Referring to fig. 1, according to a further example of the present invention, the monitoring assembly 20 includes a magnetic ring 21 and a hall sensor 22, and a plurality of N poles and S poles spaced apart from each other are arranged along a circumferential direction on the magnetic ring 21, i.e., the N poles and the S poles are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction of the magnetic ring 21, such as one S pole is arranged between two adjacent N poles.
The magnetic ring 21 is disposed on the driving gear 121, the hall sensor 22 is disposed at a side portion of the magnetic ring 21, the hall sensor 22 is connected to the controller, the hall sensor 22 can sense a magnetic field change generated by the magnetic ring 21, and whether a foreign object is blocked when the door body is opened or closed is determined according to the magnetic field change.
If the driving gear 121 drives the magnetic ring 21 to rotate during the operation of the gear device 12, the N, S pole passes over the sensor alternately, and stable high-level and low-level pulse sequences are output, and the output interval period is fixed. When the door body is jammed by the hand or the foreign matter is stuck, the driven gear 122 is blocked from rotating, the magnetic pole on the hall sensor 22 is not changed any more, and the output level is continuously high or low (specifically determined according to the N or S pole above the hall sensor 22 when the foreign matter is blocked).
As shown in fig. 1, further, the magnetic ring 21 is disposed on the top plane of the driving gear 121, a plurality of fixing holes are disposed along the inner ring of the magnetic ring 21, the plurality of fixing holes are arranged at intervals along the inner ring of the magnetic ring 21, positioning columns 12 matched with the fixing holes are disposed on the top surface of the driving gear 121 (three positioning columns 12 are disposed on the driving gear 121 as shown in fig. 1), the positioning columns 12 extend upwards along the vertical direction, and the magnetic ring 21 and the driving gear 121 can be matched and connected through the matching of the plurality of positioning columns 12 and the plurality of fixing holes, so that the structure is stable and reliable.
In addition, a plurality of first buckles 1211 are further disposed on the driving gear 121 (four first buckles 1211 are disposed on the driving gear 121 as shown in fig. 1), the plurality of first buckles 1211 are disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the driving gear 121, and a clamping portion matched with the first buckles 1211 is disposed on the magnetic ring 21, each first buckle 1211 is correspondingly clamped with a clamping portion (not shown) on the magnetic ring 21, and the first buckles 1211 on the driving gear 121 are matched with the clamping portions on the magnetic ring 21, so that the matching of the driving gear 121 and the magnetic ring 21 is firmer and more reliable.
