fixedly connected with the bottom connecting part 792, the bottom connecting part 792 is provided with a vacuum measuring pressing plate 793, and the bottom connecting part 792 is fixedly connected with the banknote pressing lock plate A1101 of the banknote pressing lock assembly;
referring to fig. 10-15, the banknote pressing lock assembly comprises a banknote pressing lock plate a1101, a male card connecting rod a112 and a banknote pressing female chuck a100, wherein the male card connecting rod a112 is fixed on the banknote pressing lock plate a 1101;
the end part of the male card connecting rod A112 is provided with a male card head A113, and the male card head A113 is provided with a clamping table A114;
the banknote pressing female clamping head A100 comprises an elastic female clamping head A160, a female clamping connecting seat A130 and a female clamping connecting rod A121, wherein the elastic female clamping head A160 is fixed on the end face of the female clamping connecting rod A121, and the female clamping connecting rod A121 penetrates through a female clamping fixing hole A131 arranged on the female clamping connecting seat A130 and is assembled and fixed with the female clamping fixing hole A131;
the end part of the elastic female clamping head A160 is provided with a clamping claw part A161, the end part of the clamping claw part A161 is provided with a matched clamping table A162, and the matched clamping table A162 is tightly matched with the clamping table A114 so as to fix the male clamping head A113 on the elastic female clamping head A160;
the elastic female clamping head A160 is made of elastic materials, such as elastic plastics, metal sheets and the like.
Further, the female clip connecting rod a121 is provided with a female clip rod limiting part a123 and a female clip rod limiting protrusion a122, and the female clip rod limiting protrusion a122 is made of elastic materials, such as rubber, silica gel and the like. When the clamp is used, the open end of the female clamp connecting rod A121 passes through the female clamp fixing hole 131 until the female clamp rod limiting protrusion A122 passes through the female clamp fixing hole 131, and at the moment, the clamp is clamped with two side surfaces of the female clamp connecting seat A130 through the female clamp rod limiting protrusion A122 and the female clamp rod limiting part A123. This structure can further increase the degree of fitting firmness of the female card connecting rod a121 and the female card fixing hole a131 and also facilitate their disassembly.
Further, the banknote pressing lock plate a1101 is provided with a lock plate fixing hole a111, and the lock plate fixing hole a111 is used for allowing a bolt to pass through so as to fix the banknote pressing lock plate a1101 on the bottom connecting portion 792.
When in use, the banknote pressing plate group is pulled towards the banknote pressing female clamping head A100 until the male clamping head A113 and the elastic female clamping head A160 are clamped. At this time, the banknote pressing plate group overcomes the elastic force of the banknote pressing tension spring 510, i.e. the banknote pressing tension spring is in a pulled-up state.
Then, paper money is placed between the front paper money pressing panel 721 and the inner side of the front side plate 130, after the paper money is placed, the paper money pressing plate group is pulled towards the direction of the front side plate A130 to enable the male clamping head A113 to be separated from the elastic female clamping head A160, and at the moment, the paper money pressing plate group can press the paper money to the front side plate 130 under the elasticity of the paper money pressing tension spring.
Referring to fig. 4-14, a length adjusting plate 430 is further installed in the box, the length adjusting plate 430 includes a length pressing portion 431 and a length adjusting portion 432, a length adjusting through slot 4321 is formed in the length adjusting portion 432, and a length adjusting bolt 620 passes through the length adjusting through slot 4321 to fix the length adjusting portion 432 to the top plate 150.
When in use, the length direction of the paper money is placed vertically to the length adjusting plate 430, the width limiting plate 410 is adjusted to press the width limiting plate 410 against the top of the paper money in the width direction, the length adjusting plate 430 is adjusted to press the two ends of the paper money in the length direction, and finally the length adjusting plate 430 and the width limiting plate 410 are fixed. Therefore, paper money in the box body can be pressed tightly, and the paper money can be placed to turn over and loose.
Further, in order to prevent the length adjustment plate 430 from interfering with the second guide wheel 522 in use, a step-down portion 433 may be provided on the length pressing portion 431, and the step-down portion 433 may have a height and a width that are larger than the diameter of the second guide wheel 522.
Referring to fig. 1-20, a safety lock assembly is further provided in the box body, and the safety lock assembly includes a sliding lock plate 300, a movable protruding plate 310 and a lock body connecting portion 360 are provided on the sliding lock plate 300, and a first abdication groove 311 is provided on the movable protruding plate 310;
the first connecting pin 651 penetrates through the first abdication groove 311 to be fixedly connected with the bottom side plate 140;

The lock body connecting plate 330, the safety lock plate 340, the side cover plate 120, the bottom side plate 140 and the unlocking baffle 342 together form an unlocking through groove B800, and the front side plate 130 is provided with an unlocking square hole 133 at a position corresponding to the unlocking through groove B800;
in the initial state, the unlocking pin B500 is assembled with the unlocking groove abdicating part 3451, the slide plate resetting tension spring B600 is in the normal state, and the safety protrusion 302 of the sliding lock plate 300 and the safety clamping groove 135 are mutually clamped (the paper money cannot be ejected).
Referring to fig. 21, during unlocking, the unlocking pin B500 needs to be unlocked by the unlocking plate B900, and the unlocking plate B900 is provided with an unlocking inclined plane B901 and an unlocking plate end B902.
In use, the unlocking piece is first inserted into the unlocking through groove B800, and the unlocking pin B500 is pushed to the joint of the unlocking groove abdication portion 3451 and the unlocking groove locking portion 3452 by the unlocking inclined surface B901, and then the unlocking pin B500 is pushed into the unlocking groove locking portion 3452 (at this time, the unlocking plate end B902 is in contact with and pressed against the unlocking plate 342, and the unlocking plate pushes the sliding lock plate to the top side by pushing the unlocking plate). In the process, the unlocking plate pushes the sliding lock plate 300 to move towards the banknote pressing female chuck, the sliding plate reset tension spring B600 is in a stretching state, the safety bulge 302 of the sliding lock plate 300 is separated from the safety clamping groove 135, the banknote outlet C is opened, and the banknote can be normally ejected after the banknote outlet C is opened.
When the unlocking plate is taken out, the sliding lock plate 300 is restored to the initial position, so that the paper money is prevented from being continuously ejected, the paper money is prevented from being lost or taken out, and high safety is achieved.
Further, the front side plate 130 is further provided with a banknote twisting through hole 131 for inserting a banknote twisting wheel into the banknote twisting;
further, a length mounting plate portion 439 is disposed at an end of the length adjusting plate 430 adjacent to the front side plate 130, and a length fixing screw hole 4391 is disposed on the length mounting plate portion 439;
the front side plate 130 is provided with a second length adjustment groove 132 at a position corresponding to the length fixing screw hole 4391, and the length fixing bolt 630 passes through the second length adjustment groove 132 and is screwed with the length fixing screw hole 4391 to fix the length mounting plate 439 to the front side plate 130.
Further, the bottom side plate 140 is provided with a first empty measuring groove 141, the sliding lock plate 300 is provided with a second empty measuring groove 301 at a position corresponding to the empty measuring groove 141, the empty measuring pressing plate can completely cover the inner sides of the first empty measuring groove 141 and the second empty measuring groove 301, and the power protrusions penetrate through the first empty measuring groove 141 and the second empty measuring groove 301 to contact and tightly prop against the bottom surface of the empty measuring pressing plate 793.
Referring to fig. 14, further, the bottom of the length adjusting plate 430 is further provided with a first mounting plate portion 434 and a second mounting plate portion 435, and a movable relief groove 436 is provided between the first mounting plate portion 434 and the second mounting plate portion 435;
the first mounting plate portion 434 and the second mounting plate portion 435 are assembled and fixed with the bottom side plate 140;
the movable flange 310 is installed in the movable relief groove 436;
the second mounting plate portion 435 fits into the first length adjustment relief slot 320;
the first mounting plate portion 434 fits into the second length adjustment relief slot 350. This structure firstly limits the moving distance of the sliding lock plate 300, and secondly enables the movable side plate to be installed more firmly.
Further, the top plate 150 is provided with a handle 170, which is rotatably assembled with the top plate 150 through a handle mounting plate 160.
Further, when the cover plate 110 rotates to the bottom side plate to be vertical, the rotation limiting plate 115 contacts with the width fixing plate 420 to be tightly pressed. The design can limit the rotation angle of the cover plate and prevent the cover plate assembly from being damaged when the cover plate excessively rotates.
Referring to fig. 10, the guide chute 711 is further provided with a stopper 712 on both sides thereof, and the guide chute 711 can be formed in a T-shaped groove-like structure by the design of the stopper 712, so that the first guide pulley 531 and the second guide pulley 532 can be prevented from sliding out.
